Description

The present invention relates to a table unit, and more specifically to a table unit equipped with a table and a stand member that can be positioned across the table.

Conventionally, there are known configurations in which the space above the top plate of a table is divided by a partition member (see, for example, Patent Document 1 and Patent Document 2). These tables are configured to divide the space above the top plate into multiple sections by partition members attached to the top plate.

In the configurations described in Patent Documents 1 and 2 above, if the partition member is configured to be adjustable, it becomes possible to change the size of the space above the tabletop as appropriate. However, with the configurations described in the above patent documents, it is difficult to use the partition member for other purposes, such as as a whiteboard or display support member. In addition, the partition member is not configured to be used alone while separated from the table.

The present invention was made in consideration of the above-mentioned circumstances, and the problem that the present invention aims to solve is to provide a table unit that allows a member that can be used as a partition member to be used for other purposes, and that allows the member to be used alone while separated from the table.

To solve the above problems, the present invention provides a table unit having the following configuration.

(1) A table unit comprising a table and a stand member that can be arranged across the table, the table comprising a top plate formed in a rectangular shape in a plan view, and leg members supporting the top plate, the stand member comprising support members arranged at intervals slightly longer than the length of one side of the top plate and erected adjacent to each of two other sides of the top plate perpendicular to the one side, a connecting member connecting the support members above the top plate, and a fixed member fixed to the connecting member with a gap provided above the top plate, the stand member being usable as a partition member in the space above the top plate, casters being provided at a lower end of the support member , and a guide member being provided on one of the other side of the top plate and the support member to guide displacement of the stand member, the guide member only allowing sliding displacement of the stand member along the other side of the top plate, and restricting displacement and rotational displacement of the stand member in other directions.

(2) A table unit as described in (1), in which the stand member is displaceable from one end of the other side to the other end along the other side of the tabletop.

(3) The table unit according to (1) or (2), wherein a cushioning material is provided on either the other side of the table top or the support member to prevent contact with the other side.

(4) The table unit according to any one of (1) to (3), wherein the fixed member is configured as any one of a whiteboard unit, a display support unit, and a counter unit.

The table unit according to the present invention provides the following advantages:

According to the configuration of (1), the stand member usable as a partition member can be used for other purposes, and the stand member can be used alone in a state separated from the table. In addition, the position of the stand member on the table can be easily adjusted.

The configuration of (2) allows the position of the stand member on the table to be adjusted, increasing the flexibility of how the table unit can be used.

According to the configuration of (3) , the table and the stand member can be prevented from coming into contact with each other and being damaged.

According to the configuration of (4) , it is possible to change the use of the stand member.

[First embodiment]
A table unit 1 according to a first embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to Figures 1 to 5. The table unit 1 according to this embodiment includes a table 2 and a stand member 3. The table unit 1 is used in a state in which the table 2 and the stand member 3 are combined as shown in Figures 1 to 3, or in a state in which the table 2 and the stand member 3 are separated as shown in Figure 4. Metal materials such as steel or aluminum are mainly used for each member constituting the table unit described in this specification, but other materials such as wood or resin materials can also be used.

As shown in Figures 1 to 5, the table 2 comprises a top plate 21 formed in a rectangular shape in a plan view, and four leg members 22 supporting the four corners of the top plate 21. That is, in the table 2 according to this embodiment, the four sides of the top plate 21 are composed of two opposing short sides and two opposing long sides. Note that the configuration for supporting the top plate 21 is not limited to the four leg members 22, and a configuration with another number of leg members or a configuration using panel legs may also be used.

The stand member 3 comprises two support members 32, a connecting member 33 (see FIG. 5) that connects the support members 32 to each other, and a whiteboard unit 40 that is a fixed member. A stand leg 31 is fixed to the lower end of the support member 32. Note that one or both of the support members 32 can be made up of multiple rod-shaped or plate-shaped members.

In this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 1, the support member 32 and the stand leg 31 form a so-called T-shaped leg, but it is also possible to form an L-shaped leg using the support member 32 and a stand leg extending in one longitudinal direction of the table 2. This allows the stand member 3 to be positioned at the end of the longitudinal direction of the table 2 even if the short side of the table 2 is placed against a wall or the like.

As shown in Figures 1 and 2, the support members 32 are arranged at intervals slightly longer than the length of one of the short sides of the table top 21, and are erected close to each of the other two long sides of the table top 21 that are perpendicular to the one side. In other words, the table top 21 of the table 2 is formed with a dimension (length of the short side) that allows the long side of the table 2 to be arranged with a small gap between the support members 32, 32. That is, in the table unit 1, the stand member 3 is arranged along the short side of the table 2.

