Claims (5)
- 加熱炉内に炉長方向に沿った固定ビームと駆動ビームとを炉幅方向に所要間隔を介して複数列設け、炉床の下に設けた駆動機構により駆動フレームを駆動させて、各列の駆動ビームをウォーキング動作させ、加熱炉内に装入された被処理物を順々に搬送させて加熱処理するウォーキングビーム式加熱炉において、各列の駆動ビームにそれぞれ炉長方向に所要間隔を介して複数の駆動用支柱を下方に向けて延出させ、各列の駆動ビームにおける各駆動用支柱に対応させて前記の炉床に駆動用貫通穴を設けると共に、前記の駆動フレームの上に水を収容させたトラフを炉長方向に沿って設け、各列の駆動ビームにおける各駆動用支柱を、各駆動用貫通穴から水が収容されたトラフを介して前記の駆動フレームの上に支持させると共に、前記各駆動用貫通穴の周囲からシール部材をトラフにおける水中に浸漬させるように設け、前記のシール部材における電気抵抗値の変化を検知する破損検知用の抵抗値センサーとして、シール部材における電気抵抗値を検知する少なくとも2つの電極を、前記のトラフにおける水面に沿った水平方向に所要間隔を介するようにして各シール部材に設けたことを特徴とするウォーキングビーム式加熱炉。
- 請求項1に記載のウォーキングビーム式加熱炉において、前記の抵抗値センサーとして、シール部材の電気抵抗値を検知するための少なくとも2つの電極を、前記の駆動フレームのウォーキング動作により、前記のトラフが上昇した場合における水面の位置よりも下に位置する一方、前記のトラフが下降した場合における水面の位置よりも上に位置するようにして前記のシール部材に設けたことを特徴とするウォーキングビーム式加熱炉。
- 請求項1に記載のウォーキングビーム式加熱炉において、前記の抵抗値センサーとして、シール部材の電気抵抗値を検知するための少なくとも2つの電極を、前記のシール部材のトラフにおける水面に沿った水平方向に所要間隔を介するようにして、上下方向に複数列設けたことを特徴とするウォーキングビーム式加熱炉。
- 請求項1~請求項3の何れか1項に記載のウォーキングビーム式加熱炉において、前記の破損検知用の抵抗値センサーの近傍に、シール部材の温度を検知する温度センサーを設け、温度センサーにおいて決められた温度における電気抵抗値を前記の抵抗値センサーによって測定することを特徴とするウォーキングビーム式加熱炉。
- 請求項1に記載のウォーキングビーム式加熱炉において、前記の抵抗値センサーとして、水平方向に設けた少なくとも2つの電極と同じ水平線上に、シール部材の温度を検知する温度センサーを設けたことを特徴とするウォーキングビーム式加熱炉。
