Claims (10)
- 少なくとも一側に電極リードが突出する複数のバッテリーセルと、
前記複数のバッテリーセルの電極リード同士を電気的に接続するためのバスバーアセンブリと、を含むバッテリーモジュールであって、
前記バスバーアセンブリは、
前記複数のバッテリーセルの少なくとも一側を覆うバスバーフレームと、
前記バスバーフレームに備えられ、前記電極リードを通過させる複数のリードスロットと、
前記複数のリードスロット同士の間に配置され、前記電極リードと連結される少なくとも一つのセンシングバスバーと、
前記少なくとも一つのセンシングバスバーを弾性的に支持可能な弾性ガイダであって、前記バスバーフレームの左右方向及び前後方向で前記少なくとも一つのセンシングバスバーの左右両側及び後方に配置される少なくとも三つの弾性ガイダと、を含む、バッテリーモジュール。 - 前記少なくとも一つのセンシングバスバーは、前記少なくとも三つの弾性ガイダに弾性接触しながら、前記バスバーフレームの左右方向及び前後方向の少なくとも一方向に沿って移動可能に備えられる、請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記少なくとも三つの弾性ガイダは、
前記バスバーフレームの幅方向の一端側に備えられ、前記バスバーフレームの左右方向に弾性変形可能な一端側板バネと、
前記一端側板バネから前記バスバーフレームの幅方向に所定の距離だけ離隔して前記バスバーフレームの幅方向の他端側に備えられ、前記バスバーフレームの左右方向に弾性変形可能な他端側板バネと、
前記バスバーフレームに備えられ、前記バスバーフレームの前後方向に弾性変形可能に備えられる後方板バネと、を含む、請求項1又は2に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記一端側板バネは、一対で備えられ、
前記一対の一端側板バネは、前記少なくとも一つのセンシングバスバーを挟んで対向して配置される、請求項3に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記他端側板バネは、一対で備えられ、
前記一対の他端側板バネは、前記少なくとも一つのセンシングバスバーを挟んで対向して配置される、請求項3に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記後方方板バネは、
前記一端側板バネの付近に配置されるように前記バスバーフレームに備えられ、前記バスバーフレームの前後方向に弾性変形可能な第1板バネと、
前記第1板バネから所定の距離だけ離隔して前記バスバーフレームに備えられ、前記バスバーフレームの前後方向に弾性変形可能な第2板バネと、を含む、請求項3に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記少なくとも三つの弾性ガイダは、前記バスバーフレームに一体で形成される、請求項1又は2に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記バスバーアセンブリは、
前記バスバーフレームに備えられ、前記少なくとも一つのセンシングバスバーの前方で前記少なくとも一つのセンシングバスバーの前方への離脱を防止する離脱防止ストッパ、を含む、請求項1又は2に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の少なくとも一つのバッテリーモジュールと、
前記少なくとも一つのバッテリーパックをパッケージングするパックケースと、を含む、バッテリーパック。 - 請求項9に記載の少なくとも一つのバッテリーパックを含む、自動車。
