TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a massage device for massaging a human body and an operating device thereof.

An air massage device equipped with an airbag for massaging the human body and a controller for inflating or deflating the airbag is known. Patent Literature 1 discloses an example of a conventional air massage device.

It is preferable that the user can conveniently operate the operating device when using the massage device.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide an operation device that can be suitably operated by a user, and a massage device having the same.

An operation device for a massage device according to the present invention includes an operation section operated to select an operation of the massage device, and a main body that is attachable to and detachable from a holding section provided on the side of a user's waist. The main body includes a first surface facing the side of the user's waist when attached to the holding section, and a second surface that is closer to the user's shoulder than the first surface, and the operation section is provided on the second surface.

According to the operation device of the massage device according to the present invention, the user can operate the operation device favorably.

An operation device for a massage device according to the present invention includes an operation section operated to select an operation of the massage device, and a main body that is attachable to and detachable from a holding section provided on the side of a user's waist. The main body includes a first surface facing the side of the user's waist when attached to the holding section, and a second surface that is closer to the user's shoulder than the first surface, and the operation section is provided on the second surface.
According to the operating device of the massage device, the operating portion is provided on the second surface near the shoulder of the user, so that the user can operate the operating device favorably.

According to one example of the operation device of the massage device, the second surface is inclined with respect to the vertical direction of the operation part so as to face upward and forward of the user when the user stands upright.
According to the operation device of the massage device, the second surface is inclined, so that the visibility and operability of the second surface are improved when the user stands upright.

According to one example of the operation device of the massage device, the second surface is inclined with respect to the vertical direction of the operation section so as to face upward and rearward of the user when the user is seated.

A massage device according to the present invention includes a belt that is wrapped around the waist of a user, and a holding portion that is positioned on the side of the waist when the belt is wrapped around the waist and is configured to allow attachment and detachment of an operating device of the massage device that is operated to select an operation of the massage device.
According to the massage device, the operation device does not overlap with the slit of the belt, so that the user can easily take various postures while the belt is wrapped around the waist.

According to one example of the massage device, the belt includes a base portion, a plurality of branched portions branching from the base portion, and the cuts formed between the plurality of branched portions, and the holding portion is provided in the branched portion.

(Embodiment)
The configuration of the massage device 1 will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 3. FIG. A massage device 1 shown in FIGS. 1 to 3 has a function of massaging a target part of the human body. Target regions are, for example, the buttocks and waist. The massage device 1 is used, for example, for a user 100 (see FIG. 8) to feel a relaxing effect or to remove discomfort from the human body. The massage device 1 includes a massage mechanism 20 for massaging a target site of the user 100 . The massage mechanism 20 performs a massage by performing a predetermined action on the target part of the human body. An example of the predetermined action is heating the target site, vibrating the target site, kneading the target site, and pressing the target site. Massage mechanism 20 includes a configuration suitable for performing a predetermined action.

Main elements constituting the massage device 1 include a belt 10 , a massage mechanism 20 provided on the belt 10 , and an operation device 30 for operating the massage mechanism 20 . For the belt 10, a material suitable for holding each element constituting the massage device 1 and attaching it to the target part of the human body is selected. An example of the material forming the belt 10 is polyester.

Belt 10 is composed of one or more belts. In the illustrated example, belt 10 is composed of a plurality of belts. The plurality of belts includes an outer belt 11 and an inner belt 12, for example. The outer belt 11 and the inner belt 12 are overlapped. The outer belt 11 and the inner belt 12 are connected to each other by connecting means. The connecting means are, for example, hook-and-loop fasteners and snap buttons. The outer belt 11 constitutes the outer portion of the belt 10 . The outer belt 11 is provided on the side opposite to the human body with respect to the inner belt 12 . The inner belt 12 constitutes the inner portion of the belt 10 . The inner belt 12 is provided on the human body side with respect to the outer belt 11 .

The outer belt 11 is composed of one or more belts. In the illustrated example, the outer belt 11 consists of two first outer belts 11a and a second outer belt 11b. The first outer belt 11a and the second outer belt 11b have the same shape. The outer belt 11 further includes a base portion 11c, a plurality of branch portions 11d branching from the base portion 11c, and cuts 11e formed between the plurality of branch portions 11d.

The inner belt 12 is composed of one or more belts. In the illustrated example, the inner belt 12 consists of two first inner belts 12a and a second inner belt 12b. The first inner belt 12a and the second inner belt 12b have the same shape. The inner belt 12 further includes a base portion 12c, a plurality of branch portions 12d branching from the base portion 12c, and cuts 12e formed between the plurality of branch portions 12d.

