Description

TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a hanging jig used at a construction site and a method of constructing a wall surface member using the hanging jig.

When constructing a wall surface member such as a liner plate used for a retaining wall of a shaft, it is common to excavate the shaft while repeatedly performing floor excavation and assembly of the wall surface member. In this case, in the assembly work of the wall surface members, bolting work is generally performed manually, and the wall surface members of a weight that can be worked manually are lowered into the vertical shaft by chain blocks or the like while being carried in. At the work site in the vertical shaft, after aligning the bolt hole centers for temporary fixing with bolts and attaching all to the wall member, final tightening work of bolting is performed (see, for example, Patent Document 1). In addition, when interposing a reinforcing member (reinforcing ring) made of H-shaped steel between the wall members arranged vertically for the purpose of reinforcing the wall member, is temporarily fixed, another wall member is placed under it, and the bolt hole centers of the upper and lower planar members and the reinforcing member are aligned to perform the final tightening work of bolting.

In the case as described above, the work of dropping the wall surface member and the reinforcing member into the shaft is performed using a hanging jig. Specifically, the wall member is lifted by hooking the hanging jig on the flange or the like provided on the wall member or by hooking the hanging jig on the standing portion of the reinforcing member, and the wall member is installed in the shaft. The reinforcing member and the wall member are temporarily attached to the installed wall member, and the positions of the bolt holes provided in the upper and lower wall members and the reinforcing member are adjusted. Then, the wall members are connected to each other via the reinforcing member.

Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2002-295170

When the wall members are connected to each other via the reinforcing member using a hanging jig or the like as described above, there is a problem in the reliability of the work when dropping the wall member and the reinforcing member into the shaft.

The reinforcing member 3 is installed between two corrugated steel plates 21 and 22 arranged vertically (see FIG. 4). By connecting the two corrugated steel plates 21 and 22 via the reinforcing member 3, the strength of the corrugated steel plates between the corrugated steel plates 21 and 22 is reinforced. The reinforcing member 3 may have a straight shape, an L shape, or the like, in addition to the arc shape.
The reinforcing member 3 has a pair of standing portions 31 , a connecting portion 32 , and through holes 33 and 34 .
The pair of standing portions 31 are arranged substantially parallel to each other and curved along the longitudinal direction. As will be described later, part of the standing portion 31 is housed in a housing portion of the fixing portion 12 constituting the hanging jig 1 (see FIG. 4).
The connecting portion 32 extends in a direction substantially perpendicular to the standing portions 31 at intermediate positions between the pair of standing portions 31 in the vertical direction. As will be described later, the connecting portion 32 is placed on the supporting portion 131 of the hook portion 13 constituting the hanging jig 1 (see FIG. 4).
A plurality of through holes 33 are formed in the connecting portion 32 at regular intervals along the longitudinal direction of the connecting portion 32 . As will be described later, the insertion portion 132 of the hook portion 13 constituting the hanging jig 1 is inserted through the through hole 33 (see FIG. 4).
A plurality of through holes 34 are formed at both longitudinal end portions of the standing portion 31 . The through hole 34 is a connector (not shown) used for connecting the splicing plate (not shown) interposed when the reinforcing members are joined to the end portion of the reinforcing member 3 when attaching the splicing plate (not shown) to the reinforcing member. ) is inserted.

When the hanging jig 1 is applied to the corrugated steel plate 21 and the reinforcing member 3, in a state in which the corrugated steel plate 21 and the reinforcing member 3 are arranged in the vertical direction, the flange portion 212 is formed on the upper end side of the corrugated steel plate 21. The insertion portion 132 of the hanging jig 1 is inserted through the through hole 213 and the through hole 33 formed in the connecting portion 32 of the reinforcing member 3 . In the operation of lifting the corrugated steel plate 21 by the lifting jig 1, as shown in FIG. be done. Similarly, in the operation of lifting the reinforcing member 3 together with the corrugated steel plate 21 by the lifting jig 1, the corrugated steel plate 21 and the reinforcing member 3 are lifted by the lifting jig 1 by two-point support.

<Installation method of wall surface member using hanging jig>
A method of constructing a wall surface member using the hanging jig 1 according to the present embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. 5-1 and 5-2. An example in which the corrugated steel plate 21 (first wall member) that is the wall member 2 and another corrugated steel plate 22 (second wall member) installed in the vertical shaft are connected via the reinforcing member 3 will be described below. explain. Hereinafter, in order to distinguish between the two corrugated steel plates, the configuration of the other corrugated steel plate 22 will be referred to as the wall surface portion 221, the flange portion 222 and the through hole 223.

