Claims (14)
- 光学道具であって、
反射層と;
前記反射層の外側の選択的光変調層と;
前記選択的光変調層の外側表面近くまたは前記選択的光変調層の前記反射層近くに存在する機能性分子と、
を含み、
前記機能性分子が、電荷散逸グループ、コーティング結合グループおよび接着向上グループから選択される少なくとも1つのグループを含み、
前記電荷散逸グループは、ポリオール、リン酸、四級アンモニウム塩、ピリジニウム塩、ポリエチレングリコール、カーボンナノチューブ、導電性ポリマー、スルホン酸、カルボン酸およびそれらの組み合わせから選択され;
前記コーティング結合グループは、ポリオール、カルボン酸およびそれらの組み合わせから選択され;
前記接着向上グループは、ポリオール、リン酸、スルホン酸、ポリカルボン酸、無水物、ハロゲン化アシルおよびそれらの組み合わせから選択される、光学道具。 - 前記選択的光変調層の表面の外側の機能層をさらに含み、前記機能性分子が、前記機能層にさらに存在する、請求項1に記載の光学道具。
- 前記反射層の外側の機能層をさらに含み、前記機能性分子が、前記機能層にさらに存在する、請求項1に記載の光学道具。
- 前記機能性分子が、前記選択的光変調層の外側表面に存在する、請求項1に記載の光学道具。
- 前記機能性分子が、前記選択的光変調層の前記反射層近くに存在する、請求項1に記載の光学道具。
- 前記反射層が、第1の表面と、前記第1の表面の反対側の第2の表面とを含み;
前記選択的光変調層が、第1の選択的光変調層である、請求項1に記載の光学道具。 - 前記第1の選択的光変調層が、前記反射層の前記第1の表面の外側にあり;
第2の選択的光変調層が、前記反射層の前記第2の表面の外側にある、請求項6に記載の光学道具。 - 前記機能性分子が、前記第2の選択的光変調層にさらに存在する、請求項7に記載の光学道具。
- 前記機能性分子が、前記第1の選択的光変調層の外側表面と、前記第2の選択的光変調層の外側表面のうちの少なくとも一方に存在する、請求項7に記載の光学道具。
- 前記第1と第2の選択的光変調層の少なくとも一方の表面の外側の少なくとも1つの機能層をさらに含み、前記機能性分子が、前記少なくとも1つの機能層にさらに存在する、請求項7に記載の光学道具。
- 前記機能性分子が、前記第1と第2の選択的光変調層の少なくとも一方の前記反射層近くに存在する、請求項7に記載の光学道具。
- 光学道具の製造方法であって、
基板上に反射層を堆積すること;
前記反射層上に選択的光変調層を堆積すること;および
前記選択的光変調層の外側表面近くまたは前記選択的光変調層の前記反射層近くに機能性分子を提供すること、
を含み、
前記機能性分子が、電荷散逸グループ、コーティング結合グループおよび接着向上グループから選択される少なくとも1つのグループを含み、
前記電荷散逸グループは、ポリオール、リン酸、四級アンモニウム塩、ピリジニウム塩、ポリエチレングリコール、カーボンナノチューブ、導電性ポリマー、スルホン酸、カルボン酸およびそれらの組み合わせから選択され;
前記コーティング結合グループは、ポリオール、カルボン酸およびそれらの組み合わせから選択され;
前記接着向上グループは、ポリオール、リン酸、スルホン酸、ポリカルボン酸、無水物、ハロゲン化アシルおよびそれらの組み合わせから選択される、光学道具の製造方法。 - 前記選択的光変調層上に機能層を堆積することをさらに含み、前記機能性分子が、前記機能層にさらに存在する、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記基板上に前記反射層を堆積することの前に、前記基板上に機能層を堆積することをさらに含み、前記機能性分子が、前記機能層にさらに存在する、請求項12に記載の方法。