The massage mechanism 20 has a configuration suitable for massaging a target part of the human body. In the illustrated massage device 1, the massage mechanism 20 includes a configuration suitable for compressing the target site. In one example, the massage mechanism 20 is an airbag that is inflated or deflated by air. The airbag includes a first airbag 21 and a second airbag 22 . The first airbag 21 and the second airbag are held by the outer belt 11 and the inner belt 12 .

The shape of the first airbag 21 is suitable for massaging the waist of the human body, for example. In one example, the shape of the first airbag 21 is substantially similar to the shape of the first outer belt 11a. The first airbag 21 is fixed to at least one branch portion 11 d of the outer belt 11 . Preferably, it is fixed at two branched portions 11d of the first outer belt 11a. The fixing method is arbitrary. One example is a hook-and-loop fastener or a button.

The shape of the second airbag 22 is suitable for massaging the buttocks of a human body, for example. In one example, the shape of the second airbag 22 is substantially the same as the shape of the second outer belt 11b. The second airbag 22 is fixed to at least one branch portion 11d of the second outer belt 11b. Preferably, it is fixed at two branched portions 11d of the second outer belt 11b. The fixing method is arbitrary. One example is a hook and loop fastener or snap button.

Massage mechanism 20 further includes a third airbag 23 . The shape of the third airbag 23 is suitable for massaging the waist or buttocks of a human body, for example. The third airbag 23 is fixed to one of the base portion 11c of the outer belt 11 and the base portion 11c of the inner belt 12, and is not fixed to the other. The fixing method is arbitrary. One example is a hook and loop fastener or snap button.

Each airbag can take from an empty state to an inflated state. The amount of change in the surface of the airbag filled with air with respect to the surface of the airbag in the airless state is sometimes referred to as the amount of movement. For example, in the first airbag 21, the portion corresponding to the base portion 11c has a large amount of operation, and the portion corresponding to the branch portion 11d has a small amount of operation. For example, if the massage mechanism 20 includes kneading balls, the amount of movement corresponds to the position of the kneading balls when the massaging action is performed from the reference position.

The massage device 1 further includes a positioning structure 40 for positioning the belt 10 with respect to the target part of the human body. The positioning structure 40 is provided on the inner belt 12, for example. The structural relationship between the positioning structure 40 and the inner belt 12 can be chosen arbitrarily. In the first example, the positioning structure 40 is detachably attached to the inner belt 12 . In the second example, the inner belt 12 and the positioning structure 40 are configured integrally.

The positioning structure 40 includes a plurality of positioning portions. In one example, the positioning structure 40 includes a first positioning portion 41 for determining position in a first direction and a second positioning portion 42 for determining position in a second direction. The material and shape of the first positioning portion 41 and the second positioning portion 42 can be arbitrarily selected. An example of the material of the first positioning portion 41 and the second positioning portion 42 is unsaturated polyester. An example of the shape of the first positioning portion 41 and the second positioning portion 42 is a columnar shape.

The first positioning part 41 determines the position of the massage device 1 in the first direction. The first direction is, for example, the lateral direction of the human body. The inner belt 12 is provided such that the central axis of the first positioning portion 41 is perpendicular to the first direction. In one example, it is provided on the first inner belt 12 a of the inner belt 12 .

The second positioning part 42 determines the position of the massage device 1 in the second direction. The second direction is, for example, the vertical direction of the human body. The inner belt 12 is provided such that the central axis of the second positioning portion 42 is orthogonal to the second direction. In one example, it is provided on the second inner belt 12 b of the inner belt 12 .

The massage device 1 further comprises a fixing structure 50 for fixing the belt 10 to the target part of the human body. The fixing structure 50 is provided, for example, on the outer belt 11 and the inner belt 12 . An arbitrary configuration can be selected for the fixed structure 50 . In a first example, the fixing structure 50 is a hook and loop fastener 51 . A hook is formed on one of the outer belt 11 and the inner belt 12, and a loop is formed on the other. In a second example, the securing structure is a snap button. One of the snap buttons is provided on one of the outer belt 11 and the inner belt 12, and the other of the snap buttons is provided on the other.

The massage device 1 further includes a connection structure 60 that connects the massage mechanism 20 and the operating device 30 . Specifically, each airbag is provided with an air nozzle 61 for supplying air from the operating device 30 to each airbag, and a fixing plate 62 for fixing the air nozzle 61 . The connection structure 60 forms an air supply path between each airbag of the massage mechanism 20 and the air supply section 36 of the operating device 30 .

