B1:ソルビトール
B2:グリセリン
C1:N-メチルピロリドン
C2:フタル酸ジメチル
C3:ベンジルアルコール
C4:ノナン
C5:キシレン
増粘剤1:セルロース系増粘剤
増粘剤2:ベントナイト系増粘剤
酸化剤:過酸化水素
樹脂:酢酸ビニル樹脂(固形分100重量%)
界面活性剤:ポリオキシエチレン(20)ラウリルエーテル硫酸ナトリウム
Release agent compositions 1 to 19 were prepared by uniformly mixing the following raw materials in the weight proportions shown in Table 1.

(試験)
下記に示す塗膜面が垂直となるように設置し、表1に示す剥離用組成物を下記に示す所要量でローラー塗りし、下記の試験を実施した。
塗膜面:スレート板(300×150×6mm)の片面に、アクリルシリコン樹脂、酸化チタンを主成分とするアクリルシリコン樹脂塗料を吹付け、塗膜厚0.3mmの塗膜を形成させ、これを促進耐候性試験機「アイスーパーUVテスター」(岩崎電気株式会社製)にて400時間曝露させたものを塗膜面とした。剥離用組成物所要量0.5kg/m2。

The coated surface was exposed for 400 hours using an accelerated weathering tester "I-Super UV Tester" (manufactured by Iwasaki Electric Co., Ltd.). Required amount of stripping composition: 0.5 kg/m 2 .

塗付直後の剥離用組成物の塗着度合いを目視にて観察した。度合いの評価は、「5」(垂直面でも問題無く優れた塗着性を示した。)から「1」(剥離用組成物が一部垂れ落ちてしまった。)の5段階で評価した。結果は表1に示す。

塗付後24時間後、ヘラを用いて塗膜剥離を行い、その度合いを、「5」(問題無くスムーズに剥離でき、優れた塗膜軟化性を示した。)から「1」(剥離が困難であり、塗膜軟化性に劣っていた。)の5段階で評価した。結果は表1に示す。
