Description

The present invention relates to a formwork panel and a construction structure of a concrete wall, which can minimize the pretreatment (pretreatment) applied to the front, back, and side edges of the heat insulating material that constitutes the formwork panel, and can connect the exterior materials of the adjacent formwork panels, so that the exterior material and the heat insulation material can be easily laminated to form the formwork panel, and can be used as the exterior material as it is without the need for finishing after concrete is placed.

Conventionally, when constructing a concrete structure, a dual-purpose formwork that uses an exterior material and a base material (insulation material) as a formwork has been proposed. In most of these forms, the insulation material is used as the formwork, and after the concrete has hardened, the surface of the insulation material is subjected to finishing treatment (affixing a decorative material, laying an exterior material).

Patent Literature 1 discloses a method of pouring concrete using a dual-purpose heat insulating material panel A in which a composite reinforcing material 7 is integrated with a heat insulating material 6 .
However, in Patent Document 1, the form tie (registered trademark) 3, the separator 5, etc., which are metal fittings for tightening the mold, penetrate the heat insulating material 6 and the reinforcing material 7, and protrude to the surface (outside) of the reinforcing material 7. Therefore, there was a problem that slag (cement water) leaked from the through holes. In addition, since this slag is a strong alkali and stains the outer surface of the reinforcing material 7, it was necessary to wipe off the slag after hardening or to cover the outer surface of the reinforcing material 7 with a finishing material (interior board 11). Furthermore, since the reinforcing material 7 holds down the dual-purpose formwork, it is necessary to work from the outside of the dual-purpose heat insulating material panel A, requiring a space for scaffolding, making it difficult to construct in a narrow space (e.g., there is not enough space between neighbors). In addition, there is also the problem that decorative finishing after curing is difficult in narrow spaces.

Further, Patent Document 2 discloses a building exterior thermal insulation wall in which a cement-based hard material 4 integrated with a tile 3 as a finishing material is joined to a thermal insulation material 2 .
However, in Patent Document 2, as illustrated, the bolts and nuts of the anchor members 5, the ends of the separators, and the like appear on the surface of the finishing material 3, which is undesirable in terms of design. In order to solve it, the same processing as in Patent Document 1 was necessary,

As described above, the formwork panels described in Patent Documents 1 and 2 require troublesome processing and finishing work after concrete is placed, and cannot be used as they are as exterior materials or interior materials.
In addition, since the connection structure between adjacent panels is not sufficiently described, it is unclear whether it can be applied to large-area concrete structures. In addition, it was easily assumed that the slag would leak out from the connecting portion and the butted portion of the cross-sectional members, and it would be necessary to wipe off the slag after curing as described above, or to cover the outer surface of the surface layer with a finishing material.

Therefore, it is an object of the present invention to provide a formwork panel and a construction structure of a concrete wall that can minimize the pretreatment (pretreatment) applied to the front and back surfaces and the side edges of the heat insulating material that constitutes the formwork panel, and can connect the exterior materials of the adjacent formwork panels, so that the connection strength is high, the exterior material can be used as an exterior material as it is without the need for finishing after concrete is poured, and the slag can be prevented from leaking out from the connection portion between the adjacent panels.

In addition, it does not limit forming a screw part in all the space parts formed.

In addition, the present invention also proposes a combined formwork panel, characterized in that, in the above-mentioned formwork panel, the heat insulating material is provided with through-holes penetrating in the front and back directions at predetermined intervals, and a rod-shaped member can be inserted into the through-holes.

The present invention also proposes a combined formwork panel in which a plurality of exterior materials are laminated on an integrated heat insulating material.

Furthermore, the present invention also proposes a construction structure of a concrete wall, characterized in that the above-mentioned formwork-cum-panel is used as at least one formwork of a concrete placing space.

In the formwork-cum-panel of the present invention, adjacent exterior materials can be easily connected by polymerization, and pretreatment (pre-processing) applied to the front, back, and side edges of the heat insulating material used can be minimized.
Further, even if the slag is about to leak out of the cast concrete along the bar-shaped member such as the interval holding member, the fixing part provided projecting to the surface side of the face plate part can prevent the leakage, so that the concrete can be used as an exterior panel as it is without requiring troublesome treatment and finishing work after the concrete is placed.
Then, the connection between adjacent formwork panels, the connection with a rod-shaped member as a fixing member to the structure of the building, and the connection with a rod-shaped member as an interval holding member (separator) arranged in the concrete placing space can be performed very easily.