The air nozzles 61 are provided on the first airbag 21, the second airbag 22, and the third airbag 23, respectively. Each air nozzle 61 has a similar shape. Each air nozzle has a projection shape.

The fixing plate 62 fixes each air nozzle 61 and assists in connecting the operating device 30 and each air nozzle 61 when the operating device 30 is attached to the belt 10 . An example of the material of the fixing plate 62 is unsaturated polyester. An example of the shape of the fixing plate 62 is square. The fixing plate 62 includes holes 63 for fixing each air nozzle 61 .

The belt 10 has a holding portion 70 for holding the operating device 30 . The holding portion 70 is provided on the outer belt 11 . Preferably, the holding portion 70 is provided at the branch portion 11 d of the outer belt 11 . The holding part 70 is provided on the side of the waist of the user 100 when the belt 10 is wrapped around the waist. An example of the holding portion 70 is a cover 71 that covers the operating device 30 . The cover 71 has an insertion space between the outer belt 11 and the operating device 30 .

The configuration of the operating device 30 will be described with reference to FIGS. 4 and 5. FIG.
The operation device 30 includes an operation section 32 , a control section 33 , a storage section 34 and a power supply section 35 . The operation unit 32 , the control unit 33 , the storage unit 34 and the power supply unit 35 are provided in the main body 31 . Each element constituting the operating device 30 is electrically connected to at least one other element. In the illustrated example, each element is electrically connected via the control unit 33 . Each element may be electrically connected by a connection line, or may be provided on a circuit board on which the controller 33 is provided. The connection line may be configured to enable power line carrier communication.

The operation unit 32 is configured to be capable of accepting operation input from the user 100 . In one example, the operation unit 32 is composed of at least one of buttons and switches. The operation unit 32 switches the state of the massage mechanism 20 according to the user's 100 operation input. In one example, the operation unit 32 switches between an on state and an off state according to an operation input by the user 100 . When the operation unit 32 is in the off state, power from the power supply unit 35 is not supplied to the control unit 33 . When the operation unit 32 is in the ON state, power from the power supply unit 35 is supplied to the control unit 33 . In another example, the operation unit 32 switches the operation state of the massage mechanism 20 according to the user's 100 operation input. The operation unit 32 outputs to the control unit 33 a signal regarding switching of the control mode corresponding to the operating state of the massage mechanism 20 .

The control unit 33 is configured by an arithmetic processing unit that executes a program. The arithmetic processing unit is composed of, for example, one or both of a CPU (Central Processing Unit) and an MPU (Micro Processing Unit). The control section 33 controls the massage mechanism 20 according to operation signals from the operation section 32 . The control section 33 controls each airbag of the massage mechanism 20 via the air supply section 36 . The control section 33 may control the massage mechanism 20 according to control mode information stored in the storage section 34 . The control mode information includes information regarding the amount of air in each airbag to perform the appropriate massage and the time to perform the massage. The control mode information is set in advance from results obtained by tests or the like. The storage unit 34 includes, for example, at least one of nonvolatile memory and volatile memory.

The power supply unit 35 includes one or both of a power supply circuit that converts AC from a commercial power supply into DC, and a power supply circuit that converts DC from a battery into DC. The power source of the massage device 1 is one or both of a commercial power source and a battery.

The operating device 30 further includes an air supply section 36 . The air supply section 36 supplies air to each airbag of the massage mechanism 20 . In one example, the air supply 36 is one or more pumps.

The operation device 30 further includes a connected portion that connects a connection portion that connects the external environment and at least one of the elements of the operation device 30 . The connection includes the air nozzle 61 and the power line L, for example. The connected portion includes a first connected portion 37 a that connects the massage mechanism 20 and the operating device 30 and a second connected portion 37 b that connects the external power supply P and the operating device 30 . The first connected portion 37a is configured such that the air nozzle 61 can be inserted therethrough. The second connected portion 37b is configured such that a power line L connected to an external power supply P can be inserted therethrough.

The main body 31 has a structure suitable for housing various elements that constitute the operating device 30 . The body 31 includes a first surface 31a, a second surface 31b and a third surface 31c. The first surface 31a is a surface facing a target portion of the human body when the massage device 1 having the operating device 30 attached to the belt 10 is attached to the target portion of the human body. One example of target regions is the waist and buttocks. In addition, below, the time when the massage device 1 with the operating device 30 attached to the belt 10 is attached to the target part of the human body of the user 100 may be referred to as "when worn on the human body". The second surface 31b is a surface provided near the shoulder of the user 100 when worn on the human body. The third surface 31c is a surface that exists on the opposite side of the target part of the human body across the first surface 31a when worn on the human body.

