Description

Claims (9)
- 少なくとも有機物成分を含有する上流にあるスラリを処理する方法であって、前記上流にあるスラリは50%の水分量を有し、当該方法は、
前記上流にあるスラリ中の水分が超臨界状態になるように前記上流にあるスラリの圧力および温度を上昇させるステップと、
前記スラリ中の前記有機物成分の少なくとも一部を、超臨界水ガス化を介して変換して、変換されたスラリを形成するステップと、
前記変換されたスラリから気体生成物を分離するステップと、
前記上流にあるスラリ中の前記有機物成分の少なくとも一部を変換するステップの前に、前記変換されたスラリからの流体を前記上流にあるスラリと混合するステップと、
を含み、
前記流体を前記上流にあるスラリと混合するステップの前に、前記上流にあるスラリを脱水することにより、前記上流にあるスラリ中の水の割合を低減することを特徴とする方法。 - 前記上流にあるスラリ中の前記水分が超臨界状態になる前に、前記流体を前記上流にあるスラリと混合するステップを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 変換前の前記スラリが前記変換されたスラリからの前記流体と混合された後に、前記変換されたスラリと変換前の前記上流にあるスラリとの間で熱を交換するステップを含む、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記変換されたスラリと前記上流にあるスラリとの間で熱を交換して、前記上流にあるスラリを臨界温度より高い温度まで加熱するステップを含む、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記スラリ中の前記有機物成分の少なくとも一部を変換するステップの前に、前記スラリに燃料を添加するステップを含む、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 有機物成分を含有するスラリを処理するシステム(1)であって、前記スラリは少なくとも50%の水分量を有し、当該システムは、
前記スラリ中の水分を超臨界状態にするためのポンプ(6)および加熱器または熱交換器(7)と、
前記スラリ中の前記有機物成分の少なくとも一部を、超臨界水ガス化を介して変換する反応器(8)と、
前記変換されたスラリから気体生成物を除去する分離器(12)と、
前記反応器(8)の上流にある前記スラリに流体を添加する混合器(5)と、
前記混合器(5)から上流にある供給スラリを脱水する固液分離器(2)と、
備え、
前記反応器の下流端部は、前記分離器(12)を介して前記混合器に接続されていることを特徴とする、システム(1)。 - 前記混合器(5)は、前記スラリ中に前記水分を前記超臨界状態にさせる前記ポンプ(6)および前記加熱器または前記熱交換器(7)のうちの少なくとも1つの上流に配置されている、請求項6に記載のシステム(1)。
- 前記変換されたスラリ中の前記流体から固体を除去する分離器(9)をさらに備える、請求項6または7に記載のシステム(1)。
- 前記熱交換器(7)は、前記変換されたスラリから非変換スラリに熱を移動させるように構成され、前記反応器(8)の上流に配置されており、かつ、前記混合器(5)の下流に配置されている、請求項6から8のいずれか一項に記載のシステム(1)。