In addition, when through-holes penetrating in the front and back directions are formed in the heat insulating material at predetermined intervals, and the rod-shaped members can be inserted into the through-holes, the formwork-cum-panel can be laid with the rod-shaped members stuck in the through-holes. As described above, a part of the spacing member (separator) can be used as the rod-shaped member, and the mold can be easily constructed.

In addition, when a plurality of exterior materials are laminated on the surface side of a single heat insulating material, the heat insulating material is not involved in the connection between the exterior materials (connection between the connecting portion and the connection receiving portion), so it is possible to easily connect and stack .

Furthermore, the construction structure of the concrete wall of the present invention uses the above-described formwork-cum-panel as a formwork for the concrete formwork construction method, and as described above, it is possible to easily and inexpensively construct concrete walls of various specifications by appropriately selecting heat insulating materials and exterior materials.

(a) A cross-sectional view showing a state in which a part of the gap holding member (bar-shaped member) is partially mounted in a state in which the combined formwork panel of the first embodiment is used as a formwork panel, (b) A cross-sectional view showing one formwork structure to which a part of the gap holding member is mounted, and (c) A cross-sectional view showing a state in which a formwork panel having a different configuration is arranged on the other side and the both formwork panels are separated by the gap holding member. FIG. 2 is a perspective view of a formwork structure configured by using the formwork panel of the first embodiment as a formwork panel and arranging another formwork panel on the other side.

The formwork-cum-panel of the present invention comprises an exterior material and a heat insulating material, and the exterior material includes a flat plate-shaped face plate portion, a connection portion provided at one end on either side of the face plate portion, and a connection receiving portion provided at the other end.
The connecting portion has a superimposed piece that is bent toward the surface side and further to the end side, and the connection receiving portion has a superimposed piece that extends toward the end side. The superimposed piece formed in the connecting portion of the exterior material is superimposed on the superimposed piece formed in the connection receiving portion of the exterior material that is adjacent to the right and left with a space therebetween. It is characterized in that the member can be connected by being screwed to the screw portion of the fixing portion.

The exterior material and the heat insulating material that constitute the formwork and panel are molded separately, and can be appropriately selected to have a desired configuration. For example, in order to set the strength and other characteristics of the entire formwork-cum-panel at a desired level, the desired characteristics can be obtained by appropriately selecting the exterior material and heat insulating material.
The exterior material and heat insulating material will be described below.

The exterior material includes a flat plate-shaped face plate portion, a connecting portion provided at one of the left and right ends of the face plate portion, and a connection receiving portion provided at the other end. A fixing portion having a screw portion is formed in the space portion.
For example, as the exterior material, the material and molding method are not limited, and surface materials of various materials can be applied. Metal surface materials and hard resin plates may be used.

In the case of forming the exterior material with an extruded material such as aluminum, it is provided with a connecting portion provided at one end on the left and right of the flat plate-shaped face plate portion and a connection receiving portion provided at the other end, the connecting portion has a polymerized piece that is bent toward the surface side and further toward the end side, and the connection receiving portion has a polymerized piece that extends toward the end side.
Then, the overlapped pieces formed in the connecting portion are overlapped with the overlapped pieces formed in the connection receiving portions of the exterior material adjacent to the left and right across the space, thereby forming a fixing portion having a screw portion in the space. That is, the fixing portion having the screw portion is provided in a projecting manner toward the surface side of the flat plate-like face plate portion.
In addition, it is not limited to forming the threaded portion in all of the space portions formed as described above, and the fixing portion having the threaded portion is formed in a part of the space portion.

As described above, since the fixing portion of the exterior material protrudes on the front side, the back side is formed flat, and the heat insulating material polymerized along the back side is also pre-treated on the front, back, and side edges. Therefore, functional board materials such as flame-retardant and non-combustible materials may be used, and there are no restrictions on the thickness and the like, and any heat insulating material may be used.

It is preferable that the heat insulating material is provided with through-holes penetrating in the front and back directions at predetermined intervals, and a rod-like member can be inserted through the through-holes. In this case, the combined formwork panel can be laid with the rod-shaped member stuck in the through hole, and the rod-shaped member can be tightened after laying it in a predetermined position, so that the connection work can be performed very easily. As this rod-shaped member, when the formwork panel is an exterior panel, a fixing member such as an anchor is used, and when it is a formwork panel, a part of the interval holding member (separator) can be used, so that the formwork can be easily constructed.

