Claims (8)
- 高吸水性樹脂の乾燥のためのコンベヤが設けられた乾燥装置であって、
前記高吸水性樹脂を移送するコンベヤと、
前記コンベヤに乾燥熱風を供給する熱風供給部と、
を含み、
前記コンベヤは、
互いに屈曲した状態で連結される複数のコンベヤベッドと、
前記複数のコンベヤベッドの間を連結するリンク連結部と、
前記コンベヤベッドを駆動する駆動部と、
を含み、
前記コンベヤベッドは、前記高吸水性樹脂が表面に載置されて移送される複数のベッドボディを含み、
前記複数のベッドボディは、互いに90度~170度の角度範囲で傾斜して連結される、高吸水性樹脂乾燥装置。 - 前記コンベヤベッドは、
前記ベッドボディの側面に形成されて前記リンク連結部が連結される連結溝
を含む、請求項1に記載の高吸水性樹脂乾燥装置。 - 前記リンク連結部は、前記ベッドボディの一側に突出して隣接した前記ベッドボディの前記連結溝に挿入されるリンク突部を含む、請求項2に記載の高吸水性樹脂乾燥装置。
- 前記駆動部は、
前記ベッドボディの周縁に沿って設けられるラックギヤと、
前記ラックギヤに噛合して前記ベッドボディに移動駆動力を提供するピニオンギヤと、
を含む、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の高吸水性樹脂乾燥装置。 - 前記ラックギヤは、
前記ベッドボディの上側表面の周縁に沿って設けられる第1ラックギヤと、
前記ベッドボディの下側表面の周縁に沿って設けられる第2ラックギヤと、
を含む、請求項4に記載の高吸水性樹脂乾燥装置。 - 前記ピニオンギヤは、
前記ベッドボディの上側で前記第1ラックギヤに回転駆動力を伝達する第1ピニオンギヤと、
前記ベッドボディの下側で前記第2ラックギヤに回転駆動力を伝達する第2ピニオンギヤと、
を含む、請求項5に記載の高吸水性樹脂乾燥装置。 - 前記第1ピニオンギヤは、
前記複数のベッドボディが互いに傾斜して連結された位置の上側で前記第1ラックギヤに噛合する、請求項6に記載の高吸水性樹脂乾燥装置。 - 前記第2ピニオンギヤは、
前記複数のベッドボディが互いに傾斜して連結された位置の下側で前記第2ラックギヤに噛合する、請求項7に記載の高吸水性樹脂乾燥装置。