In addition, in the table unit 1, the support members 32, 32 can be arranged at intervals slightly longer than the length of the long side of the table top 21, and the support members 32, 32 can be erected close to each of the two short sides of the table top 21 (a configuration in which the stand members 3 are arranged along the longitudinal direction of the table 2).

In this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 5, the support members 32 are connected above the top plate 21 by three connecting members 33. The whiteboard unit 40 is fixed to the connecting members 33 with a gap provided above the top plate 21. The whiteboard unit 40 is composed of whiteboards 41 provided on the front and rear surfaces of the support members 32, respectively, and a tray 42 provided below the whiteboards 41.

As shown in FIG. 5, the whiteboards 41 and the tray 42 are fixed to one of the connecting members 33. In this embodiment, the whiteboard 41 shown in the front of FIG. 5 is engaged with the connecting member 33 via the engaging portion 43. In this way, in the table unit 1 according to this embodiment, a portion of the whiteboard unit 40 is detachable from the connecting member 33.

In this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 2, the whiteboards 41 and the tray 42 are arranged with a gap between them and the top plate 21. In other words, the table 2 is formed so that the height dimension of the top plate 21 is slightly lower than the lower end of the whiteboard unit 40.

As shown in FIG. 1, the table unit 1 according to this embodiment configured as described above can place the stand member 3 in the longitudinal center of the table 2. In this case, the whiteboard unit 40 of the stand member 3 can divide the space above the top board 21 evenly into front and rear. In other words, the stand member 3 can be used as a partition member for the table 2. In this case, the whiteboards 41, 41 of the stand member 3 can be used from both sides of the divided table 2. In other words, the stand member 3 can be effectively used not only as a partition member but also as a whiteboard 41.

As described above, when the stand member 3 is used as a partition member for the table 2, a gap is formed between the top plate 21 and the whiteboard unit 40, but it is difficult for the user to see the opposite side. In other words, with the table unit 1, the stand member 3 effectively separates the space above the table 2, making it possible to shield each other's spaces.

In addition, in the table unit 1 according to this embodiment, the position of the stand member 3 relative to the table 2 can be changed. For example, as shown in FIG. 3, by arranging the stand member 3 at the end of the table 2 in the longitudinal direction, all users of the table 2 can use the whiteboard 41 on the stand member 3.

In this way, in the table unit 1, the stand member 3 can be displaced along the long side of the table top 21 from one end to the other end of the long side. This allows the position of the stand member 3 on the table 2 (the division ratio of the space above the table top 21) to be adjusted, increasing the flexibility of how the table unit 1 can be used.

Furthermore, in the table unit 1 according to this embodiment, the stand member 3 can be used at a distance from the table 2. For example, as shown in FIG. 4, even if a distance is provided between the stand member 3 and the table 2, the stand member 3 can be made to stand independently. In this way, by placing the stand member 3 at a distance from the table 2, it becomes possible to use the whiteboard 41 on the stand member 3 even when there are multiple users of the table 2. Also, by placing the stand member 3 at a distance from the table 2, users of other tables can also use the whiteboard 41 on the stand member 3.

[Second embodiment]
Next, a table unit 101 according to a second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to Fig. 6. The table unit 101 according to this embodiment includes a table 2 having the same configuration as that used in the table unit 1 according to the first embodiment, and a stand member 103 having a different configuration from that of the first embodiment. The following description will focus on the configuration of the stand member 103.

The stand member 103 comprises two support members 132, a connecting member (not shown) that connects the support members 132 to each other, and a whiteboard unit 40 that is a fixed member. A stand leg 131 with a caster 131a is fixed to the lower end of the support member 132. As shown in FIG. 6, the support members 132 are arranged at intervals slightly longer than the length of the short side of the tabletop 21, and are erected close to each of the two long sides of the tabletop 21.

In this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 6, a whiteboard unit 40 similar to that in the first embodiment is fixed to the support members 132/132 with a gap provided above the top plate 21. The whiteboard unit 40 is composed of whiteboards 41/41 provided on both the front and rear surfaces of the support members 132/132, respectively, and a tray 42 provided below the whiteboards 41/41.

In the table unit 101 according to this embodiment, casters 131a are provided at the bottom end of the stand member 103, so that the stand member 103 can be easily displaced along the long side of the table 2. In this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 6, guide members 133 that guide the displacement of the stand member 103 are provided on the support members 132, 132. This makes it easier for the stand member 103 to be displaced along the table 2, making it easier to adjust the position of the stand member 3 on the table 2. It is also possible to provide the guide members on the long sides of the top plate 21.

