Claims (9)
- 複数の電池セルが積層されている電池セル積層体、
前記電池セル積層体と連結されるバスバーフレーム、
前記電池セル積層体から突出し、前記バスバーフレームのリードスロットを通過する電極リード、および
前記電極リードと電気的に連結されるバスバーを含み、
前記バスバーフレームは、基本底部、および前記基本底部から突出した第1リブ部を含み、
前記第1リブ部は前記バスバーを支えており、
前記バスバーと前記電極リードが溶接された部分は、前記第1リブ部の延長線上に位置する、電池モジュール。 - 前記電極リードが前記バスバーフレームの前記リードスロットを通過した後に前記バスバー上に曲げられ、前記電極リードの曲げられた部分が前記バスバーと溶接されている、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記第1リブ部は、互いに隣接した第1サブリブ部と第2サブリブ部を含み、
前記バスバーは、前記第1サブリブ部と前記第2サブリブ部のそれぞれが支えている第1部分と、前記第1サブリブ部と前記第2サブリブ部の間に位置する第2部分を含み、
前記第2部分の上部面は前記基本底部に向かって陥没しているハーフブランキング形状を有する、請求項2に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記電極リードは前記第1部分上で溶接され、前記電極リードは、前記溶接された部分から延長されて前記第2部分に向かって折られたダミー部を含む、請求項3に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記ダミー部は前記第2部分の陥没部分の中へ折られた、請求項4に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記バスバーの前記第1部分と前記バスバーの前記第2部分は一体に形成される、請求項3に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記バスバーの前記第2部分は前記第1サブリブ部と前記第2サブリブ部のそれぞれから離隔している、請求項3に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記バスバーフレームは、互いに隣接した前記バスバーの間に位置する第2リブ部をさらに含み、
前記第2リブ部の高さは、前記バスバー上に曲げられた前記電極リードの高さと同一であるか、または、前記バスバー上に曲げられた前記電極リードの高さよりも低い、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。 - 請求項1に記載の電池モジュールを含む電池パック。
