The present invention relates to a box for storing electrical equipment.

BACKGROUND ART A box for storing electrical equipment is known that has a display section and an operation section on the door. In the electrical equipment storage box described in Patent Document 1, in order to improve manufacturing efficiency, a unit including each equipment is fixed to a door having a relatively large opening. More specifically, the unit equipped with each device is equipped with a surface plate that exposes the display and operation section of each device, and by fixing this surface plate to the door, each device can be easily accessed. The door exposes the display and operation parts.

Japanese Patent Application Publication No. 2008-99497

By the way, it is assumed that the display section and operation section of each device may be thick. In that case, these will protrude outside from the surface plate and door. As a result, there is a risk that someone nearby, such as someone inspecting each device, may be hit. For example, if the object hits the operating section, there is a risk that the object will operate unexpectedly or that a passerby may be injured.

The inventor of this case attempted to solve this problem by intensively studying this point. The problem to be solved by the present invention is to improve safety by suppressing devices from protruding outside from the door of an electrical device storage box that exposes the display section and operation section of each device.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, an electrical equipment storage box is provided that includes an equipment panel with an equipment opening that exposes the equipment to the outside, and a door with the opening. By attaching the equipment panel to the mounting portion extending toward the rear surface of the door, the electrical equipment storage box can be mounted so that the equipment panel faces the opening at a position spaced from the rear surface of the door.

In addition, the mounting part has a configuration in which an upright piece extends from the back side of the door toward the back, and a mounting piece extends from the upright piece substantially parallel to the back side of the door, and the equipment panel is attached to the mounting piece. It is preferable to do so.

Moreover, it is preferable that the mounting part includes a first mounting part on which the equipment panel is mounted.

Further, it is preferable that the device panel is provided with a second placement section on top of the device panel, on which another device panel is placed.

Moreover, it is preferable that the internal member be attached using a hole provided in at least one of the first mounting part and the second mounting part.

Further, it is preferable that at least one of the first mounting section and the second mounting section includes an upright piece that stands up from the mounting surface.

Moreover, it is preferable that at least one of the left and right sides of the equipment panel be provided with an extending portion located outside the mounting piece.

According to the present invention, it is possible to prevent devices from protruding outside from the door of the electrical device storage box that exposes the display section and operation section of each device, thereby increasing safety.

A mode for carrying out the invention will be shown below. As can be understood from FIGS. 1 to 5, the electrical equipment storage box 1 of the present embodiment includes an equipment panel 3 having an equipment opening 31 that exposes equipment 91 to the outside, and an opening. A door 12 having a section 13. In addition, this electrical equipment storage box 1 can be installed at a position where the equipment panel 3 is spaced from the back side of the door 12 by attaching the equipment panel 3 to the mounting portion 50 extending from the end of the opening 13 toward the back side of the door 12. , and is attached so as to face the opening 13. Therefore, the surface of the equipment panel 3 is located on the back side from the surface of the door 12, and the equipment 91 attached to the equipment panel 3 can be placed on the back side. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the device 91 from protruding to the outside from the door 12 of the electrical device storage box 1 that exposes the display section and operation section of the device 91, thereby increasing safety.

Here, the electric equipment storage box 1 will be explained using FIG. 1 as an example. The electrical equipment storage box 1 includes a casing body 11 forming an outline of the external shape, and a door 12 attached to the casing body 11. The door 12 shown in FIG. 1 is a hinged door, and is rotatable about a shaft provided on one side of the door 12. Although the electrical equipment storage box 1 may be used for any purpose, typical examples include use for a power distribution board, a power distribution board, an electronic equipment storage rack, a cubicle-type high-voltage power receiving equipment, and the like.

In the electrical equipment storage box 1 shown in FIG. 1, an equipment panel 3 on which equipment 91 is mounted is connected to a door 12 having a rectangular opening 13 via an attachment part 50. In the example shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, a plurality of equipment panels 3 are attached to an opening 13 having an area that is one-fourth or more of the surface area of the door 12 so as to be lined up in the vertical direction. Note that in this example, the attachment portion 50 is provided along the opening 13.

As can be understood from FIG. 3, the attachment portion 50 in this example has a U-shape in cross-section. More specifically, a fixed piece 51 fixed to the back surface of the door 12, a rising piece 52 extending from the end of the fixed piece 51 toward the back, and a rising piece 52 extending from the end of the rising piece 52 in the same direction as the fixed piece 51. The mounting portion 50 is configured to have a U-shape in cross section with the mounting pieces 53 extending substantially in parallel. As can be understood from FIGS. 3 and 4, this mounting piece 53 is provided with a screw hole 56 used for fixing the device panel 3 using screws 93.

In this way, the mounting portion 50 includes a rising piece 52 that extends backward from the back surface of the door 12, and a mounting piece 53 that extends from the rising piece 52 substantially parallel to the back surface of the door 12, If the device panel 3 is configured to be attached to the mounting piece 53, the device 91 can be attached from the back side of the door 12. In the embodiment, a space is formed between the mounting piece 53 and the back surface of the door 12. In this way, if the mounting piece 53 is provided apart from the back surface of the door 12, the screws 93 that connect the mounting piece 53 and the equipment panel 3 can be prevented from being exposed on the surface of the door 12, which improves security. and appearance can be improved.

As can be understood from FIGS. 3 and 5, the mounting portion 50 located below the opening 13 provided in the door 12 has a portion extending at right angles from the end of the portion having a U-shaped cross section. One mounting section 54 is provided. This first mounting portion 54 is provided with a mounting surface 21 on which the equipment panel 3 can be mounted. In the embodiment, the positions of the screw holes 56 of the mounting part 50 and the mounting holes 35 of the equipment panel 3 are adjusted, and the equipment panel 3 can be mounted on the mounting part 50 while being placed on the first mounting part 54. I can do it. In this way, if the mounting part 50 is configured to include the first mounting part 54 on which the equipment panel 3 is placed, the equipment panel 3 can be mounted on the mounting part 50 with the equipment panel 3 placed on the first mounting part 54. Since it can be attached, the work of attaching the equipment panel 3 becomes easier.