In this embodiment, the guide members 133/133 also function as cushioning materials that prevent contact between the long sides of the table top 21 and the support members 132/132. Using the guide members 133/133 as cushioning materials prevents the table 2 and the stand member 103 from coming into contact with each other and damaging each other.

[Third embodiment]
Next, a table unit 201 according to a third embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to Fig. 7. The table unit 201 according to this embodiment includes a table 2 having the same configuration as that used in the table unit 1 according to the first embodiment, and a stand member 203 having a different configuration from that of the above embodiment. The following description will focus on the configuration of the stand member 203, which has a different configuration and use from the stand member 3 in the first embodiment.

The stand member 203 comprises two support members 232, a connecting member (not shown) that connects the support members 232 to each other, and a display support unit 240 that is a fixed member. Stand legs 231 are fixed to the lower end of the support member 232. As shown in FIG. 7, the support members 232 are arranged at intervals slightly longer than the length of the short sides of the top plate 21, and are erected close to each of the two long sides of the top plate 21.

In this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 7, the display support unit 240 is disposed above the top plate 21 with a gap therebetween. The display support unit 240 is composed of display support plates 241, 241 provided on both the front and rear surfaces of the support members 232, 232, respectively, and a display 242 provided on one of the display support plates 241. The display 242 is a display device such as a commonly used liquid crystal panel.

In this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 7, the display support unit 240 is arranged with a gap formed between it and the top plate 21. In other words, the table 2 is formed so that the height dimension of the top plate 21 is slightly lower than the lower end of the display support unit 240.

As shown in FIG. 7, the table unit 201 according to this embodiment configured as described above can have the stand member 203 disposed in the longitudinal center of the table 2. In this case, the display support unit 240 of the stand member 203 can divide the space above the top plate 21. In other words, the stand member 203 can be used as a partition member for the table 2.

In addition, in the table unit 201 according to this embodiment, the position of the stand member 203 relative to the table 2 can be changed. For example, by arranging the stand member 203 at the longitudinal end of the table 2, all users of the table 2 can view the display 242 of the stand member 203.

[Fourth embodiment]
Next, a table unit 301 according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to Figures 8 and 9. The table unit 301 according to this embodiment includes a table 2 having the same configuration as that used in the table unit 1 according to the first embodiment, and a stand member 303 having a different configuration from that of the above embodiment. The following description will focus on the configuration of the stand member 303, which has a different configuration and use from the stand member 3 in the first embodiment.

The stand member 303 shown in FIG. 8 comprises two support members 332, a connecting member (not shown) that connects the support members 332 to each other, and a counter unit 340, which is a fixed member. Stand legs 331 are fixed to the lower end of the support member 332. As shown in FIG. 8, the support members 332 are arranged at intervals slightly longer than the length of the short sides of the tabletop 21, and are erected close to each of the two long sides of the tabletop 21.

In this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 8, the counter unit 340 is disposed above the top plate 21 with a gap therebetween. The counter unit 340 shown in FIG. 8 is composed of a single counter plate 341 provided at the upper end of the support members 332, 332.

In this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 8, the counter unit 340 is positioned with a gap between it and the top plate 21. In other words, the table 2 is formed so that the height dimension of the top plate 21 is slightly lower than the lower end of the counter unit 340.

As shown in FIG. 8, the table unit 301 according to this embodiment configured as described above can place the stand member 303 in the longitudinal center of the table 2. In this case, the space above the top board 21 can be divided by the counter unit 340 of the stand member 303 and an object placed on the top surface of the counter board 341 (e.g., a potted plant, lighting equipment, bookshelf, pamphlet stand, etc.). In other words, the stand member 303 can be used as a partition member for the table 2.

In addition, in the table unit 301 according to this embodiment, the position of the stand member 303 relative to the table 2 can be changed. For example, by arranging the stand member 303 at the longitudinal end of the table 2, it becomes possible for all users of the table 2 to share one space.

The stand member 303a according to the modified example shown in Fig. 9 includes two support members 332a, a connecting member (not shown) that connects the support members 332a, and a counter unit 340a that is a fixed member. A stand leg 331 is fixed to the lower end of the support member 332a.

In this modified example, as shown in FIG. 9, the counter unit 340a is placed above the table top 21 with a gap. The counter unit 340a shown in FIG. 9 is composed of three counter plates 341 provided in the upper middle part of the support members 332a. As shown in FIG. 9, by placing the stand member 303a at the longitudinal end of the table 2, it becomes possible for all users of the table 2 to share one space. In addition, by removing the counter unit 340a in this modified example from the support members 332a and 332a and suspending a table tennis net between the support members 332a and 332a located in the longitudinal center of the table 2, the table 2 can be used as a table tennis table.

A table unit including a table and a stand member that can be arranged across the table,
