Application of Article 30, Paragraph 2 of the Patent Act October 17, 2019 Test carried out on a sloped land beside the Higashi-Meihan Expressway near 3359 Chizumi-cho, Yokkaichi City, Mie Prefecture
The present invention relates to an anti-slip sheet to be laid on the ground, and particularly to an anti-slip sheet suitable for laying on slopes on both sides of a road constructed by cutting through a mountain.
BACKGROUND ART Conventionally, weed control sheets have been laid on the ground in order to suppress plants such as weeds from growing from the ground. As such a weed control sheet, one is known in which a water-retaining layer made of short fiber nonwoven fabric, a light shielding layer made of asphalt, and a reinforcing layer made of long fiber nonwoven fabric are laminated and integrated in this order from the surface side (Patent Document 1, Claim 1). It has also been proposed that a light shielding layer made of asphalt contain a plant repellent (Patent Document 1, paragraph 0043).
Although such weed control sheets can prevent weeds from growing from the ground, it is difficult to suppress the growth of vines that extend their stems along the ground. That is, the vines that grew in areas where the weed control sheet was not installed would extend their stems along the ground to the surface of the weed control sheet, and the vines would cover the weed control sheet. This is because the surface of the weed control sheet is composed of a water-retaining layer made of short fiber nonwoven fabric, and no plant repellent is present.
For this reason, it is also conceivable to apply or impregnate the water retaining layer made of short fiber nonwoven fabric with a plant repellent. However, even if a short fiber nonwoven fabric is coated or impregnated with a plant repellent, the plant repellent is washed away by rainwater, and it is not possible to prevent the stems of vines from growing on the surface of the weed control sheet for a long period of time. Ta.
An object of the present invention is to prevent the stems of vines from growing on the surface of a weed control sheet over a long period of time.
That is, in the present invention, a porous stone layer consisting of a plurality of porous stones having a vine repellent attached to the pores, an asphalt layer containing a vine repellent, and a polyester nonwoven fabric layer are laminated in this order from the surface side. This relates to an integrated vine-proof sheet.
The anti-vine sheet according to the present invention has a porous stone layer on its surface side. The porous stone layer is composed of a plurality of porous stones and has a mass of about 300 to 700 g/m 2 . A vine repellent is attached to the pores of the porous stone. Any stone with fine pores can be used as the porous stone, but it is particularly preferable to use pumice. The particle size of the porous stone is preferably about 2 to 64 mm. As the vine repellent, conventionally known ones can be used, but it is particularly preferable to use chlorotolyloxypropionic acid polyglycol ester.
To attach the vine repellent to the pores of the porous stone, a pressure-sensitive adhesive or adhesive containing the vine repellent may be applied to the porous stone. As the pressure-sensitive adhesive or adhesive, conventionally known adhesives can be used, and it is particularly preferable to use acrylic resin. The amount of the vine repellent attached is arbitrary, but it is preferably 1 to 5% by mass based on the mass of the porous stone.
An asphalt layer containing a vine repellent is laminated on the back side of the porous stone layer. The mass of the asphalt layer is about 700 to 2000 g/m 2 . As the vine repellent, conventionally known ones can be used, and it is particularly preferable to use chlorotolyloxypropionic acid polyglycol ester. The content of the vine repellent is arbitrary, but it is preferably 0.1 to 1.0% by mass based on the mass of asphalt. As the asphalt, conventionally known petroleum asphalt or natural asphalt can be used, but it is particularly preferable to use modified asphalt. This is because the modified asphalt has excellent adhesion to porous stone and the like, and the porous stone layer and the asphalt layer and the asphalt layer and the polyester nonwoven fabric layer are strongly integrated. In addition, modified asphalt has excellent weather resistance. Preferably, the asphalt layer is impregnated with a polyester nonwoven fabric. That is, the asphalt layer preferably penetrates into the inside and back surface of the polyester nonwoven fabric. This makes it possible to prevent weeds and the like from growing from the lower surface of the installed vine-proof sheet.
As the polyester nonwoven fabric layer integrated with the asphalt layer, conventionally known ones can be used, but it is preferable to use a spunbond nonwoven fabric made of polyester long fibers. This is because polyester long fibers have excellent weather resistance and high mechanical strength such as tensile strength. The basis weight of the polyester nonwoven fabric layer is approximately 50 to 300 g/m 2 .
Preferably, an adhesive is applied to the back side of the polyester nonwoven fabric layer. If the adhesive is applied, the vine prevention sheet will be less likely to shift when it is laid on the ground, improving work efficiency. Further, it is preferable to attach a release sheet such as a synthetic resin film or release paper to the adhesive surface. When transporting the vine-proof sheet, it becomes less sticky and easier to handle. The anti-slip sheet provided with the adhesive and release sheet is laid down with the release sheet removed and the adhesive surface in contact with the ground.
The anti-slip sheet according to the present invention can be obtained by the following manufacturing method. First, a solution in which a vine repellent is dissolved or dispersed in an adhesive liquid or an adhesive liquid is applied to a porous stone, thereby preparing a plurality of porous stones with the vine repellent attached to their pores. On the other hand, repellent-containing asphalt is prepared by adding a vine repellent to asphalt. Also, prepare a polyester nonwoven fabric. Then, the repellent-containing asphalt is heated and mixed to a fluidized state, and is applied to the surface of the polyester nonwoven fabric, and a plurality of porous stones are placed on the repellent-containing asphalt that is in a fluidized state. The vine-proofing sheet according to the present invention can be obtained by the above method. As described above, an adhesive may be applied to the back surface of the polyester nonwoven fabric, and a release sheet may be further attached to the adhesive surface.
The vine prevention sheet according to the present invention is laid on the ground where the stems of vine plants are likely to grow. For example, when a road is built by cutting through a mountain, the stems of vines can grow from the slope and encroach on the road. Therefore, by laying a protective sheet on the slope, it is possible to prevent the stems of vines from entering the road.
The anti-vine sheet according to the present invention has a plurality of porous stones on the surface of which a vine repellent is adhered to the pores. That is, since the vine repellent adheres to the holes, it is difficult for the vine repellent to flow out due to rainwater or the like. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the stems of vine plants from growing on the surface of the vine prevention sheet for a long period of time.
