The viscosity of the cosmetic was measured at 30° C. using a BL-type viscometer (VS-A type, manufactured by Shibaura Systems Co., Ltd.) under the measurement conditions of rotor No. 3, 12 rpm, and 1 minute.

実施例および比較例の化粧料における乳化粒子の粒子径は、ZETASIZER(登録商標) Nano ZS90(マルバーン社製)を用いて測定した。

(保存安定性)
調製した化粧料を50℃の恒温槽に保管した後、状態を観察し、以下の基準で評価した。
A:1か月後でも変化が見られない
B:1か月後にクリーミングした
C:2週間後にクリーミングした
D:調製直後にクリーミングした
(Storage stability)
After the prepared cosmetic was stored in a constant temperature bath at 50°C, the condition was observed and evaluated according to the following criteria.

(毛穴補正効果)
パネル5名により、実施例および比較例の化粧料を顔に塗布する実使用試験を行い、以下の基準で評価した。
A:塗布後に補正効果を感じた人が4~5人
B:塗布後に補正効果を感じた人が1~3人
C:塗布後に補正効果を感じた人が0人
評価結果を処方とともに表1および2に示す。
(Pore correction effect)
Five panelists conducted an actual use test in which the cosmetics of Examples and Comparative Examples were applied to the face, and evaluated according to the following criteria.
A: 4-5 people felt the correction effect after application B: 1-3 people felt the correction effect after application C: 0 people felt the correction effect after application and 2.
表1に示すように、乳化化粧料全量に対する水相の配合量が58~70質量%である実施例1~4は保存安定性がよく、毛穴補正効果も十分であった。一方、比較例1は乳液にはならず、比較例2は保存安定性が十分ではなかった。
また、表2に示すように、エラストマーを含まない比較例3は保存安定性も毛穴補正効果も十分とは言えず、エラストマーの含有量が多く、乳化化粧料全量に対する水相の配合量が57質量%の比較例4では剤型をクリームとすることができなかった。一方、シリコーンエラストマーの含有量が乳化化粧料全量に対して0.05~1.5質量の範囲である実施例2および5は、保存安定性を維持しながら、高い毛穴補正効果が得られた。
本開示の実施態様の一部を以下の[項目1]-[項目9]に記載する。

(B)第四級アンモニウム塩型カチオン界面活性剤と、

を含有する、水相と油相から構成される乳化化粧料であって、
前記水相が乳化化粧料全量に対して58~70質量%である乳化化粧料。
[項目2]
前記(A)ケイ酸塩がケイ酸アルミニウムマグネシウムである項目1記載の乳化化粧料。
[項目3]
前記(B)第四級アンモニウム塩型カチオン界面活性剤が塩化ジステアリルジメチルアンモニウムである項目1または2記載の乳化化粧料。
[項目4]
前記(C)エラストマーが非乳化型シリコーンエラストマーである項目1、2または3記載の乳化化粧料。
[項目5]
前記非乳化型シリコーンエラストマーが(ジメチコン/フェニルビニルジメチコン)クロスポリマーである項目4記載の乳化化粧料。
[項目6]
前記(C)エラストマーの含有量が乳化化粧料全量に対して0.05~1.5質量%である項目1~5いずれか1項記載の乳化化粧料。
[項目7]
さらに(D)HLB値が8以下のシリコーン界面活性剤を含む項目1~6いずれか1項記載の乳化化粧料。
[項目8]
粘度が13000mPa・s以下である項目1~7いずれか1項記載の乳化化粧料。
[項目9]
油中水型である項目1~8いずれか1項記載の乳化化粧料。
As shown in Table 1, Examples 1 to 4, in which the amount of the aqueous phase was 58 to 70% by mass based on the total amount of the emulsified cosmetic, exhibited good storage stability and sufficient pore correction effect. On the other hand, Comparative Example 1 did not form a milky lotion, and Comparative Example 2 had insufficient storage stability.
Further, as shown in Table 2, Comparative Example 3, which does not contain an elastomer, cannot be said to have sufficient storage stability and pore correction effect, has a large elastomer content, and has a water phase blending amount of 57 with respect to the total amount of the emulsified cosmetic. In Comparative Example 4 with % by mass, the dosage form could not be a cream. On the other hand, Examples 2 and 5, in which the content of the silicone elastomer was in the range of 0.05 to 1.5 mass based on the total amount of the emulsified cosmetic, exhibited a high pore correction effect while maintaining storage stability. .

The emulsified cosmetic composition according to item 1, 2 or 3, wherein the (C) elastomer is a non-emulsifying silicone elastomer.

5. The emulsified cosmetic according to item 4, wherein the non-emulsifying silicone elastomer is a (dimethicone/phenyl vinyl dimethicone) crosspolymer.
[Item 6]
6. The emulsified cosmetic according to any one of items 1 to 5, wherein the content of (C) the elastomer is 0.05 to 1.5% by mass relative to the total amount of the emulsified cosmetic.
[Item 7]
7. The emulsified cosmetic composition according to any one of items 1 to 6, further comprising (D) a silicone surfactant having an HLB value of 8 or less.
[Item 8]
The emulsified cosmetic according to any one of items 1 to 7, which has a viscosity of 13000 mPa·s or less.
[Item 9]
The emulsified cosmetic according to any one of items 1 to 8, which is water-in-oil type.
