Description
なおマイコン4は、クランク角センサのパルス信号により算出されるエンジン回転数に基づいて、各気筒に対する噴射開始時間を算出できる。
図6に示すマップ14のデータは、エンジン負荷率が高い場合には分割回数Nを小さく設定し、エンジン負荷率が低くなると分割回数を大きく設定する。

また、通電指示時間補正量ΔTiを減じるタイミングは、所定回数あるいは所定周期を単位として実施するようにしても良い。
本発明は、前述した実施形態に限定されるものではなく、種々変形して実施することができ、その要旨を逸脱しない範囲で種々の実施形態に適用可能である。例えば以下に示す変形又は拡張が可能である。前述した複数の実施形態を必要に応じて組み合わせて構成しても良い。
Claims (4)
- エンジンへの燃料噴射を行う燃料噴射弁を電流駆動する噴射制御装置であって、
前記燃料噴射弁を電流駆動して燃料を噴射させる際に、前記燃料噴射弁に流れる電流の面積補正を実施して通電時間補正量(ΔTi)を算出する通電時間補正量算出部(5d)を備え、通電指示時間を補正して通電制御する駆動制御部(5)と、
前記駆動制御部により算出された前記通電時間補正量が予め設定された上限値を超えるときに前記駆動制御部の制御系統の異常判定をする異常判定部(12)と、
前記異常判定部が前記駆動制御部の制御系統の異常判定をしたときに、前記通電時間補正量算出部による前記通電時間補正量の算出を停止させ、前記駆動制御部に前記異常判定時の前記通電時間補正量を段階的に減じるように設定する補正量減算設定部(11)と
を備え、
前記補正量減算設定部は、前記エンジンの負荷率を検出するセンサにより検出された当該エンジンの負荷率が高いほど減じる段階数を多く設定する噴射制御装置。 - 前記補正量減算設定部は、前記駆動制御部に前記異常判定時の前記通電時間補正量を前記上限値からゼロになるまで減じるように設定する請求項1に記載の噴射制御装置。
- 前記補正量減算設定部は、前記駆動制御部に前記異常判定時の前記通電時間補正量を前記上限値から回数を設定して段階的に減じるように設定する請求項1または2に記載の噴射制御装置。
- 前記補正量減算設定部は、前記駆動制御部に前記異常判定時の前記通電時間補正量を前記上限値から所定周期毎に段階的に減じるように設定する請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の噴射制御装置。
