Description
上述の実施の形態では、ゲートECU60において、バッテリ11の温度TBを用いて電池電力の上限値のガード値GWin及びGWoutを設定するものとして説明したが、たとば、バッテリ11が電池電力の上限値がバッテリ11の温度TBに加えてバッテリ11のSOCに依存する場合には、バッテリ11の温度TBに加えてバッテリ11のSOCを用いて電池電力の上限値のガード値GWin及びGWoutを設定してもよい。
今回開示された実施の形態はすべての点で例示であって制限的なものではないと考えられるべきである。本発明の範囲は上記した説明ではなくて特許請求の範囲によって示され、特許請求の範囲と均等の意味および範囲内でのすべての変更が含まれることが意図される。
Claims (8)
- 二次電池と、前記二次電池の状態を検出する電池センサと、第1制御装置とを含む電池パックと、
前記電池パックとは別個に設けられた第2制御装置とを備える、車両であって、
前記第1制御装置は、前記電池センサの検出値を用いて、前記二次電池の電池電力の上限値を示す電力上限値を設定するように構成され、
前記第2制御装置は、前記二次電池の温度を用いて、前記電池電力の上限値のガード値を設定し、前記ガード値を超えないように前記電力上限値を設定するように構成される、車両。 - 前記電池パックとは別個に設けられ、前記第2制御装置において設定された前記電力上限値を超えないように前記電池電力を制御する第3制御装置をさらに備え、
前記第2制御装置は、前記第1制御装置と前記第3制御装置との間の通信を中継するように構成される、請求項1に記載の車両。 - 前記第2制御装置は、設定された前記電力上限値を超えないように前記電池電力を制御する、請求項1に記載の車両。
- 前記電池センサは、前記二次電池の温度を検出する温度センサを含み、
前記第2制御装置は、前記温度センサの検出値を用いて前記ガード値を設定する、請求項1~3のいずれかに記載の車両。 - 前記電池センサとは別個に設けられ、前記二次電池の温度を検出する温度センサをさらに備え、
前記第2制御装置は、前記温度センサの検出値を用いて前記ガード値を設定する、請求項1~3のいずれかに記載の車両。 - 前記電力上限値は、前記二次電池の入力電力の上限値である、請求項1~5のいずれかに記載の車両。
- 二次電池を含む電池パックを取り付け可能に構成される車両制御システムであって、
当該車両制御システムに前記電池パックが取り付けられた場合に、前記二次電池の電池電力が電力上限値を超えないように前記電池電力を制御する制御部と、
前記電池パックから前記二次電池の電池電力の上限値を示す電力上限値が入力されると、前記二次電池の温度を用いて前記電池電力の上限値のガード値を設定し、前記ガード値を超えないように前記電力上限値を設定する設定部とを備える、車両制御システム。 - 二次電池を含む電池パックを取り付けられた車両制御システムが、前記電池パックから、前記二次電池の電池電力の上限値を示す電力上限値を取得するステップと、
前記車両制御システムが、前記二次電池の温度を用いて前記電池電力の上限値のガード値を設定するステップと、
前記車両制御システムが、前記ガード値を超えないように前記電力上限値を設定するステップとを含む、車両制御方法。