Although the thickness of this exterior material is not limited, it is more desirable that the thickness is approximately 1.2 to 1.6 mm or more and that the surface is not distorted or deformed even if some stress such as concrete placing pressure acts. However, due to problems such as molding and cost, the exterior material made of this extruded material generally has a width of about 200 mm (practical), so a plurality of exterior materials are attached to the heat insulating material, which is usually molded to a width of nearly 1 m.
As the exterior material, one type of exterior material may be used, or two types (or more) may be used, and in the case of two types (or more), the width may be different.
Assuming that a type of exterior material is used according to the illustrated embodiment described later, although it is possible to attach a single exterior material to an integral heat insulating material, it is desirable to attach a plurality of exterior materials to an integral heat insulating material because each of the exterior material and the heat insulating material has a suitable (appropriate) molding width including processing costs and strength characteristics.

When forming the exterior material with a metal face material or a hard resin plate, one end (connection part) of the flat face plate part may be formed by bending the edge of the face plate part to the surface side and further bending to the end side to form a polymerized piece, and the other end (connection receiving part) may be configured to form a polymerized piece extending to the end side, but it is desirable to use an extruded material such as aluminum as described above.

・定着部が雌螺子部を有し、棒状部材が雄螺子部を有する場合;
・定着部が雄螺子部を有し、棒状部材が雌螺子部を有する場合;
Next, the fixing portion protruding toward the front surface of the face plate portion will be described.
The fixing portion may be any one provided with a threaded portion for screwing the rod-like member, and may be a female threaded portion or a male threaded portion.
- When the fixing portion has a female threaded portion and the rod-like member has a male threaded portion;
The fixing portion may be formed by arranging a square nut such as a hexagonal nut or a square nut, or a plate-like material having a plurality of female screw portions screwed thereon, as the fixing material, or by making the piece to be superposed thick and subjecting it to tapping (female screw processing). A rod-like bolt material or the like is used as the rod-like member in that case. As described above, when the exterior material is formed by extruded material, it is possible to easily cope with a mode in which a thick-walled piece to be superposed is formed.
- When the fixing portion has a male threaded portion and the rod-shaped member has a female threaded portion;
The fixing portion may be one in which bolts are set up on the outside of the space (=on the heat insulating material side) (fixed by welding or the like), or one in which bolts are set up from holes. In this case, the rod-like member is a member having at least an internal thread at its tip, or a cylindrical member.

Particularly preferably, the fixing portion may be formed by providing a space portion which is open at the end side so as to protrude from the surface side of the face plate portion, and mounting a fixing member having a screw portion in the space portion. In this case, the fixing material having a female screw portion includes a square nut such as the hexagonal nut and the square nut described above, and a plate-like member having a plurality of female screw portions screwed thereon, and the fixing material having a male screw portion includes the bolt described above. As described above, when the exterior material is formed by extruded material, the holding (embracing) strength of these fixing materials is also high.
When a general-purpose nut is used as the fixing portion, since the head of the nut is rectangular, it is desirable to provide a portion that prevents rotation (rotation) even when the rod-shaped member (bolt material) is attached.

In addition, it is desirable that a cushioning material for preventing contact between the fixing material and the exterior material is interposed in the space instead of arranging only the fixing material. For example, this is to prevent the fixing material from being pressed against the exterior material and leaving traces on the face plate portion of the exterior material.
The cushioning material may be the same material as the heat insulating material, or may be an elastic material such as rubber. Moreover, this cushioning material may be provided continuously in the space, or may be provided only at the nut-interposed portion (the tip position of the rod-shaped member). Further, it may be provided on the back side of the exterior material in advance or during the installation work, or may be provided on the top of the fixing member (nut head).
Moreover, the space portion where the fixing portion is not formed may be used as a place where a connecting fixture for connecting the exterior materials is driven as shown in an embodiment shown in the drawings which will be described later.

Next, a description will be given of a rod-like member that is connected by being screwed to the threaded portion of the fixing portion through a through hole penetrating in the front and back directions of the heat insulating material.
This rod-shaped member has a thread receiving portion that is screwed into the screw portion of the fixing portion. When the fixing portion has a female screw portion such as a nut, a bolt material having a male screw portion may be used as the rod-shaped member. Further, in the case where the fixing portion has a male screw portion in which a bolt is erected, a tubular member or the like having a female screw portion may be used as the rod-like member.

The formwork-cum-panel of the present invention, in which these members are respectively arranged, is manufactured by the following molding process, integration process, and connection process.

