Description
(a)天然ガス供給流を冷却し、少なくとも部分的に液化して、冷却されたLNG窒素濃度を有する冷却されたLNG流を形成することと、
(b)冷却されたLNG流と下流流体流連通して複数回の相分離を行って、蒸気流窒素濃度を有する窒素蒸気流、燃料流窒素濃度を有する燃料流、およびLNG製品流窒素濃度を有するLNG製品流を生成することであって、蒸気流窒素濃度が、冷却されたLNG窒素濃度、燃料流窒素濃度、およびLNG製品流窒素濃度よりも高い、生成することと、
(c)燃料流を混合流と組み合わせて、燃料製品流窒素濃度を有する燃料製品流を作り出すことであって、燃料製品流窒素濃度が燃料流窒素濃度よりも高く、混合流が冷却されたLNG流と下流流体流連通している、作り出すことと、
(d)精留塔の還流として窒素蒸気流の一部を含む再循環流を再循環させることと、を含み、
それにより、ステップ(c)が、燃料製品流窒素濃度がLNG製品流窒素濃度から独立して制御されることを可能にする、方法。
(a)天然ガス供給流を主極低温熱交換器内で少なくとも部分的に液化して、冷却されたLNG窒素濃度を有する冷却されたLNG流を形成することと、
(b)冷却されたLNG流をフラッシュドラムまたは精留塔内でLNG製品流窒素濃度を有するLNG製品流と、フラッシュガス流窒素濃度を有するフラッシュガス流とに分離することと、
(c)フラッシュガス流の少なくとも第1の部分を精留塔内で分離して、蒸気流窒素濃度を有する窒素蒸気流および燃料流窒素濃度を有する燃料流を生成することと、
(d)燃料流を混合流と組み合わせて、燃料流窒素濃度よりも高い燃料製品流窒素濃度を有する燃料製品流を形成することであって、混合流がフラッシュガス流の第2の部分を含む、形成することと、
(e)窒素蒸気流を再循環流と放出流とに分けることと、
(f)再循環流を圧縮および冷却することと、
(g)間接熱交換によって再循環流を燃料流および窒素蒸気流に対してさらに冷却することと、を含む、方法。

(c)前記燃料流を混合流と組み合わせて、燃料製品流窒素濃度を有する燃料製品流を作り出すことであって、前記燃料製品流窒素濃度が前記燃料流窒素濃度よりも高く、前記混合流が前記冷却されたLNG流と下流流体流連通している、作り出すことと、
(d)精留塔の還流として前記窒素蒸気流の一部を含む再循環流を再循環させることと、を含み、それにより、ステップ(c)が、前記燃料製品流窒素濃度が前記LNG製品流窒素濃度から独立して制御されることを可能にする、方法。

ステップ(c)が、前記混合流の流れを制御して、所定の燃料製品流窒素濃度範囲内の燃料製品流窒素濃度をもたらすことをさらに含む、付記1に記載の方法。

(d)前記燃料流を混合流と組み合わせて、前記燃料流窒素濃度よりも高い燃料製品流窒素濃度を有する燃料製品流を形成することであって、前記混合流が前記フラッシュガス流の第2の部分を含む、形成することと、
(e)前記窒素蒸気流を再循環流と放出流とに分けることと、
(f)前記再循環流を圧縮および冷却することと、
(g)間接熱交換によって前記再循環流を前記燃料流および前記窒素蒸気流に対してさらに冷却することと、を含む、方法。
(付記20)
前記蒸気流窒素濃度が、前記冷却されたLNG窒素濃度、前記燃料流窒素濃度、および前記LNG製品流窒素濃度よりも高い、付記19に記載の方法。
(付記21)

