Description
Claims (11)
- 熱を発生させる加熱体と、
前記加熱体の少なくとも一部分が挿入される挿入孔を含み、前記加熱体を支持する第1固定部と、
加熱体の長手方向に延び、一側で前記第1固定部と噛み合う第2固定部と、を含み、
前記加熱体の少なくとも一部分は前記挿入孔の直径よりも大きい直径を有し、
前記加熱体の前記一部分は、前記挿入孔に強制嵌合され、前記加熱体は、前記第1固定部に対して固定され、
互いに固定された前記加熱体及び前記第1固定部が加熱された状態で前記加熱体と前記挿入孔との間が密封されるように、前記加熱体の熱膨脹率と前記第1固定部の熱膨脹率とは互いに異なり、
前記第2固定部は、前記第2固定部の一側から前記第2固定部の半径方向の内側方向に延び、前記第1固定部の下部に配置され前記第1固定部を支持する延長部を含み、
前記延長部と前記第1固定部の下部面のいずれか1つに形成された凹部と、前記延長部と前記第1固定部の下部面の他の1つに形成された凸部との噛み合いによって、前記第1固定部と前記第2固定部との相対位置が固定される、ヒータ組立体。 - 前記第1固定部の熱膨脹率は、前記加熱体の熱膨脹率よりも大きい、請求項1に記載のヒータ組立体。
- 前記加熱体が加熱されれば、前記第1固定部の前記挿入孔で発生する熱膨脹長さと前記加熱体の少なくとも一部分で発生する熱膨脹長さとの差は、前記加熱体が前記第1固定部に挿入される前の前記加熱体の少なくとも一部分の直径と前記第1固定部の挿入孔の直径との差よりも小さい、請求項2に記載のヒータ組立体。
- 前記加熱体は、前記加熱体が前記第1固定部に挿入されれば、前記加熱体の少なくとも一部分の末端から前記加熱体の半径方向の外側に延びるように形成された係止部をさらに含む、請求項1に記載のヒータ組立体。
- 前記凹部と前記凸部のうち、いずれか1つに形成された突起と、前記凹部と前記凸部のうち、他の1つに形成され、前記突起を収容する溝をさらに含み、前記溝に収容された前記突起によって前記第2固定部に対する前記第1固定部の相対的な回転が防止される、請求項1に記載のヒータ組立体。
- 前記第2固定部は、射出成形によって前記第1固定部と一体型に形成される、請求項1に記載のヒータ組立体。
- 前記第2固定部はシガレットが収容される収容空間を形成し、
前記第1固定部の前記収容空間に向かう面は、凹部を含む、請求項1に記載のヒータ組
立体。 - 前記第2固定部はシガレットが収容される収容空間を形成し、
前記第2固定部の外側に配置され、前記収容空間の少なくとも一部を取り囲んで誘導磁場を発生させるコイルをさらに含み、
前記加熱体は、誘導磁場によって発熱するサセプタ(susceptor)をさらに含む、請求項1に記載のヒータ組立体。 - 前記第2固定部の周囲に位置する外壁をさらに含み、前記外壁は、前記外壁と前記第2固定部との間に空間が形成されるように位置し、
前記コイルは、前記第2固定部と前記外壁との間に形成された前記空間に配置される、請求項8に記載のヒータ組立体。 - 請求項1~9のうち、いずれか1項に記載のヒータ組立体と、
前記ヒータ組立体に電力を供給するようになされるバッテリと、を含み、
前記ヒータ組立体は、前記バッテリから供給された電力によって熱を発生させる、エアロゾル生成装置。 - 請求項10に記載のエアロゾル生成装置と、
前記エアロゾル生成装置に収容されるシガレットと、を含む、エアロゾル生成システム。
