Description
Claims (16)
- 蒸気生成装置用の加熱アセンブリであって、
使用中に物体を加熱するようになっている電磁誘導式の加熱装置であって、前記物体は使用中に前記加熱アセンブリの加熱コンパートメント内に配置される気化可能物質及び電磁誘導加熱可能なサセプタを含み、前記加熱アセンブリは、使用中に前記物体を加熱するために前記加熱装置に電力を供給するようになっているか、又は使用中に所定の電力供給プロファイルに基づいて前記加熱装置に電力を供給するようになっており、前記電力供給プロファイルは前記物体に所定の加熱プロファイルを提供するように構成されており、前記サセプタの材料は、アルミニウム、鉄、ニッケル及びステンレス鋼のうちの1つ若しくは複数、又は、アルミニウム、鉄及びニッケルのうちの1つの合金を含む、加熱装置と、
使用中に前記サセプタから生成された熱に関係した温度を監視するようになっている温度センサと、
使用中に、前記温度センサにより監視される前記温度から決定される温度情報、前記加熱装置に供給された電力量、又は前記加熱装置に供給された電力のプロファイルと、少なくとも1つの状態との間の関係を保持するメモリにアクセスするようになっているメモリアクセス装置であって、前記少なくとも1つの状態は、前記物体の使用時間数、又は前記物体の種類、又は前記物体の有無を含む、メモリアクセス装置と、を含む加熱アセンブリ。 - 前記温度情報は監視される前記温度の変化率を含む、請求項1に記載の加熱アセンブリ。
- 前記温度情報は前記物体の表面温度を含む、請求項1又は2に記載の加熱アセンブリ。
- 前記少なくとも1つの状態は、前記メモリに保持された前記関係に基づいて、前記温度情報、及び前記加熱装置に供給された前記電力量又は前記加熱装置に供給された電力の前記プロファイルから決定することができる、請求項1~3の何れか一項に記載の加熱アセンブリ。
- 前記少なくとも1つの状態は、前記温度情報の閾値温度に基づいて決定することができ、複数の閾値温度が存在し、少なくとも1つの閾値温度は前記物体の前記使用時間数を決定し、少なくとも1つの閾値温度は前記物体の前記種類を決定し、少なくとも1つの閾値温度は前記物体の有無を決定する、請求項4に記載の加熱アセンブリ。
- 前記物体の前記使用時間数、前記物体の前記種類、及び前記物体の有無のうちの少なくとも2つは同時に決定可能である、請求項4又は5に記載の加熱アセンブリ。
- 使用中に前記温度情報を決定するようになっているコントローラを更に含む、請求項1~6の何れか一項に記載の加熱アセンブリ。
- 前記温度情報に基づいて、前記コントローラは、使用中に、前記加熱アセンブリの次の動作を決定するようになっている、請求項7に記載の加熱アセンブリ。
- 前記メモリに保持された前記関係に基づいて、前記コントローラは、前記物体の使用時間数が閾値時間数よりも大きい場合には、使用中に前記加熱装置に電力を供給するのを防ぐようになっており、また、前記物体の前記使用時間数が前記閾値時間数よりも小さい場合、又は前記物体の種類が適切な種類であると判断された場合には、使用中に前記加熱装置に電力を供給するようになっている、請求項8に記載の加熱アセンブリ。
- 前記加熱アセンブリは第1の電力供給モード及び第2の電力供給モードを有し、前記第1の電力供給モードは、使用中に、前記物体を加熱する場合に適用されるようになっており、前記第2の電力供給モードは、使用中に、前記第1の電力供給モードが適用された後で、前記物体を所定の温度範囲内の温度に維持するために適用されるようになっている、請求項1~9の何れか一項に記載の加熱アセンブリ。
- 前記少なくとも1つの状態は、前記メモリに保持された前記関係に基づいて、前記第1の電力供給モードにおける、前記温度情報、及び前記加熱装置に供給された前記電力量又は前記加熱装置に供給された電力の前記プロファイルから決定することができる、請求項10に記載の加熱アセンブリ。
- 前記第1の電力供給モードはトリガーに応答して発生するようになっており、前記トリガーは、監視される前記温度の変化、又はユーザの動作によって引き起こされたスイッチの変化に基づいて決定される、請求項10又は11に記載の加熱アセンブリ。
- 物体の状態を決定するための方法であって、前記物体は気化可能物質及び電磁誘導加熱可能なサセプタを含み、前記サセプタの材料は、アルミニウム、鉄、ニッケル及びステンレス鋼のうちの1つ若しくは複数、又は、アルミニウム、鉄及びニッケルのうちの1つの合金を含み、前記方法は、
電磁誘導式の加熱装置に電力を供給することにより、又は前記物体に所定の加熱プロファイルを提供する所定の電力供給プロファイルに基づいて前記加熱装置に電力を供給することにより、前記加熱装置を用いて前記物体を加熱するステップと、
前記サセプタから生成された熱に関係した温度を監視するステップと、
メモリにアクセスするステップであって、前記メモリは、監視される前記温度から決定される温度情報、前記加熱装置に供給された電力量、又は前記加熱装置に供給された電力のプロファイルと、少なくとも1つの状態との間の関係を保持し、前記少なくとも1つの状態は、前記物体の使用時間数、又は前記物体の種類、又は前記物体の有無を含む、ステップと、
前記メモリに保持された前記関係に基づいて前記少なくとも1つの状態を決定するステップと、を含む方法。 - 加熱を開始する際に、前記メモリ内の、前記温度情報、前記加熱装置に供給された前記電力量、又は前記加熱装置に供給された電力の前記プロファイルと前記物体の使用時間数との間の関係に基づいて、前記物体の残りの加熱量を設定するステップを更に含む、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 加熱を開始する際に、前記メモリ内の、前記温度情報、前記加熱装置に供給された前記電力量、又は前記加熱装置に供給された電力の前記プロファイルと前記物体の使用時間数との間の関係に基づいて、前記物体の最大許容電力レベルを決定するステップを更に含む、請求項13又は14に記載の方法。
- 蒸気生成装置であって、
請求項1~12の何れか一項に記載の加熱アセンブリと、
前記加熱アセンブリの加熱コンパートメント内に配置された加熱可能カートリッジと、
前記加熱コンパートメントに空気を供給するようになっている吸気口と、
前記加熱コンパートメントと連通している排気口と、を含む、蒸気生成装置。