For example, a first connected portion 37a is provided on the first surface 31a. For example, the operation portion 32 is provided on the second surface 31b. A power supply cover 35a for covering the power supply section 35, for example, is provided on the third surface 31c. The second connected portion 37b is provided on a surface other than the third surface 31c.

Details of the connection structure 60 will be described with reference to FIGS. 6 and 7. FIG.
The air nozzle 61 is configured such that the diameter of the cross section or the length corresponding to the diameter increases from the first end 61a connected to each airbag toward the second end 61b inserted into the hole 63 . The length corresponding to the diameter is the maximum length connecting arbitrary points of the cross-sectional figure. Each hole 63 has a plurality of holes with different sizes. In one example, each hole 63 comprises two holes of different sizes. The hole portion 63 includes a first hole portion 63a having a first diameter and a second hole portion 63b having a second diameter larger than the first diameter. The diameter of the second end 61b or the length corresponding to the diameter is greater than or equal to the first diameter. The diameter or diameter equivalent length of the second end 61b is less than the second diameter.

Connection means between the massage mechanism 20 and the operation device 30 using the connection structure 60 will be described. The air nozzle 61 is inserted into a second hole 63 b of the holes 63 provided in the fixing plate 62 . The air nozzle 61 moves from the second hole 63b to the first hole 63a while being inserted into the second hole 63b. The air nozzle 61 is fixed at the first hole portion 63a and connected to the first connected portion 37a of the operating device 30 to form an air supply path between the air supply portion 36 and each airbag.

The actions and effects of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.
When the user 100 massages the buttocks and waist, for example, the positioning structure 40 is used to wrap the belt 10 around the user's 100 buttocks and waist. Belt 10 is fixed to user 100 by fixing structure 50 . As shown in FIG. 8 , when the user 100 stands up, the second surface 31b on which the operation unit 32 is provided faces upward and forward of the user 100 . When the user 100 is seated as shown in FIG. 9, it is configured to face upward and backward of the user 100 . The operating device 30 and the holding portion 70 are provided on the belt 10 so as not to overlap the slit 11 e of the belt 10 .

The first airbag 21 and the second airbag 22 are fixed by two branch portions 11 d of the outer belt 11 . As shown in FIGS. 10 and 11, first airbag 21 and second airbag 22 inflate toward center C of user 100 . The first airbag 21 and the second airbag 22 press the target part of the human body toward the center C of the user 100 .

The third airbag 23 is fixed by the base portion 11c of the outer belt 11 or the base portion 12c of the inner belt 12 . As shown in FIGS. 12 and 13, the third airbag inflates in a direction away from the center C of the user 100 . The third airbag 23 presses the target part of the human body in the direction toward the center line CL of the human body.

When the first airbag 21 or the second airbag 22 and the third airbag 23 press the target part of the human body, the pressing directions are different. Therefore, the user 100 can obtain various massage sensations from one massage device 1 . In one example, the first airbag 21 or the second airbag 22 allows the user 100 to feel that the user's hand is pressing toward the center C of the human body. The third airbag 23 allows the user 100 to feel a sense of pressure while moving the target part toward the center line CL with a human hand.

(Modification)
The description of the embodiment is an illustration of the possible forms of the massage device and its operation device related to the present invention, and is not intended to limit the form. In addition to the embodiments, the present invention can take a form in which, for example, modifications of the embodiments shown below and at least two modifications not contradicting each other are combined.

- The operation device 30 may include a notification device that notifies the user 100 of the current state of the operation device 30 . The notification device notifies the user 100 of information by at least one of vibration, sound, light, and display. An example of a display is a display. The notification device is provided, for example, on the second surface 31b.

- The massage mechanism 20 may be provided with arbitrary massage means instead of or in addition to the airbag. In one example, the massage mechanism 20 further includes heating means to heat the target portion of the human body. An example of the heating means is a heater. The amount of operation is, for example, the amount of temperature rise by the heater.

INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY The present invention can be used for various massage devices including home use.

An operation part operated to select the operation of the massage device, and a main body detachable from the holding part provided on the side of the waist of the user,
the body includes a first side, a second side, and a third side;
