Claims (11)
- バラン(2)の磁心(1)であって、
複数の少なくとも2つの磁心要素(11、12、13)と、
少なくとも1つのヒートシンク(21、22)と、
前記少なくとも1つのヒートシンク(21、22)に熱的結合された冷却器(30)とを備え、
前記複数の磁心要素(11、12、13)及び前記少なくとも1つのヒートシンク(21、22)は同心円状に配置され、前記少なくとも1つのヒートシンク(21、22)は前記複数の磁心要素(11、12、13)の間に配置され、
前記冷却器(30)は液冷装置を備え、前記少なくとも1つのヒートシンク(21、22)からの熱エネルギーを放散させるように適合された磁心(1)。 - 少なくとも3つの磁心要素(11、12、13)と、少なくとも2つのヒートシンク(21、22)とを備えた請求項1記載の磁心(1)。
- 前記複数の磁心要素(11、12、13)の各々はフェライトを含む請求項1又は2記載の磁心(1)。
- 前記複数の磁心要素(11、12、13)の各々は同じ材料を含む請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の磁心(1)。
- 前記複数の磁心要素(11、12、13)の各々の材料がそれぞれ異なる請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の磁心(1)。
- 前記少なくとも1つのヒートシンク(21、22)は金属材料又はセラミック材料を含む請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載の磁心(1)。
- 前記複数の磁心要素(11、12、13)及び/又は前記少なくとも1つのヒートシンク(21、22)は、円筒形状、具体的には中空の円筒形状を有する請求項1乃至6のいずれかに記載の磁心(1)。
- 前記少なくとも1つのヒートシンク(21、22)の各々は、隣接する2つの磁心要素(11、12、13)と熱的接続した状態で配置されている請求項1乃至7のいずれかに記載の磁心(1)。
- 前記冷却器(30)は空冷装置を備える請求項1記載の磁心(1)。
- 請求項1乃至9のいずれかに記載の磁心(1)を少なくとも1つ備えたバラン(2)。
- バラン(2)の磁心(1)を製造する方法であって、
複数の少なくとも2つの磁心要素(11、12、13)を設ける工程(S1)と、
少なくとも1つのヒートシンク(21、22)を設ける工程(S2)と、
前記複数の磁心要素(11、12、13)及び前記少なくとも1つのヒートシンク(21、22)を同心円状に配置する工程(S3)と、
液冷装置を備え、前記少なくとも1つのヒートシンク(21、22)からの熱エネルギーを放散させるように適合された冷却器(30)を、前記少なくとも1つのヒートシンク(21、22)に、熱的に結合させる工程とを含み、
前記少なくとも1つのヒートシンク(21、22)は前記複数の磁心要素(11、12、13)の間に配置される方法。
