Description
本願は、2020年10月19日に提出された、名称が「ボックス、電池及び装置」である中国特許出願202011120254.9の優先権を主張し、該出願の全内容は援用により本明細書に組み込まれる。
消火板と消火剤の設置形態は、下記2種の実施形態で説明され、ただし、以下の2種の実施形態は2種の実現可能な実施形態を例示的に提供することに過ぎず、消火板及び消火剤の設置形態を限定するものではない。
Claims (16)
- 電池に用いられるボックスであって、前記ボックスに排出孔が設けられ、前記排出孔は電池セルが熱暴走する時に生じた炎を前記ボックスの内部から排出することに用いられ、
前記ボックスに消火部品がさらに設けられ、前記消火部品は前記炎が前記排出孔を通過する時、前記炎を消火して温度低下させることに用いられ、
前記ボックスはガイド部材をさらに含み、前記ガイド部材は前記排出孔の外周に接続され、前記ガイド部材は前記炎を前記排出孔にガイドすることに用いられるボックス。 - 前記排出孔の外周に前記消火部品が設置される請求項1に記載のボックス。
- 前記消火部品は前記排出孔の一部を被覆するように構成される請求項1又は2に記載のボックス。
- 前記ボックスは底壁及び前記底壁外周に接続される側壁を含み、前記底壁と前記側壁は電池セルを配置するための収容キャビティを囲み、前記排出孔は前記側壁及び/又は前記底壁に設置される請求項1-3のいずれか一項に記載のボックス。
- 前記側壁及び/又は前記底壁の内部に排出通路を有し、前記排出通路の一端は前記排出孔に連通しており、前記排出通路の他端は前記ボックスの外部に連通している請求項4に記載のボックス。
- 前記ボックスは圧力逃しバルブをさらに含み、前記排出通路の前記他端は前記圧力逃しバルブを介して前記ボックスの外部に連通しており、前記圧力逃しバルブは前記排出通路の内部圧力が閾値に達するときに前記内部圧力を解放することに用いられる請求項5に記載のボックス。
- 前記排出通路内に前記消火部品が設置される請求項5又は6に記載のボックス。
- 前記消火部品は消火剤を含む消火板として構成され、前記消火板は前記ボックス内に固定され、且つ前記消火板は前記炎が前記排出孔を通過する時に前記消火剤を放出して、前記炎を消火して温度低下させるように構成される請求項1-7のいずれか一項に記載のボックス。
- 前記消火板に貫通孔が設置され、前記貫通孔は前記排出孔に連通している請求項8に記載のボックス。
- 前記ボックスは収容溝をさらに含み、前記収容溝は前記消火部品を収容することに用いられ、且つ前記収容溝の溝壁に前記排出孔が設置される請求項1-9のいずれか一項に記載のボックス。
- 前記ガイド部材は前記排出孔に連通しているガイド通路を含み、前記ガイド通路内に前記消火部品が設置される請求項1に記載のボックス。
- 前記ガイド部材は両端が開いている筒体を含み、前記筒体の内部空洞は前記ガイド通路を形成することに用いられ、且つ前記筒体の直径は前記排出孔に近い端から前記排出孔から離れた端へ徐々に増大する請求項11に記載のボックス。
- 前記ガイド部材はファンをさらに含み、前記ファンは前記電池セルが熱暴走する時に起動して前記炎の前記排出孔への流れを加速するように構成される請求項1、11又は12に記載のボックス。
- 前記ガイド部材は前記ファンを保護するためのファンカバーをさらに含み、前記ファンカバーは前記ボックス内に固定され、前記ファンは前記ファンカバー内に設置される請求項13に記載のボックス。
- 電池であって、請求項1-14のいずれか一項に記載のボックス及び電池セルを含み、
前記ボックスに収容キャビティを有し、前記電池セルは前記収容キャビティ内に設置される電池。 - 電気エネルギーを提供するための請求項15に記載の電池を含む装置。
