Description

Claims (9)
- 複合材処理装置であって、
入口において液体マトリックスおよび繊維を受け入れる包囲された容積であって、前記包囲された容積の対向側面は、前記液体マトリックスおよび前記繊維が前記包囲された容積に入るための入口隙間と、前記液体マトリックスおよび前記繊維が前記包囲された容積を出るための出口隙間とを形成する、包囲された容積と、
前記液体マトリックスと接触し、前記液体マトリックスに対して動く移動表面であって、それによって、前記移動表面から前記液体マトリックスに剪断力が伝達され、前記出口隙間に向かって前記液体マトリックスを押し進め、そのため、反応中に、前記出口隙間に向かって前記包囲された容積内で前記液体マトリックス内の圧力を増加させる、移動表面と、
を備える、装置であり、
前記移動表面から前記液体マトリックスに対する同じ剪断力に反応して、かつそれと概ね釣り合っている、前記包囲された容積内の増加された圧力は、相対的に無視できる粘度を有し、その圧力を増加させ得る液体マトリックスに対する同じ剪断力によって前に推進されない同伴ガスに対する障壁を形成し、それによって、前記同伴ガスが前記液体マトリックスおよび前記繊維に伴って前記包囲された容積を通過することが妨げられ、そのため前記同伴ガスから分離され、前記包囲された容積は、前記液体マトリックスで充填されたタンク内に配置され、
前記液体マトリックスで含浸された繊維は、ライン速度で前記出口隙間を出て、前記移動表面は、前記ライン速度よりも速く移動するように駆動される、装置。 - 前記液体マトリックスは、粘性液体マトリックスを備え、前記粘性液体マトリックスは、水よりも高い粘度を有する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記繊維は、チョップドストランドマット、織物ロービング、および連続平行繊維から成る群から選択された連続ウェブを備える、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 両側から脱出することなく前記包囲された容積を通って移動するように前記液体マトリックスを保つことによって増加する圧力を維持する、前記包囲された容積の両側上にあるダムを更に備える、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記移動表面は、前記タンク内の液体マトリックスに浸漬され、第2の表面に隣接して配置された駆動ローラの表面を備え、前記駆動ローラの各側面上にあるダムおよび前記第2の表面は、前記液体マトリックスを跳ね返らせ、前記繊維は、前記液体マトリックスとともに前記包囲された容積に通される、請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記第2の表面は、第2の駆動ローラを備える、請求項5に記載の装置。
- 前記繊維は連続性であり、アイドラローラのペアに緊張下で接触し、それによって駆動させるために前記タンクの外側で牽引され、それによって、前記移動表面は、前記アイドラローラのペアの表面を備え、前記アイドラローラのペアは、前記タンク内の液体マトリックスに浸漬され、互いに平行に配置されてそれらの間に前記出口隙間を形成し、前記アイドラローラの間で前記液体マトリックスを前記出口隙間内へ跳ね返らせるために前記アイドラローラのペアの各側面上に前記ダムを有する、請求項5に記載の装置。