As shown in FIG. 5-1(a), first, the hoisting jig 1 is attached to the through hole 213 formed in the upper flange portion 212 along the longitudinal direction of the corrugated steel plate 21 placed horizontally. The insertion portion 132 is inserted.

Next, as shown in FIG. 5-1(b), the corrugated steel plate 21 and the hoisting jig 1 in the above state are moved to the reinforcing member 3 placed in a lateral posture, and the connecting portion of the reinforcing member 3 is moved. The insertion portion 132 of the hanging jig 1 is inserted through the through hole 33 formed in the portion 32 . At this time, part of the standing portion 31 of the reinforcing member 3 is accommodated in the accommodating portion 121 of the hanging jig 1 .

Next, as shown in FIG. 5-1(c), in the above state, the lifting jig 1 is moved upward via the wire attached to the hooking portion 15, thereby lifting the corrugated steel plate 21 and the reinforcing member. 3 is lifted vertically by the lifting jig 1 . At this time, the tip side of the flange portion 212 of the corrugated steel plate 21 is placed on the support portion 131 of the hanging jig 1 . As a result, the flange portion 212 is supported by the support portion 131 in a stable posture. Further, the connection portion 32 of the reinforcing member 3 is placed on the support portion 131 while sandwiching the flange portion 212 of the corrugated steel plate 21 . Furthermore, a part of the erected portion 31 of the reinforcing member 3 is fixed while being accommodated in the accommodating portion 121 of the hanging jig 1 . As a result, the reinforcing member 3 is supported by the fixing portion 12 and the supporting portion 131 in a stable posture.

Next, as shown in FIG. 5-2(d), the corrugated steel plate 21 and the reinforcing member 3 lifted by the lifting jig 1 are transferred below the other corrugated steel plate 22 installed in the shaft. . When transferring the corrugated steel plate 21 and the reinforcing member 3 , the worker adjusts the suspension posture of the corrugated steel plate 21 and the reinforcing member 3 while gripping the grip portion 14 provided on the lifting jig 1 . In a state in which the corrugated steel plate 21 and the reinforcing member 3 are transferred below the other corrugated steel plate 22, the through hole 213 of the corrugated steel plate 21, the through hole 33 of the reinforcing member 3, and the through hole 223 of the other corrugated steel plate 22 are aligned vertically. The positions of the corrugated steel plate 21 and the reinforcing member 3 are adjusted so that they communicate in the direction.

Next, as shown in FIG. 5-2(e), by moving the lifting jig 1 upward (in the direction in which the upper edge of the corrugated steel plate 21 and the reinforcing member 3 approaches the lower edge of the other corrugated steel plate 22), , the insertion portion 132 of the hanging jig 1 is inserted into the through hole 223 formed in the lower flange portion 222 of the other corrugated steel plate 22 . In this state, the through-holes 213 of the corrugated steel plate 21, the through-holes 33 of the reinforcing member 3, and the through-holes 223 of the other corrugated steel plates 22 all communicate in the vertical direction.

Next, as shown in FIG. 5-2(f), the through hole 213 of the corrugated steel plate 21, the through hole 33 of the reinforcing member 3, and the through hole 223 of the other corrugated steel plate 22, which communicate with each other, are connected with, for example, a connecting tool. 4 is inserted, and the tip of the inserted bolt 41 is fastened by a nut 42 . This fastening work is first performed on the through holes 213, 33, and 223 through which the insertion portion 132 of the hanging jig 1 is not inserted. After fastening the through holes 213 , 33 , 223 , the insertion portion 132 of the hanging jig 1 inserted through the through holes 213 , 33 , 223 is removed, and the remaining through holes 213 , 33 , 223 are tightened as described above. Fastening work is done. As a result, the two vertically arranged corrugated steel plates 21 and 22 are connected via the reinforcing member 3 .

