- 前記プロセッサは、前記ユーザに対するインスリン感受性のための補正率、前記ユーザに対するインスリンカーボ比、又は前記ユーザに対する基礎インスリンレベルの少なくとも1つに基づいて、前記グルコースコスト重み係数又は前記インスリンコスト重み係数の少なくとも1つを決定するように構成される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記グルコースコスト重み係数及び前記インスリンコスト重み係数の少なくとも1つは、TDI(Total Daily Insulin)ユーザに対してカスタマイズされた値を有する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- プロセッサによって行われる方法であって、
グルコースモニタからユーザについてのグルコース測定値を受信するステップと、
人工膵臓から前記ユーザへのインスリンの次の供給に対する投薬量を決定するステップであって、
前記決定するステップは、
前記ユーザへのインスリンの複数の可能な投薬量にコスト関数を適用するステップと、
前記コスト関数のもとで最良のコストを有する、インスリンの前記可能な投薬量の1つを選択するステップと、を含み、
前記コスト関数は、
前記ユーザに対して投薬量オプションを作り出すための予測グルコースレベルと前記ユーザに対する目標グルコースレベルとの間の差を反映するグルコースコスト要素を有し、
前記投薬量オプションが現在の基準インスリン投薬量とどの程度異なるかを反映するインスリンコスト要素を有し、
前記グルコースコスト要素に重み付けするためのグルコースコスト重み係数を有し、
前記インスリンコスト要素に重み付けするためのインスリンコスト重み係数を有し、
前記グルコースコスト重み係数及び前記インスリンコスト重み係数は、前記ユーザに対してカスタマイズされた値を有する、ステップと、
前記選択された投薬量を前記ユーザに供給するように前記人工膵臓に指示するステップと、を含む、方法。 - コンピュータ可読命令を格納する非一時的なコンピュータ可読記憶媒体であって、

グルコースモニタからユーザについてのグルコース測定値を受信することと、

前記コスト関数は、
前記ユーザに対して投薬量オプションを作り出すための予測グルコースレベルと前記ユーザに対する目標グルコースレベルとの間の差を反映するグルコースコスト要素を有し、
前記投薬量オプションが現在の基準インスリン投薬量とどの程度異なるかを反映するインスリンコスト要素を有し、
前記グルコースコスト要素に重み付けするためのグルコースコスト重み係数を有し、
前記インスリンコスト要素に重み付けするためのインスリンコスト重み係数を有し、
前記グルコースコスト重み係数及び前記インスリンコスト重み係数は、前記ユーザに対してカスタマイズされた値を有する、ことと、
前記選択された投薬量を前記ユーザに供給するように前記人工膵臓に指示することと、を行わせる、非一時的なコンピュータ可読記憶媒体。 - 前記グルコースコスト重み係数及び前記インスリンコスト重み係数の1つだけが前記ユーザに対してカスタマイズされた値を有する、請求項18に記載の非一時的なコンピュータ可読記憶媒体。
- 前記グルコースコスト重み係数及び前記インスリンコスト重み係数の両方が前記ユーザに対してカスタマイズされた値を有する、請求項18に記載の非一時的なコンピュータ可読記憶媒体。
- 前記グルコースコスト重み係数は、インスリンニーズを表す基準値に対する前記ユーザのインスリンニーズを表すカスタム値の比率を示す値を乗じた基準グルコースコスト重み係数の値を有する、請求項18に記載の非一時的なコンピュータ可読記憶媒体。
