開放構成とクランプ構成との間で移動可能なジョーアセンブリを備えるエンドエフェクタと、
関節運動ジョイントであって、前記関節運動ジョイントが、前記シャフトに対して遠位であり、前記関節運動ジョイントが、前記エンドエフェクタを前記シャフトに回転可能に接続する、関節運動ジョイントと、
前記エンドエフェクタと動作可能に係合された回転可能な関節運動駆動シャフトを含む関節運動駆動装置であって、前記エンドエフェクタが、前記関節運動駆動シャフトによって関節運動軸を中心に回転可能である、関節運動駆動装置と、
前記ジョーアセンブリと動作可能に係合された並進可能なジョー作動シャフトを含むジョー駆動装置であって、前記ジョーアセンブリが、前記並進可能なジョー作動シャフトによって前記開放構成と前記クランプ構成との間で移動可能である、ジョー駆動装置と、を備える、外科用器具。
(2) 前記エンドエフェクタが、前記シャフトに選択的に取り付け可能であり、前記並進可能なジョー作動シャフトが、遠位端を備え、前記ジョーアセンブリは、前記エンドエフェクタが前記シャフトに取り付けられるときに、スナップ嵌め様態で前記並進可能なジョー作動シャフトの前記遠位端と動作可能に連結可能な並進可能部材を備える、実施態様1に記載の外科用器具。
(3) 前記並進可能部材が、ソケットを備え、前記遠位端が、前記ソケットに進入するときに曲がり、前記ソケットに着座した時点でそれらの曲がっていない構成に向かって弾性的に戻るように構成されたアームを備える、実施態様2に記載の外科用器具。
(4) 前記エンドエフェクタが、長手方向軸を備え、前記遠位端は、前記エンドエフェクタが前記シャフトに取り付けられたときに、前記長手方向軸に沿って前記ソケットの中へ装填される、実施態様3に記載の外科用器具。
(5) 前記エンドエフェクタは、前記エンドエフェクタが前記シャフトに取り付けられて前記エンドエフェクタを前記シャフトに保持するときに、前記シャフトに解放可能に係合するように構成された少なくとも2つのロックを備える、実施態様4に記載の外科用器具。
ハンドルと、
前記ハンドルから延在するシャフトアセンブリであって、前記シャフトアセンブリが、遠位コネクタを含む駆動シャフトを備え、前記遠位コネクタが、駆動ソケットを備える、シャフトアセンブリと、
前記シャフトアセンブリに選択的に取り付け可能なエンドエフェクタであって、前記エンドエフェクタは駆動要素を備え、前記駆動要素は、前記エンドエフェクタが前記シャフトアセンブリに取り付けられたときに、前記駆動要素を前記駆動シャフトに接続するために前記駆動ソケットに挿入される、エンドエフェクタと、
ロック解除位置と、前記駆動要素を前記駆動ソケットにロックするためのロック位置との間で移動可能なロックと、を備える、外科用器具。
(7) 前記駆動ソケットが、可撓性部分を備え、前記ロックは、前記ロックが前記ロック位置にあるときに、前記可撓性部分を拘束し、前記ロックは、前記ロックが前記ロック解除位置にあるときに、前記可撓性部分を拘束しない、実施態様6に記載の外科用器具。
(8) 前記ロックを前記ロック位置に位置決めするように構成された付勢部材を更に備える、実施態様6に記載の外科用器具。
(9) 前記シャフトアセンブリから前記エンドエフェクタを取り外すために、前記ロックを前記ロック解除位置に移動させなければならない、実施態様6に記載の外科用器具。
(10) 前記駆動シャフトが、長手方向シャフト軸を備え、前記駆動ソケットが、前記長手方向シャフト軸から離れる方を向く横方向開口部を備える、実施態様6に記載の外科用器具。
ハンドルと、
前記ハンドルから延在するシャフトアセンブリであって、前記シャフトアセンブリが、長手方向軸及び遠位コネクタを含む駆動シャフトを備え、前記遠位コネクタが、駆動ソケットを備え、前記駆動ソケットが、前記長手方向シャフト軸から離れる方を向く横方向開口部を備える、シャフトアセンブリと、
前記シャフトに選択的に取り付け可能なエンドエフェクタであって、前記エンドエフェクタは駆動要素を備え、前記駆動要素は、前記エンドエフェクタが前記シャフトアセンブリに取り付けられたときに、前記駆動要素を前記駆動シャフトに接続するために前記駆動ソケットに挿入される、エンドエフェクタと、
ロック解除位置と、前記駆動要素を前記駆動ソケットに捕捉して、前記駆動要素を前記駆動シャフトにロックするためのロック位置との間で移動可能なソケット開口部カバーと、を備える、外科用器具。