- Molding process First, the exterior material includes a flat plate-shaped face plate portion, connecting portions provided at one end on the right and left sides of the face plate portion, and connection receiving portions provided at the other end.
The connecting portion has a superimposed piece that is bent toward the surface side and further to the end side, and the connection receiving portion has a superposed piece that extends toward the end side.
Since the space portion is provided in a protruding manner toward the surface side of the flat plate-shaped face plate portion, a fixing material such as a nut is accommodated in this part of the space portion to serve as the fixing portion. In addition, when there is a concern that the fixing material may be misaligned or separated, it may be adhered using an appropriate adhesive or the like.
On the other hand, with regard to the heat insulating material, since the pretreatment (preprocessing) applied to the front and back surfaces and the side edges can be minimized, for example, heat insulating materials made of various materials can be applied as they are, but as described above, through holes penetrating in the front and back direction may be formed.

· Integration step The exterior material is laid in parallel on the surface of the heat insulating material, but the connecting part (overlapping piece) is formed to protrude toward the surface side, and the connection receiving part (overlapping piece) is formed so as to extend toward the end side.
In addition, the heat insulating material and the exterior material are integrated to the extent that they do not separate or shift when the formwork panel is used, but the means is not limited. Alternatively, in the later-described illustrated embodiment, a brim-shaped member is attached to a rod-shaped member to hold down (sandwich) the heat insulating material, so temporary fixing may be performed up to that point. In addition, in the case of bonding and integrating, there is no limitation on the adhesive to be used and the bonding surface (not limited to full-surface bonding, but may be partial bonding).

Connection process The connection between the connecting part and the connection receiving part is the same as the formation of the fixing part described above, but if the connection is performed not only by polymerization but also by engagement, fitting, etc., the assembled state is stably maintained. A space portion that is not used as a fixing portion may be used as a portion (connection fixing portion) into which a connection fixture is driven as described above. In the illustrated embodiment described later, a total of four sheets of a kind of exterior material are attached to the integrated heat insulating material, and two fixing portions (and two connecting/fixing portions) are formed on the integrated heat insulating material.

The formwork-cum-panel of the present invention manufactured by these steps has a configuration in which a total of four exterior materials, such as metal face materials, are arranged on the front side of a heat insulating material. When connecting adjacent formwork-cum-panels, the connection portion (overlapping piece) provided at one end and the connection receiving portion (overlapped piece) provided at the other end may be overlapped and connected. Then, a heat insulating material is superimposed along the back side of the face plate portion to integrally produce a formwork-cum-panel.
In addition, since this formwork panel can connect the exterior materials of adjacent formwork panels to each other, it is possible to perform connection with high connection strength.

In addition, in the construction structure of the concrete wall of the present invention, the formwork-cum-panel having the above configuration can be used as an exterior panel or as a formwork panel for a concrete formwork construction method, and in the latter case, it can be used as an exterior panel as it is without being removed.
Therefore, it is possible to construct concrete walls with various specifications easily and inexpensively by appropriately selecting heat insulating materials and exterior materials.
Even if the slag is about to leak out from the front side of the panel also used as a formwork, the fixing part protruding toward the surface side of the face plate part can prevent the leaking out, so that the panel can be used as an exterior panel as it is without requiring troublesome treatment and finishing work after placing concrete.

In this way, the formwork panel of the present invention can easily connect adjacent exterior materials by polymerization, and can minimize the pretreatment (pretreatment) applied to the front, back, and side edges of the heat insulating material to be used, and can easily create a formwork panel by laminating the exterior material and the heat insulating material.

In the first embodiment shown in FIG. 1 of the panel 1 that also serves as a formwork according to the present invention, a total of four exterior materials 2 are attached (adhered) to the surface side (lower side in the figure) of an integrated heat insulating material 3 to be integrated.

The heat insulating material 3 is in the form of a thick board in which no pretreatment (pretreatment) is performed on the front, back, or side ends, and the side end faces thereof are cut (cut) in a substantially vertical shape, and a through hole 31 indicated by a two-dot chain line in the figure may be formed in advance so as to penetrate in the front and back direction (vertical direction in the figure).

