前記非金属リン含有化合物が、リンアミン塩、硫黄含有リンアミン塩、ホスファイト、ホスホネート、硫黄含有ホスファイト、硫黄含有ホスホネート、非金属ジチオホスフェート、またはそれらの混合物のうちの少なくとも1つを含む項目1~4のいずれかに記載の潤滑剤組成物。
(項目6)
0~2.2重量%の硫化オレフィンをさらに含む、項目1~5のいずれかに記載の潤滑剤。
(項目7)
前記潤滑剤組成物が硫化オレフィンを実質的に含まない、または含まない、項目1~6のいずれかに記載の潤滑剤。
(項目8)
前記潤滑剤が、すべての添加剤(つまり、基油を含まない)からの総硫黄レベルが約0.5~約3重量%を含む、項目1~7のいずれかに記載の潤滑剤組成物。
(項目9)
前記潤滑剤が、1000ppmを超える総リンレベルを含む、項目1~8のいずれかに記載の潤滑剤組成物。
(項目10)
前記潤滑剤が、約300ppm~約4000ppmの総リンレベルを含む、項目1~9のいずれかに記載の潤滑剤組成物。
(項目11)
前記潤滑剤が実質的に洗剤を含まない、項目1~10のいずれかに記載の潤滑剤組成物。
(項目12)
前記潤滑剤が、すべての添加剤(つまり、基油を含まない)からの総硫黄レベルが約0.2~約0.75重量%を含む、項目1~11のいずれかに記載の潤滑剤組成物。
(項目13)
前記金属チオホスフェートが、前記組成物中の総リンの約15~約80%を提供する、項目1~12のいずれかに記載の潤滑剤組成物。
(項目14)
洗剤をさらに含む、項目1~13のいずれかに記載の潤滑剤組成物。

Claims (13)
- a.潤滑粘度の油と、
b.100ppm~3000ppmの亜鉛を提供するための亜鉛チオホスフェートと、
c.非金属リン含有化合物であって、前記非金属リン含有化合物が、リンアミン塩、硫黄含有リンアミン塩、ホスファイト、ホスホネート、硫黄含有ホスファイト、硫黄含有ホスホネート、非金属ジチオホスフェート、またはそれらの混合物のうちの少なくとも1つを含む、非金属リン含有化合物と、
d.0.07~0.5重量%のチアジアゾールもしくはその誘導体と、
e.2~3重量%の硫化オレフィンとを含む、自動車歯車用潤滑剤組成物であって、
前記潤滑剤が、0.5~2重量%の、すべての添加剤(すなわち、基油を含まない)からの総硫黄レベルおよび300ppm~4000ppmの総リンレベルを含む、潤滑剤組成物。 - 前記亜鉛チオホスフェートがジアルキルジチオリン酸亜鉛を含む、請求項1に記載の潤滑剤組成物。
- 前記ジアルキルジチオリン酸亜鉛が、第二級ジアルキルジチオリン酸亜鉛を含むか、本質的にそれからなるか、またはそれからなる、請求項1または2に記載の潤滑剤組成物。
- 前記潤滑剤が、1000ppmを超える総リンレベルを含む、請求項1に記載の潤滑剤組成物。
- 前記潤滑剤が洗剤を含まない、請求項1に記載の潤滑剤組成物。
- 前記亜鉛チオホスフェートが、前記組成物中の総リンの15~80%を提供する、請求項1に記載の潤滑剤組成物。
- 洗剤をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の潤滑剤組成物。
- ホウ酸化分散剤をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の潤滑剤組成物。
- 自動車用歯車、車軸および/または軸受を潤滑する方法であって、前記自動車用歯車、車軸および/または軸受に請求項1~5のいずれかに記載の潤滑剤組成物を供給すること、および前記自動車用歯車、車軸、および/または軸受を動作させることを含む、方法。
- 前記自動車用歯車、車軸および/または軸受が車軸を含む、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記自動車用歯車、車軸および/または軸受が軸受を含む、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記自動車用歯車、車軸および/または軸受が歯車を含む、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記自動車用歯車、車軸および/または軸受が手動変速機を含む、請求項9に記載の方法。
