Claims (2)
- 混在廃プラや医療廃棄物を熱分解によって生成した混合液に加水し、熱を加えて攪拌し、陽極と陰極を1組とした電極板2組以上を生成混合液に浸漬し、この電極間に10000から30000ボルトの電圧で微電流を流すことで油中の乳化した塩酸を含む水分は集合、結合して液中で底に沈ませ、このようにして油水の境界の別れた液体を入れた槽の底より塩酸、中ほどより水を抜いて当該混合液を分離する除水機。
- 請求項1の除水機電極の材料は、非磁性体の薄板であり、この薄板は陰極用で1枚、陽極用で1枚を1組として用い、この2枚の板は一方の板の端面がもう一方の板の平面部と対面するT字の状態で用い、この電極はその長さの半分程度を液中に漬け、また槽の内部の水と油と塩酸の混合液の流れは、槽内の邪魔板に遮られて流速を抑制され、適切な槽内での滞留時間を経て分離した後に廃液される請求項1の除水機。
