Description
前記回転電機を駆動制御するインバータ装置と、前記回転電機のステータコイルに接続される回転電機側バスバーと前記インバータ装置に接続されるインバータ側バスバーとを電気的に接続する端子台と、前記回転電機を収容する第1収容室と前記インバータ装置を収容する第2収容室とを内部に有して一体形成されたケースと、を備え、一体形成された前記ケースは、前記第1収容室と前記第2収容室とを区画する隔壁を備え、前記端子台は、前記第1軸に沿った方向である軸方向の配置領域が前記回転電機と重複し、且つ、前記隔壁を、前記出力部材の径方向に貫通して配置されている。
以下、その他の実施形態について説明する。尚、以下に説明する各実施形態の構成は、それぞれ単独で適用されるものに限られず、矛盾が生じない限り、他の実施形態の構成と組み合わせて適用することも可能である。
以下、上記において説明した車両用駆動装置(100)の概要について簡単に説明する。
Claims (9)
- 第1軸上に配置された回転電機と、
前記回転電機からの駆動力が伝達される伝達機構と、
前記第1軸と互いに平行な別軸である第2軸上に配置され、前記伝達機構を介した前記回転電機からの駆動力を車輪に分配する差動歯車機構と、
前記第2軸上に配置され、前記差動歯車機構と前記車輪とを駆動連結する出力部材と、
前記回転電機を駆動制御するインバータ装置と、
前記回転電機のステータコイルに接続される回転電機側バスバーと前記インバータ装置に接続されるインバータ側バスバーとを電気的に接続する端子台と、
前記回転電機を収容する第1収容室と前記インバータ装置を収容する第2収容室とを内部に有して一体形成されたケースと、を備え、
一体形成された前記ケースは、前記第1収容室と前記第2収容室とを区画する隔壁を備え、
前記端子台は、前記第1軸に沿った方向である軸方向の配置領域が前記回転電機と重複し、且つ、前記隔壁を、前記出力部材の径方向に貫通して配置され、
前記隔壁及び前記端子台の上下方向の配置位置は、前記インバータ装置と前記第2軸との前記上下方向の間であり、
前記端子台は、前記上下方向視で前記第2軸と重複している、車両用駆動装置。 - 前記出力部材は、前記第1収容室に配置されている、請求項1に記載の車両用駆動装置。
- 前記端子台は、前記軸方向及び前記上下方向の双方に直交する方向である前後方向における配置領域が、前記第2軸と重複する位置に配置されている、請求項1又は2に記載の車両用駆動装置。
- 前記端子台の少なくとも一部と、前記回転電機側バスバーの少なくとも一部とが、前記第2軸と前記インバータ装置とに挟まれた領域に配置されている、請求項1から3の何れか一項に記載の車両用駆動装置。
- 前記回転電機側バスバーと前記インバータ側バスバーとを締結する締結部が前記第1収容室に配置されている、請求項1から4の何れか一項に記載の車両用駆動装置。
- 前記第1軸と前記第2軸とを含む面に沿う方向において、前記端子台における前記回転電機側バスバーとの接続端子部の少なくとも一部が、前記第2軸よりも前記回転電機から遠い側に配置されている、請求項1から5の何れか一項に記載の車両用駆動装置。
- 前記回転電機側バスバーを複数本備え、複数本の前記回転電機側バスバーの一部が前記軸方向に沿った軸方向視で重複している、請求項1から6の何れか一項に記載の車両用駆動装置。
- 前記第2収容室は、前記上下方向における配置領域が前記回転電機と重複する位置に配置されている、請求項1から7の何れか一項に記載の車両用駆動装置。
- 前記第2収容室は、前記軸方向に沿った軸方向視で前記差動歯車機構と重複する位置に配置されている、請求項1から8の何れか一項に記載の車両用駆動装置。