The connecting portion 22 has an overlapping piece 221 that is bent forward (downward in the drawing) and further to the end side (rightward in the drawing), and the connection receiving portion 23 has an overlapping piece 231 that extends toward the end side (leftward in the drawing). The overlapped piece 231 is provided with a hole f through which the tip of the rod-shaped member 6A can be inserted.
The overlapped piece 221 formed on the connecting portion 22 is overlapped with the overlapped piece 231 formed on the connection receiving portion 23 with the space portion 24 interposed therebetween.
As shown in FIG. 1(b), the space 24 is a space that protrudes toward the surface side (downward in the drawing) of the face plate 21 and is open at the end side (right side in the drawing). It is

In addition to the overlapping piece 221, the connecting portion 22 in the illustrated embodiment includes a projecting piece 222 projecting toward the surface (downward in the drawing), and an extending piece 223 extending from the middle of the height of the projecting piece 222 to the end side, then upward, and further to the end side.
A protrusion b is formed at the tip of the overlapping piece 221 to protrude upward.
Furthermore, the base end of the extension piece 223 is formed with a groove c that is open upward, and the tip of the extension piece 223 is provided with a downwardly hanging restricting portion d.

The connection receiving portion 23 includes, in addition to the overlapping piece 231, a hanging piece 232 in which the tip of the overlapping piece 231 hangs down, and a hanging piece 233 hanging down from the face plate portion 21 (base end of the overlapping piece 231) facing the hanging piece 232.
Also, the lower end of the hanging piece 233 is formed with a two-knot-shaped protrusion a.

Therefore, by overlapping the connection portion 22 and the connection receiving portion 23, a space portion 24, which is a cylindrical space having a box-like cross section, is formed. More specifically, the superimposed piece 231 forms the upper side, the projecting piece 222 and the hanging piece 233 form the lateral sides, and the superimposed piece 221 forms the lower side, so that the space portion 24, which is a box-like cylindrical space, is formed.
In addition, the projecting portion a at the lower end of the hanging piece 233 is in pressure contact with the projecting portion b at the tip of the overlapping piece 221, and the hanging piece 232 is inserted into the groove c, thereby more stably maintaining a cylindrical space with a box-shaped cross section. Further, the restricting portion d serves to prevent co-rotation when the fixing member 4A, which is a hexagonal nut, is housed in the space portion 24. As shown in FIG. The fixing material 4A is surrounded by a fixed or irregular elastic material (not shown) to prevent the fixing material 4A from detaching from the space 24. FIG.

As shown in the lower part of FIG. 1( a ), the exterior material 2 having the above-described configuration is such that a connection portion 22 (overlapping piece 221 ) provided at one end (right side in the drawing) and a connection receiving portion 23 (overlapping piece 231 ) provided at the other end (left side in the drawing) are superimposed and connected with a space 24 interposed therebetween.
In the formed space 24, the fixing portions 25 containing the fixing material 4A having a threaded portion (not shown) are alternately formed with the connecting/fixing portions 26 into which the connecting fixtures 5 are driven.

The heat insulating material 3 having the above configuration uses a synthetic resin foamed surface material that is a single layer of rigid polyurethane foam, and has a through hole 31 penetrating in the front and back direction (vertical direction in the figure) as described above. The through hole 31 is a hole through which the rod member 6A passes, and the rod member 6A may be inserted into the through hole 31 before the heat insulating material 3 is laminated .
The rod-shaped member 6A is a bolt material having a male threaded portion 61 at the tip (lower end in the drawing) and a female threaded portion (not shown) at the rear end (upper end in the drawing) 62. The illustrated rod-shaped member 6A constitutes a part of the spacing member 6 used in FIG.

Although the construction procedure is not particularly limited, the formwork-cum-panel 1 shown in FIG. 1(c) can be integrated by the following construction procedure.
First, the adjacent exterior materials 2 are connected to each other as described above. In the illustrated embodiment, two sets of two exterior materials 2 are prepared. When connecting the two exterior materials 2, the connecting fixture 5 is driven into the space 24 and fixed, and the remaining two spaces 24 are filled with the fixing material 4A (as described above, the fixing material 4A is prevented from coming off by being filled with an elastic material (not shown)).
On the other hand, the heat insulating material 3 with the rod-shaped members 6A inserted in the two through holes 31 is prepared. Each rod-like member 6A is penetrated so that the tip (male screw portion 61) protrudes from the heat insulating material 3. As shown in FIG.
After that, the heat insulating material 3 is overlaid along the back side of the face plate portion 21 of the exterior material 2 . At the time of this polymerization, since the tips (male screw portions) 61 of the two rod-shaped members 6A protrude from the heat insulating material 3, the exterior material 2 and the heat insulating material 3 are easily superimposed and screwed (connected) to the fixing material 4A of the fixing portion 25 so that the tips 61 are inserted into the holes f provided in the overlapped piece 231. That is, since the tip 61 of the rod-like member 6A and the hole f of the overlapped piece 231 play a role of position adjustment, the heat insulating material 3 and the exterior material 2 can be overlapped at a proper position.

