Claims (19)
- 軸方向及び半径方向の両方に磁化を有する円筒状の磁石部材と、
少なくとも一部が前記磁石部材内に収容可能な出力軸と、を備え、
前記磁石部材の内面及び前記出力軸の外面は、相補的に係合可能なインタフェース要素を有し、前記磁石部材と前記出力軸とのずれを防止又は制限し、前記インタフェース要素の少なくとも1つは、前記磁石部材及び前記出力軸の一方を、前記磁石部材及び前記出力軸の他方と共に、オーバーモールドすることによって形成され、
前記相補的に係合可能なインタフェース要素は、少なくとも一部が、前記磁石部材の内面及び前記出力軸の外面の形状嵌合構造によって形成され、前記相補的に係合可能なインタフェース要素は、周方向に非対称であることを特徴とするロータアセンブリ。 - 前記磁石部材は、磁性材料とポリマー樹脂との混合物から形成され、前記磁性材料は、希土類磁性材料を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のロータアセンブリ。

- ステータと、請求項1に記載のロータアセンブリとを備えることを特徴とする電気モータ。
- 前記電気モータは、ステッパモータ又はブラシレス直流(BLDC)モータであることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の電気モータ。
- 請求項1に記載のロータアセンブリを形成する方法であって、前記方法は、
a)前記磁石部材及び前記出力軸の一方を形成するための金型形状を有する第1の成形用具を準備するステップと、
b)流動性材料を前記第1の成形用具内に射出して、それを硬化させることによって、前記磁石部材及び前記出力軸の一方を成形するステップと、
c)前記ロータアセンブリを形成するための金型形状を有する第2の成形用具を準備するステップと、
d)前記磁石部材及び前記出力軸の一方を前記第2の成形用具内に挿入し、流動性材料を前記第2の成形用具内に射出して、それを硬化させるステップと、
を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記第2の成形用具は、前記磁石部材に2方向の磁化を与えるように配置される複数の永久磁石を備えることを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の成形用具は、前記磁石部材に2方向の磁化を与えるように配置される複数の永久磁石を備えることを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の方法。
- ステップa)の際、前記第1の成形用具は、前記出力軸を形成するための金型形状を有し、ステップd)の際、前記流動性材料の前記第2の成形用具内への射出は、前記出力軸の少なくとも一部に位置合わせされることを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 請求項1に記載のロータアセンブリを形成する方法であって、前記方法は、
a)前記磁石部材を形成するための金型形状を有する成形用具を準備するステップであって、前記成形用具は、前記磁石部材に2方向の磁化を与えるように配置される複数の永久磁石を備える、ステップと、
b)前記出力軸を前記成形用具内に挿入するステップと、
c)流動性磁性材料を前記成形用具内の前記出力軸の周りに射出して、前記流動性磁性材料を硬化させるステップと、
を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - ステップc)の際、前記流動性磁性材料は、いくつかの射出ノズルを介して射出され、前記射出ノズルの数は、前記複数の永久磁石によって生じる磁極の数に等しいか、磁極の数に比例するか、又は磁極の数の係数であり、前記射出ノズルと前記磁極との比は、1:2であることを特徴とする、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 請求項1に記載のロータアセンブリを製造するためのツールセットであって、前記ツールセットは、前記磁石部材及び前記出力軸の一方を形成するための金型形状を有する第1の成形用具と、前記ロータアセンブリを形成するための金型形状を有する第2の成形用具とを備え、前記第1及び第2の成形用具の1つは、前記磁石部材に2方向の磁化を与えるように配置される複数の永久磁石を備える、ことを特徴とするツールセット。
