Claims (12)
- 車両(1)の快適性を少なくとも1人の車両ユーザ(2)のために適合させる方法(V)であって、前記車両(1)は、
前記少なくとも1人の車両ユーザ(2)と前記車両(1)との間の相互作用のためのHMIシステム(3)と、
前記少なくとも1人の車両ユーザ(2)の位置を道路に対して適合させるシャーシシステム(4)と、
前記車両(1)の動きを計画および調整する(105)位置計画装置(5)と、
前記HMIシステム(3)、前記位置計画装置(5)、および前記シャーシシステム(4)と接続され、メモリを備える調整装置(6)と、を備え、
前記少なくとも1人の車両ユーザ(2)のための目標快適領域(101)を、前記調整装置(6)の前記メモリに記憶させ、
前記HMIシステム(3)を用いて、前記少なくとも1人の車両ユーザ(2)の現在の快適領域(102)を常に決定し、
前記現在の快適領域(102)を、前記目標快適領域(101)と常に比較(103)し、
前記調整装置(6)は、比較結果に基づいて前記シャーシシステム(4)を作動させ、前記目標快適領域(101)に到達するまで、前記現在の快適領域(102)が前記目標快適領域(101)に近づくように、前記少なくとも1人の車両ユーザ(2)の位置を道路に対して適合させ、
前記HMIシステム(3)は、前記少なくとも1人の車両ユーザ(2)の注意深さの程度を決定し、前記注意深さの程度は、現在の快適領域(102)と関連している、方法(V)。 - 請求項1に記載の方法(V)であって、前記調整装置(6)は、比較結果に基づいて、前記シャーシシステム(4)を作動させることに加えて、前記HMIシステム(3)を作動させ、前記少なくとも1人の車両ユーザ(2)に、前記車両(1)の前記位置計画装置(5)の現在の動きのデータを、前記HMIシステム(3)を用いて通信し、それによって、前記目標快適領域(101)に到達するまで、現在の快適領域(102)が前記目標快適領域(101)に近づくことを特徴とする、方法(V)。
- 請求項2に記載の方法(V)であって、前記少なくとも1人の車両ユーザ(2)に、前記車両(1)の前記位置計画装置(5)の将来の動きのデータを、前記HMIシステム(3)を用いて通信することを特徴とする、方法(V)。
- 請求項1~3の何れか一項に記載の方法(V)であって、前記車両(1)は、前記調整装置(6)と接続されたインテリアシステム(7)を備え、前記調整装置(6)は、追加的に、前記車両(1)の前記インテリアシステム(7)を作動させ、前記目標快適領域(101)に到達するまで、現在の快適領域(102)が前記目標快適領域(101)に近づくように、前記インテリアシステム(7)を適合させることを特徴とする、方法(V)。
- 請求項1~4の何れか一項に記載の方法(V)であって、前記位置計画装置(5)は、動きのデータの一部として、前記車両(1)の軌道を計画し、前記少なくとも1人の車両ユーザ(2)に、これらの軌道を、前記HMIシステム(3)を用いて通信することを特徴とする、方法(V)。
- 請求項1~5の何れか一項に記載の方法(V)であって、前記調整装置(6)は、追加的に、前記位置計画装置(5)を作動させ、前記目標快適領域(101)に到達するまで、現在の快適領域(102)が前記目標快適領域(101)に近づくように、前記車両(1)の動きの計画(105)を適合させることを特徴とする、方法(V)。
- 請求項1~6の何れか一項に記載の方法(V)であって、前記少なくとも1人の車両ユーザ(2)の現在の快適領域(102)を、前記HMIシステム(3)を用いて検出したバイタルパラメータに基づいて決定することを特徴とする、方法(V)。
- 請求項2~7の何れか一項に記載の方法(V)であって、前記HMIシステム(3)は、前記少なくとも1人の車両ユーザ(2)と光学的および/または音響的および/または触覚的に通信することを特徴とする、方法(V)。
- 車両(1)のための調整装置(6)であって、前記車両(1)のHMIシステム(3)、シャーシシステム(4)、および位置計画装置(5)と接続可能であり、前記調整装置は(6)は、請求項1~8の何れか一項に記載の、前記車両(1)の快適性を少なくとも1人の車両ユーザ(2)のために適合させる方法(V)を実行することを特徴とする、調整装置(6)。
- 請求項9に記載の調整装置(6)であって、前記調整装置(6)はインテリアシステム(7)と接続可能であることを特徴とする、調整装置(6)。
- 少なくとも1人の車両ユーザ(2)のための車両(1)であって、HMIシステム(3)と、シャーシシステム(4)と、位置計画装置(5)と、を備え、前記車両(1)は請求項9に記載の調整装置(6)を備え、前記車両(1)が、請求項1~8の何れか一項に記載の、快適性を少なくとも1人の車両ユーザ(2)のために適合させる方法(V)を実行することを特徴とする、車両(1)。
- 請求項11に記載の車両(1)であって、追加的にインテリアシステム(7)を備えることを特徴とする、車両(1)。