(12) 前記ソケット開口部カバーを前記ロック位置に位置決めするように構成された付勢部材を更に備える、実施態様11に記載の外科用器具。
(13) 前記シャフトアセンブリから前記エンドエフェクタを取り外すために、前記ソケット開口部カバーを前記ロック解除位置に移動させなければならない、実施態様11に記載の外科用器具。
(14) 外科用器具であって、
ハンドルと、
前記ハンドルから延在するシャフトアセンブリであって、前記シャフトアセンブリが、遠位コネクタを含む駆動シャフトを備える、シャフトアセンブリと、
前記シャフトアセンブリに選択的に取り付け可能なエンドエフェクタであって、前記エンドエフェクタは駆動要素を備え、前記駆動要素は、前記エンドエフェクタが前記シャフトアセンブリに取り付けられたときに、前記駆動要素を前記駆動シャフトに接続するために前記遠位コネクタに挿入される、エンドエフェクタと、
ロック解除位置と、前記駆動要素を前記駆動ソケットにロックするためのロック位置との間で移動可能なロックであって、前記ロックは、前記エンドエフェクタが前記シャフトアセンブリに取り付けられたときに、前記エンドエフェクタが前記シャフトアセンブリに自動的にロックされるように、前記ロック位置に付勢される、ロックと、を備える、外科用器具。
(15) 前記シャフトアセンブリが、前記ハンドルから遠位に延在し、前記ロックを近位に後退させて、前記シャフトアセンブリから前記エンドエフェクタを解放する、実施態様14に記載の外科用器具。
(17) 前記付勢部材が、ばねを備える、実施態様16に記載の外科用器具。
(18) 前記付勢部材が、電気ロックアクチュエータを備える、実施態様16に記載の外科用器具。
(19) 前記シャフトアセンブリが、シャフトフレームを備え、前記エンドエフェクタが、エンドエフェクタフレームを備え、前記外科用器具が、前記エンドエフェクタフレームを前記シャフトフレームに解放可能にロックするように構成されたフレームロックを更に備える、実施態様14に記載の外科用器具。
Claims (7)
- 外科用器具であって、
ハンドルと、
長手方向シャフト軸を備えるシャフトと、
開放構成とクランプ構成との間で移動可能なジョーアセンブリを備えるエンドエフェクタと、
関節運動ジョイントであって、前記関節運動ジョイントが、前記シャフトに対して遠位であり、前記関節運動ジョイントが、前記エンドエフェクタを前記シャフトに回転可能に接続する、関節運動ジョイントと、
前記エンドエフェクタを関節運動させる動力を伝達するための回転可能な関節運動駆動シャフトを含む関節運動駆動装置であって、前記エンドエフェクタが、前記関節運動駆動シャフトによって関節運動軸を中心に回転可能である、関節運動駆動装置と、
第1の位置と第2の位置の間で長手方向軸に沿って並進可能であり、且つ、前記長手方向軸まわりに回転可能なジョー作動シャフトを含むジョー駆動装置とを備え、
前記エンドエフェクタが、前記ジョー作動シャフトが前記第1の位置にある際に、前記ジョー作動シャフトの回転によって、前記ジョーアセンブリが前記長手方向軸まわりに回転し、前記ジョー作動シャフトが前記第2の位置にある際に、前記ジョー作動シャフトの回転によって、前記ジョーアセンブリが前記開放構成と前記クランプ構成との間で移動するように構成されている、外科用器具。 - 前記関節運動駆動シャフトと、前記ジョー作動シャフトが、同一部材であり、前記ジョー作動シャフトが第3の位置にある際に、前記ジョー作動シャフトの回転によって、前記エンドエフェクタを関節運動させるように構成されている、請求項1に記載の外科用器具。
- 前記エンドエフェクタを、前記シャフトの遠位端に、前記長手方向軸まわりに回転可能に接続する回転ジョイントを備え、
前記エンドエフェクタが、前記シャフトに選択的に取り付け可能であり、前記エンドエフェクタが前記シャフトに取り付けられるときに、スナップ嵌め様態で前記ジョー作動シャフトの遠位端と連結されることで、前記ジョー作動シャフトと共に回転し、並進する駆動要素を備える、請求項1に記載の外科用器具。 - 前記駆動要素が、ソケットを備え、前記遠位端が、前記ソケットに進入するときに曲がり、前記ソケットに着座した時点でそれらの曲がっていない構成に向かって弾性的に戻るように構成されたアームを備える、請求項3に記載の外科用器具。
- 前記エンドエフェクタが、長手方向軸を備え、前記遠位端は、前記エンドエフェクタが前記シャフトに取り付けられたときに、前記長手方向軸に沿って前記ソケットの中へ装填される、請求項4に記載の外科用器具。