Claims (21)
- 天然ガス供給流を液化し、それから窒素を除去するための方法であって、
(a)天然ガス供給流を冷却し、少なくとも部分的に液化して、冷却されたLNG窒素濃度を有する冷却されたLNG流を形成することと、
(b)前記冷却されたLNG流と下流流体流連通して複数回の相分離を行って、蒸気流窒素濃度を有する窒素蒸気流、燃料流窒素濃度を有する燃料流、およびLNG製品流窒素濃度を有するLNG製品流を生成することであって、前記蒸気流窒素濃度が、前記冷却されたLNG窒素濃度、前記燃料流窒素濃度、および前記LNG製品流窒素濃度よりも高い、生成することと、
(c)前記燃料流を混合流と組み合わせて、燃料製品流窒素濃度を有する燃料製品流を作り出すことであって、前記燃料製品流窒素濃度が前記燃料流窒素濃度よりも高く、前記混合流が前記冷却されたLNG流と下流流体流連通している、作り出すことと、
(d)精留塔の還流として前記窒素蒸気流の一部を含む再循環流を再循環させることと、を含み、それにより、ステップ(c)が、前記燃料製品流窒素濃度が前記LNG製品流窒素濃度から独立して制御されることを可能にする、方法。 - ステップ(c)が、前記混合流の流れを制御して、所定の燃料製品流窒素濃度範囲内の燃料製品流窒素濃度をもたらすことをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- ステップ(b)の前記複数回の相分離のうちの少なくとも1回が精留塔内で行われ、前記燃料流が液体として前記精留塔の下端部から引き出される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- (e)前記再循環流を前記窒素蒸気流および前記燃料流との間接熱交換によって冷却することをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- ステップ(e)が、前記燃料流を蒸発させて、前記再循環流を冷却することをさらに含む、請求項4に記載の方法。
- (d1)ステップ(e)を行う前に、前記再循環流を圧縮して周囲熱交換を行うことをさらに含む、請求項4に記載の方法。
- (f)前記燃料製品流を使用して少なくとも1つのガスタービンに動力供給することをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- (g)前記燃料製品流を使用してステップ(a)を行うために使用される冷媒を圧縮するように適合された少なくとも1つの圧縮機を駆動することをさらに含む、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記複数回の相分離が、前記冷却されたLNG流を相分離して、フラッシュガス流および前記LNG製品流を生成することをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記冷却されたLNG流がフラッシュドラムを使用して相分離される、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記冷却されたLNG流が精留塔を使用して相分離される、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記複数回の相分離が、前記フラッシュガス流の少なくとも第1の部分を前記精留塔に導入して、前記窒素蒸気流および前記燃料流を生成することをさらに含む、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記混合流が前記フラッシュガス流の第2の部分を含む、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記混合流がステップ(e)の下流の前記燃料流と組み合わせられる、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記混合流が圧縮および冷却された後に前記燃料流と組み合わせられる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- (h)前記窒素蒸気流を放出することをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- (h)前記窒素蒸気流を貯蔵することをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- ステップ(d)が、前記混合流の流れを制御して、所定の燃料製品流窒素濃度範囲内の燃料製品流窒素濃度をもたらすことをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 天然ガス供給流を液化し、それから窒素を除去するための方法であって、

(c)前記フラッシュガス流の少なくとも第1の部分を精留塔内で分離して、蒸気流窒素濃度を有する窒素蒸気流および燃料流窒素濃度を有する燃料流を生成することと、
(d)前記燃料流を混合流と組み合わせて、前記燃料流窒素濃度よりも高い燃料製品流窒素濃度を有する燃料製品流を形成することであって、前記混合流が前記フラッシュガス流の第2の部分を含む、形成することと、
(e)前記窒素蒸気流を再循環流と放出流とに分けることと、
(f)前記再循環流を圧縮および冷却することと、
(g)前記再循環流を前記燃料流および前記窒素蒸気流との間接熱交換によってさらに冷却することと、を含む、方法。 - 前記蒸気流窒素濃度が、前記冷却されたLNG窒素濃度、前記燃料流窒素濃度、および前記LNG製品流窒素濃度よりも高い、請求項19に記載の方法。
- ステップ(d)が、前記燃料製品流窒素濃度が前記LNG製品流窒素濃度から独立して制御されることを可能にする、請求項19に記載の方法。
