Claims (7)
- 樹脂および添加剤を含む樹脂組成物をリサイクルする装置であって、
前記樹脂組成物に含まれる樹脂を加水分解させて解重合物を得る押出反応器と、
前記解重合物に含まれるオリゴマーを熱分解させて単量体を気化させる気化器と、を備え、
前記押出反応器は、前記樹脂組成物を導入する第1導入部と、水を導入する第2導入部と、前記樹脂組成物を前記水と混合させるスクリューと、を有し、
前記気化器は、前記解重合物を輸送するスクリューコンベアを有する、樹脂組成物のリサイクル装置。 - 前記押出反応器および前記気化器は、背圧弁を介して連結されている、請求項1に記載の樹脂組成物のリサイクル装置。
- 前記気化器および前記背圧弁は、前記解重合物に含まれるオリゴマーおよび単量体を分離する気液分離器を介して連結されている、請求項2に記載の樹脂組成物のリサイクル装置。
- 前記気化器で気化した単量体および前記気液分離器で分離された単量体を凝縮させる凝縮器をさらに備える、請求項3に記載の樹脂組成物のリサイクル装置。
- 前記気化器の内部を減圧する減圧部をさらに備える、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の樹脂組成物のリサイクル装置。
- 請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の樹脂組成物のリサイクル装置を用いて、前記樹脂組成物をリサイクルする、樹脂組成物のリサイクル方法。
- 前記樹脂組成物は、繊維強化樹脂である、請求項6に記載の樹脂組成物のリサイクル方法。
