Claims (6)
- 酸化性ガスにより燃料ガスを燃焼させて前記燃料ガスを改質することにより、水素を含有した改質ガスを生成する改質装置において、
管状の筐体と、
前記筐体の内部に配置され、前記燃料ガスを燃焼させることで生成される燃焼ガスにより加熱される触媒と、
前記筐体に設けられ、前記燃料ガス及び前記酸化性ガスを含む起動用ガスを前記筐体の内部に導入する起動用ガス導入部と、
前記筐体に取り付けられ、前記起動用ガス導入部より前記筐体の内部に導入された前記燃料ガスを着火させる点火部と、
前記筐体における前記起動用ガス導入部と前記触媒との間に設けられ、前記燃料ガスを前記筐体の内部に導入する燃料ガス導入部と、
前記筐体における前記起動用ガス導入部と前記触媒との間に設けられ、前記酸化性ガスを前記筐体の内部に導入する酸化性ガス導入部と、
前記筐体の内部における前記燃料ガス導入部及び前記酸化性ガス導入部の少なくとも一方と前記触媒との間に配置され、前記燃焼ガスと前記燃料ガス及び前記酸化性ガスとを通過させることによって前記燃焼ガスと前記燃料ガス及び前記酸化性ガスとを混合させる混合部材とを備える改質装置。 - 前記酸化性ガス導入部は、前記筐体における前記燃料ガス導入部と前記触媒との間に設けられている請求項1記載の改質装置。
- 前記混合部材は、前記筐体の内部における前記燃料ガス導入部と前記酸化性ガス導入部との間に配置された第1混合部材と、前記筐体の内部における前記酸化性ガス導入部と前記触媒との間に配置された第2混合部材とを有する請求項2記載の改質装置。
- 前記筐体は、円管状を呈し、
前記起動用ガス導入部は、前記起動用ガスを前記筐体の内部に前記筐体の接線方向に導入する請求項1~3の何れか一項記載の改質装置。 - 前記燃料ガス導入部は、前記燃料ガスを前記筐体の内部に前記筐体の接線方向に導入し、
前記酸化性ガス導入部は、前記酸化性ガスを前記筐体の内部に前記筐体の接線方向に導入する請求項4記載の改質装置。 - 前記混合部材の一部が多孔質体である請求項1~5の何れか一項記載の改質装置。