In the formwork-cum-panel 1 shown on the right side of FIG. 2( a ), the construction procedure is slightly different from the above-described construction procedure, in that the exterior materials 2 and 2 are connected to each other and fixed by driving the connection fixture 5 when connecting, and the fixing material 4A is stored in the two spaces 24. It is the same.
On the other hand, the rod-like member 6A is inserted into the through-hole 31 at only one substantially central location so that the tip (male screw portion 61) protrudes from the heat insulating material 3, which is different from the procedure described above.
After that, the heat insulating material 3 is overlapped along the back side of the face plate portion 21 of the exterior material 2. Since the tip (male screw portion) 61 of only one rod-shaped member 6A protrudes from approximately the center of the heat insulating material 3, the exterior material 2 and the heat insulating material 3 are overlapped so that the tip 61 is inserted into the hole f provided in the overlapped piece 231, and screwed (connected) to the fixing material 4A of the fixing portion 25. In this case as well, the tip 61 of the rod-shaped member 6A and the hole f play the role of position adjustment, and the heat insulating material 3 and the exterior material 2 can be overlapped at the proper positions.
In this construction procedure, after that, as shown in the left end of the figure, the rod-like member 6A is inserted into the through hole 31, and the tip 61 thereof is screwed (connected) to the fixing portion 25 to integrate the form panel 1 shown in FIG. 2(b).

FIG. 2(c) shows a formwork structure in which the above-described formwork-cum-panel 1 is placed on one formwork, and a panel 7, which is a molded product of synthetic resin such as FRP, is arranged on the other formwork with a spacing member 6 interposed therebetween.
The spacing member 6 has a rod-shaped member 6A positioned on the front end side (lower side in the figure), a rod-shaped member 6B screwed to the rear end, a cylindrical member 6C arranged around the rod-shaped member 6B, and further reaching a panel 7, which is a formwork on the other side, via a pedestal 6D having a larger diameter than the cylindrical member 6C and having a trapezoidal (cone-shaped) cross section. A tightening mechanism (not shown) is arranged on the outside of the rear end of the spacing member 6 so that it is firmly fixed when concrete is placed.
The spacing member 6 can be separated by removing the screw engagement, and after the concrete is placed, the panel 7 can be removed and the rod-shaped member 6C on the other side can be removed and reused, thereby preventing the formation of a thermal bridge.
As shown in FIG. 3, the panel 7 has connecting portions 72, 72 extending vertically from the left and right ends to the back side on one side of a vertically long surface portion 71, and two partition plates 73, 73 are provided in parallel with the connecting portions 72, 72 so as to divide the space between the connecting portions 72, 72 into three. A through-hole, through which the rear end of the spacing member 6 protrudes, is formed in advance in the surface portion 71 at substantially the center of the two partition plates 73 , 73 . Tip ends 721, 721 of the connecting portions 72, 72 are formed to be thicker toward the inside (partition plate 73 side), and tip ends 731, 731 of the partition plates 73, 73 are formed to be thicker toward the outside (to the connecting portion 72 side).
In the concrete placement space 8 separating the form panel 1 and the panel 7 in this way, a spacing member 6 is provided, a part of which is the rod member 6A.

As described above, the formwork-cum-panel 1 of the illustrated embodiment is suitably used as a formwork for forming the concrete placing space 8, and by pouring concrete into this placing space 8, a wall can be easily constructed.
In addition, even if moisture such as slag is about to leak from the concrete placed along the spacing member 6, the fixing part 25 protrudingly provided on the surface side (front side in the figure) of the face plate part 21 can prevent the leakage, so that the concrete can be used as the exterior panel 2 as it is without requiring troublesome treatment or finishing work after placing the concrete.
In addition, in the formwork panel 1, the adjacent exterior materials 2, 2 can be easily connected by polymerization, and pretreatment (preprocessing) applied to the front, back, and side edges of the heat insulating material 3 to be used can be minimized (not required at all in the illustrated embodiment), so that the formwork and panel 1 can be easily produced by laminating the exterior material 2 and the heat insulating material 3.
