Claims (8)
- パルス式レーザー光を用いて先行鋼帯の後端部と後行鋼帯の先端部とを接合した接合部近傍を切断する鋼帯のレーザー切断方法であって、
前記パルス式レーザー光の出力を1msあたり0.5kw以上、前記パルス式レーザー光の加工点径を0.1mm以上0.6mm未満、パルス周期時間と休止時間との比を0.3以上0.8未満とすることを特徴とする鋼帯のレーザー切断方法。 - 前記パルス式レーザー光による切断部は、鋼帯の幅方向両端面と一つ以上の閉断面形状を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の鋼帯のレーザー切断方法。
- 前記パルス式レーザー光に用いるガスとして0.5MPa以上の圧縮空気を用いることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の鋼帯のレーザー切断方法。
- パルス式レーザー光を用いて先行鋼帯の後端部と後行鋼帯の先端部とを接合した接合部近傍を切断する鋼帯のレーザー切断設備であって、
前記パルス式レーザー光の出力を1msあたり0.5kw以上、前記パルス式レーザー光の加工点径を0.1mm以上0.6mm未満、パルス周期時間とパルス時間との比を0.3以上0.8未満とすることを特徴とする鋼帯のレーザー切断設備。 - 前記パルス式レーザー光による切断部は、鋼帯の幅方向両端面と一つ以上の閉断面形状を含むことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の鋼帯のレーザー切断設備。
- 前記パルス式レーザー光に用いるガスとして0.5MPa以上の圧縮空気を用いることを特徴とする請求項4又は5に記載の鋼帯のレーザー切断設備。
- 請求項1~3のうち、いずれか1項に記載の鋼帯のレーザー切断方法によって切断された鋼帯に対して冷間圧延を行うことを特徴とする鋼帯の冷間圧延方法。
- 請求項7に記載の鋼帯の冷間圧延方法を含む工程によって冷延鋼帯を製造することを特徴とする冷延鋼帯の製造方法。