According to the suspension jig 1 according to the above embodiment, when the two corrugated steel plates 21 and 22 are connected to each other in the vertical direction via the reinforcing member 3, the insertion portion 132 of the suspension jig 1 is inserted into the corrugated steel plate 21. The flange portion 212 of the corrugated steel plate 21 and the connecting portion 32 of the reinforcing member 3 are inserted into the through hole 213 formed in the flange portion 212 and the through hole 33 formed in the connecting portion 32 of the reinforcing member 3 . The corrugated steel plate 21 is lifted and transferred while being supported by the support portion 131 . Further, a portion of the standing portion 31 of the reinforcing member 3 is fixed while being accommodated in the accommodation portion 121 of the fixing portion 12 . With such a configuration, the corrugated steel plate 21 and the reinforcing member 3 are supported and fixed by the hanging jig 1 in a stable posture, so that the corrugated steel plate 21 can be reliably dropped and transferred. . That is, conventionally, in the dropping work of the corrugated steel plate and the reinforcing member, the work of temporarily fixing the reinforcing member and the corrugated steel plate is performed after the member is once lowered, and the on-site work takes time and effort. By using the hoisting jig 1 according to the embodiment, it is possible to carry in the corrugated steel plate and the reinforcing member in a narrow work space in the vertical shaft and temporarily fix them as a series of operations.
Further, according to the lifting jig 1 according to the above-described embodiment, the corrugated steel plate 21 and the reinforcing member 3 lifted by the lifting jig 1 are transferred below the other corrugated steel plate 22, and the two corrugated steel plates 21, 22 The through holes 213 and 223 formed in the flange portions 212 and 222 of the reinforcing member 3 and the through hole 33 formed in the connecting portion 32 of the reinforcing member 3 communicate with each other in the vertical direction. 213, 33, 223 are inserted. With such a configuration, the corrugated steel plates 21 and 22 arranged in the vertical direction and the through holes 213, 33, and 223 of the reinforcing member 3 can be easily aligned (positioned). The corrugated steel plates 21 and 22 can be connected smoothly and reliably.
Further, according to the hoisting jig 1 according to the above embodiment, the grip portion extending from the jig main body 11 (or the fixing portion 12) toward the opposite side to the direction in which the support portion 131 extends 14 are provided. With such a configuration, when transferring the corrugated steel plate 21 and the reinforcing member 3 lifted by the lifting jig 1, the operator can move the corrugated steel plate 21 and the reinforcing member 3 while gripping the grip portion 14. Therefore, various operations can be performed without directly touching the corrugated steel plate 21 and the reinforcing member 3 . As a result, even if fine adjustment is required in alignment between the corrugated steel plates 21 and 22 and the through holes 213, 33, and 223 of the reinforcing member 3, the operator can work while holding the grip portion 14. Alignment work can be performed smoothly and with high accuracy. In particular, it is difficult for the reinforcing member 3 having the H-shaped cross section to be held in a fixed posture (in particular, a posture in which the erected portion 31 faces the vertical direction) while being lifted by the lifting jig 1. Since work can be performed while gripping the grip portion 14, it is possible to easily maintain a fixed posture. In addition, since the operator performs the work using the grip portion 14, it is possible to prevent an accident such as a finger being pinched between members during work, thereby improving the safety of the work.
Further, according to the hoisting jig 1 according to the above-described embodiment, since the insertion portion 132 is provided in a direction substantially perpendicular to the extending direction of the support portion 131, the insertion portion 132 passes through the corrugated steel plate 21. In a state in which the corrugated steel plate 21 is inserted through the hole 213 and the through hole 33 of the reinforcing member 3 and the flange portion 212 of the corrugated steel plate 21 and the connecting portion 32 of the reinforcing member 3 are supported by the support portion 131 , the insertion portion 132 is inserted into the other corrugated steel plate 22 . It can be smoothly inserted into the through hole 223 .
Further, according to the hoisting jig 1 according to the above-described embodiment, when the reinforcing member 3 is made of a member having an H-shaped cross section and having a pair of standing portions 31 and a connecting portion 32 connecting the pair of standing portions 31, Since the fixing portion 12 accommodates at least one of the pair of standing portions 31 of the reinforcing member 3, the reinforcing member 3 can be fixed more stably. Further, the fixed portion 12 has a base end portion 12a provided coaxially with the jig main body 11, a distal end portion 12b provided substantially parallel to the base end portion 12a, and a bent portion 12c connecting the base end portion 12a and the distal end portion 12b. and a housing portion 121 formed by the inner peripheral surfaces of the proximal end portion 12a, the distal end portion 12b, and the bent portion 12c. can be fixed to
Further, according to the suspension jig 1 according to the above-described embodiment, since the supporting portion 131 supports the connecting portion 32, the reinforcing member 3 can be held in the suspension jig 1 in a stable posture.
Further, according to the hanging jig 1 according to the above-described embodiment, the first wall member 21 and the second wall member 22 have the flange portions 212 and 222 in which the through holes 213 and 223 are formed, and support The portion 131 supports the flange portion 212 of the first wall surface member 21 and the connecting portion 32 of the reinforcing member 3, and the insertion portion 122 supports the flange portion 212 of the first wall surface member 21 and the connecting portion 32 of the reinforcing member 3. and the flange portion 222 of the second wall surface member 22 are overlapped with each other, and are inserted through the through holes 213 and 223 of these members. It is possible to carry out the construction work smoothly.
Moreover, the hanging jig 1 according to the above embodiment can be suitably used when the wall surface member 2 is a corrugated steel plate 21 .
