Description
Claims (10)
- 直列または直列と並列で接続されたバッテリーセルと、
対応する前記バッテリーセルの電極リードに接続される複数個のバスバーと、
各前記バスバーに接続されるセンシングパーツを備える電圧センシング部材と、を含み、
前記複数個のバスバーが、各々厚さ方向へ貫通して形成されたピンホールを備え、
各前記センシングパーツが、前記ピンホールに挿入及び挿入解除可能に設けられた半田ピンを備え、
前記半田ピンは、
前記センシングパーツの一面に付着されるベース部と、
前記ベース部に直交する方向へ延び、前記ピンホールに挿入可能に設けられたホール挿入部と、を含む、
バッテリーモジュール。 - 前記ホール挿入部は、
二本に分岐して互いに平行に延びて形成された第1棒及び第2棒を含む、請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記第1棒及び前記第2棒が、各々フック形態の端部を備え、
各々の前記フック形態の端部が前記ピンホールを通過して前記バスバーの裏面に係合するように設けられた、請求項2に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記ピンホールは、
前記バスバーの前面から所定の深さまで直径が次第に小さくなるように形成された第1ホール区間と、
前記第1ホール区間の終点と連結され、前記バスバーの裏面まで直径が一定に形成された第2ホール区間と、を含む、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記ベース部が、所定の厚さを有する板状に形成され、その表面から突出して形成された少なくとも一つのビードを備える、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記少なくとも一つのビードは複数個であり、
前記複数個のビードのうち少なくとも二つが、前記ホール挿入部を基準にして対称に設けられる、請求項5に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記センシングパーツが、前記ベース部と半田付けされて相互に電気的に接続される接合部をさらに備える、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記電圧センシング部材が、フレキシブルフラットケーブル(FFC)またはフレキシブルプリント回路基板(FPCB)から形成された、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 直列または直列と並列で接続されたバッテリーセルと、
対応する前記バッテリーセルの電極リードに接続される複数個のバスバーと、
各前記バスバーに接続されるセンシングパーツを備える電圧センシング部材と、を含み、
前記複数個のバスバーが、各々厚さ方向へ貫通して形成されたピンホールを備え、
各前記センシングパーツが、前記ピンホールに挿入及び挿入解除可能に設けられた半田ピンを備え、
前記電圧センシング部材が、フレキシブルフラットケーブルまたはフレキシブルプリント回路基板から形成された、バッテリーモジュール。 - 請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュールを含む、バッテリーパック。
