Claims (10)
- バッテリーモジュールであって、
相互に積層される複数個のバッテリーセルを含む複数個のバッテリーセル組立体と、
前記複数個のバッテリーセル組立体の間に備えられ、内部に所定の冷却水が充填され、一端部に内部圧力変化によって開閉される少なくとも一つのメンブレイン部材を備える少なくとも一つの冷却ユニットと、を含み、
前記少なくとも一つのメンブレイン部材は、前記複数個のバッテリーセル組立体の間に配置された前記少なくとも一つの冷却ユニットの各々の上端部に設けられることを特徴とする、バッテリーモジュール。 - 前記少なくとも一つのメンブレイン部材は、
前記内部圧力が所定の圧力以上であるとき、開放されて前記少なくとも一つの冷却ユニットの内部を外部と連通させることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - バッテリーモジュールであって、
相互に積層される複数個のバッテリーセルを含む複数個のバッテリーセル組立体と、
前記複数個のバッテリーセル組立体の間に備えられ、内部に所定の冷却水が充填され、一端部に内部圧力変化によって開閉される少なくとも一つのメンブレイン部材を備える少なくとも一つの冷却ユニットと、を含み、
前記少なくとも一つの冷却ユニットは、
前記冷却水と、
前記冷却水が充填されるメインケースと、
前記メインケースを囲むカバーケースと、
前記カバーケース及び前記メインケースの少なくとも一つに備えられ、前記カバーケースの外に露出する前記少なくとも一つのメンブレイン部材と、を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記少なくとも一つのメンブレイン部材は、
前記メインケースの上端部に備えられるメンブレインホールと、
前記メンブレインホールに対応する位置に設けられ、前記内部圧力の変化によって前記カバーケースに開閉可能に備えられるメンブレインフィルターと、を含むことを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記メンブレイン部材は、複数個が設けられ、
前記複数個のメンブレイン部材は、相互に所定の距離で離隔して配置されることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記少なくとも一つのメンブレイン部材は、
前記内部圧力が所定の圧力未満であるとき、前記メインケースの内部を密閉し、前記内部圧力が所定の圧力以上であるとき、前記メインケースの内部を前記カバーケースの外部と連通させることを特徴とする、請求項3~5のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記メインケースが、金属材質であることを特徴とする、請求項3~6のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記カバーケースが、断熱材であることを特徴とする、請求項3~7のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載の少なくとも一つのバッテリーモジュールと、
前記少なくとも一つのバッテリーモジュールをパッケージングするパックケースと、を含む、バッテリーパック。 - 請求項9に記載の少なくとも一つのバッテリーパックを含む、電力貯蔵装置。