Note that the first mounting portion 54 in the embodiment is located below the opening 13 of the door 12. If the equipment panel 3 is placed on the first mounting portion 54 in such a position, the lower end of the opening 13 can be covered with the equipment panel 3. Therefore, the inside of the electrical equipment storage box 1 can be prevented from being visually recognized from the outside through the lower end of the opening 13 of the door 12.

Here, the equipment panel 3 will be explained. In the equipment panel 3 of the embodiment, the equipment 91 is attached from the back side of the equipment panel 3. At this time, the display section and operation section of the device 91 are inserted through the device opening 31 provided in the device panel 3. Note that the equipment 91 to be attached is exemplified by current, voltage, power, and other meters, and electrical equipment such as a circuit breaker.

The equipment panel 3 is not attached directly to the back side of the door 12, but is attached to the door 12 via the attachment part 50 that protrudes from the back side of the door 12. Located away on the side. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the display section and operation section of the device 91 from protruding to the outside, and safety can be improved. Furthermore, even if the specifications of the device 91 change, the device panel 3 can be replaced, making it easier to handle the change.

The equipment panel 3 of the embodiment is provided with a second mounting section 32 on the upper part on which another equipment panel 3 is placed. For this reason, it becomes possible to attach the other equipment panel 3 to the attachment part 50 while it is placed on the second placement part 32, which improves work efficiency. As can be understood from FIGS. 3 to 5, the second mounting section 32 in this example has a mounting surface 21 on which another device panel 3 can be mounted, and a It is provided with an upright piece 22 that extends to stand up. This standing piece 22 prevents the inside from being seen from the outside through the gap between the equipment panels 3. In this way, since it is possible to prevent the inside from being seen from the outside, at least one of the first placement section 54 and the second placement section 32 is provided with an upright structure that stands up from the placement surface 21. Preferably, a piece 22 is provided. In the example shown in FIG. 5, the second mounting portion 32 includes an upright piece 22 extending in the vertical direction from one end side of the mounting surface 21 extending in the horizontal direction. This standing piece 22 can also function to prevent the equipment panel 3 from slipping off when the equipment panel 3 is placed on the second mounting portion 32.

Incidentally, a configuration may be adopted in which another device panel 3 is placed on the back side of the device panel 3 placed at the above-mentioned position. In the example shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, the device panel 3 having a hat-shaped cross section is configured to be located on the back side of the flat device panel 3 arranged so as to partially block the door 12. ing. By overlapping the flat equipment panel 3 that is visible from the front side of the door 12 so that the center part of the hat-shaped equipment panel 3 is separated, the central part of the flat equipment panel 3 and the hat-shaped equipment panel 3 are overlapped. A space can be provided between the central parts of the equipment panels 3. Therefore, a space can be secured for arranging the equipment 91 to be attached to the flat equipment panel 3 and the equipment 91 to be attached to the equipment panel 3 having a hat-shaped cross section.

In the embodiment, the equipment panel 3 having a hat-shaped cross section is provided with attachment holes 35 at both ends thereof, and can be attached to the attachment part 50 together with the flat equipment panel 3. In the example shown in FIG. 7, the mounting holes 35 of both the flat device panel 3 and the device panel 3 having a hat-shaped cross section are overlapped and fixed with screws 93.

In this way, by attaching another equipment panel 3 to the back side of the front equipment panel 3 to make the equipment panel 3 double, the space behind the door 12 of the electrical equipment storage box 1 can be effectively used. be able to.

By the way, the structure in which another device panel 3 is attached to the back side of the front device panel 3 to make the device panel 3 double does not have to be as shown in FIG. 7. For example, as shown in FIG. 8, the mounting surface 21 of the second mounting section 32 may be configured to extend relatively long toward the back side of the door 12, and the flat device panel 3 may be attached to the standing piece 22. good.

Furthermore, what can be attached to the equipment panel 3 is not limited to the equipment 91 that is partially exposed to the outside through the equipment opening 31. For example, holes 23 may be provided in the first mounting section and the second mounting section, and wiring members 95 such as cable clamps and wiring ducts may be attached using the holes 23. In the example shown in FIG. 9, the wiring duct is screwed into the hole 23 provided in the upright piece 22 of the second mounting section. In this way, it is preferable that the internal member be attached using the hole 23 provided in at least one of the first mounting part 54 and the second mounting part 32. In addition to the wiring member 95, the internal member may be the equipment panel 3 arranged on the back side.

Further, an extending portion 38 located outside the mounting piece 53 is provided on at least one of the left and right sides of the equipment panel 3 shown in FIG. 4 and the like. The space between the extension portion 38 and the door 12 can be used as a wiring space. Therefore, the wiring used for the equipment 91 attached to the equipment panel 3 can pass through this space. Further, an internal member may be attached to this extension portion 38. For example, the extending portion 38 may be provided with a hole 23, and a separately prepared internal member may be attached thereto. In this case, even if the internal member is attached, the influence on the equipment 91 arranged in the space located inside the attachment piece 53 can be suppressed.

Although the present invention has been described above using the embodiments as examples, the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and can be modified in various ways. For example, all of the panels attached to positions facing the opening need not be device panels; some may be device panels and the others may be panels on which no devices are mounted.

Further, in the embodiment, the door and the mounting portion are formed as separate members, but the mounting portion may be formed integrally with the door.
