Description

The present invention relates to an improved container for dispensing stick-shaped cosmetics such as lipstick and stick foundation, which improves productivity and yield.

Conventionally, containers equipped with a mechanism for delivering stick-shaped cosmetics, the main components of which are a holding tube that holds stick-shaped cosmetics, a sleeve that houses the holding tube so that it can slide up and down, and a spiral tube that is rotatably arranged on the outer periphery of the sleeve and moves the holding tube up and down, have been widely used as containers that can be used for directly filling stick-shaped cosmetics from above and directly filling them from behind, because the holding tube can be accessed not only from above but also from below.

In regard to the above-mentioned extension mechanism, Patent Document 1 proposes a rod-shaped cosmetic container that is made up of a retaining tube (middle plate 7) with a protrusion (pin 8), a sleeve (body tube 5) that houses the retaining tube so that it can slide up and down and has a guide groove (vertical hole 6) drilled into the lower side wall through which the protrusion passes, and a helical tube (spiral tube 3) that is rotatably held at the bottom of the sleeve and has a helical groove (spiral groove 4) screwed into the inner wall into which the protrusion of the retaining tube that passes through the guide groove is screwed, the guide groove of the sleeve is drilled until it reaches the bottom opening end, a notch (notch 9) is provided at the upper end of the helical tube, and an entry groove (pin guide passage 10) is provided that connects the notch to the upper end of the helical groove.

Patent Document 2 also proposes a rod-shaped cosmetic container that is made up of a retaining tube (receiving plate 35) with a protrusion (screw pin 36), a sleeve (inner tube body 29) that houses the retaining tube so that it can slide up and down and has a guide groove (guide hole 32) drilled into the lower side wall through which the protrusion passes, and a helical tube (threaded tube body 17) that is rotatably held at the bottom of the sleeve and has a helical groove (thread groove 19) screwed into the inner wall into which the protrusion of the retaining tube that passes through the guide groove is screwed, the helical groove opening at the upper end of the helical tube and drilling a guide groove with a narrow groove width (anti-slip protrusion 33) at the lower end of the guide groove until it reaches the bottom open end of the sleeve.

実開平5-70411号公報Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 5-70411 特開2004-350954号公報JP 2004-350954 A

In Patent Document 1, when inserting the protrusion into the guide groove and the helical groove, the guide groove is open at the lower end of the sleeve, and the helical groove is open at the upper end of the helical tube via the entry groove, so that the retaining tube is inserted from the lower end of the sleeve, the protrusion is inserted into the guide groove, and then the lower end of the sleeve is inserted from the upper end of the helical tube, and the protrusion of the retaining tube can be inserted from the entry groove into the helical groove. Then, the protrusion of the retaining tube abuts against the upper end of the guide groove, which is the upper limit of the retaining tube's ascent, and the lower end face of the retaining tube abuts against the bottom surface of the hakama tube (hakama tube 1) to which the helical tube is attached, which is the lower limit of the retaining tube.

Therefore, during assembly, no stress was applied to the protrusions of the retaining tube, and they could be assembled without being damaged. However, if the retaining tube was lowered further when it was at its lowest point, the bottom end of the retaining tube would press down on the helical tube, creating a risk that the helical tube and the helical tube would become detached (the jacking up phenomenon).

In Patent Document 2, when inserting the protrusion into the guide groove and the helical groove, the guide groove opens through the guide groove to the lower end of the sleeve, and the helical groove opens to the upper end of the helical tube, so that the retaining tube can be inserted from the lower end of the sleeve, the guide groove is pushed open to insert the protrusion into the guide groove, and then the lower end of the sleeve is inserted from the upper end of the helical tube, and the protrusion of the retaining tube can be inserted into the helical groove. At this point, the helical tube prevents the lower end of the sleeve from widening, and the retaining tube cannot fall off the sleeve. The protrusion of the retaining tube then abuts against the upper end of the guide groove, which is the upper limit of the upward movement of the retaining tube, and abuts against the joint between the lower end of the guide groove and the guide groove, which is the lower limit of the retaining tube.

Therefore, when the retaining tube was raised or lowered, the stress was only applied to the payout mechanism, and there was no risk of damage. However, during assembly, the protrusions were pushed apart and engaged with the guide grooves, so some stress was applied to the protrusions, and there was a possibility that this could cause damage to the protrusions.

The container for dispensing a stick-shaped cosmetic material of the present invention comprises a dispensing structure A whose main components are a retaining tube 2, a sleeve 3, and a helical tube 4. The retaining tube 2, which holds the lower end of the stick-shaped cosmetic material 1, has a protrusion 23 protruding radially from its lower side wall. The sleeve 3, which houses the retaining tube 2 so that it can slide up and down, has a guide groove 32 in its lower side wall through which the protrusion 23 of the retaining tube 2 penetrates, and a guide groove 33 which is narrower than the circumferential width W11 of the guide groove 32 and continues from the lower end of the guide groove 32 and is drilled and opened at the lower end of the sleeve 3. The helical tube 4, which is held so as to be rotatable so as to cover the guide groove 32 and the guide groove 33 of the sleeve 3, has a helical groove 41 on its inner circumferential wall, with its upper end threadedly extending above the lower end of the helical tube 4 , into which the protrusion 23 of the retaining tube 2 which penetrates the guide groove 32 is screwed, and an entry groove 412 which is continuous from the upper end of the helical groove 41 is drilled and opened at the upper end of the helical tube 4 .

The projection 23 of the retaining tube 2 has a generally convex shape in plan view, with a thrust projection 231, a screw projection 232, a rotation prevention projection 233 , and a slope 234 integrated together. The thrust projection 231 has a circumferential width W2 slightly narrower than the circumferential width W22 of the guide groove 33 of the sleeve 3, and has a thin, generally rectangular parallelepiped shape with a height H2 from the side wall of the retaining tube 2 equal to or slightly lower than the thickness of the sleeve 3. The screw projection 232 protrudes radially from the radial side wall 231a of the thrust projection 231, and enters and screws into the helical groove 41 from the entry groove 412 of the helical tube 4. The anti-rotation projections 233 are connected to both side walls of the circumferential side wall 231c of the insertion projection 321, biased toward the lower end side wall 231b , and the width W3 between both circumferential ends is slightly narrower than the circumferential width W11 of the guide groove 32 of the sleeve 3. The height H3 of the anti-rotation projection 233 from the side wall of the retaining tube 2 is the same as or slightly lower than the height H2 of the insertion projection 321 from the side wall of the retaining tube 2. The slope 234 is connected to the upper end side wall 233d of the anti -rotation projection 233 , and its tip is at the upper end direction of the retaining tube 2, forming an inclined surface with a height difference.

An upper end side wall 231d of the insertion protrusion 23 of the protrusion 23 engages with the guide groove 33 of the sleeve 3 during assembly to position the retaining tube 2 and the sleeve 3 in the circumferential direction . The slope 234 pushes open the lower end of the sleeve 3 to engage the anti-rotation protrusion 233 with the guide groove 32 of the sleeve 3. The upper end side wall 231d of the insertion protrusion 231 abuts against an upper abutment portion 235 of the guide groove 32 to become an upward limit stopper 321. The lower end side wall 233b of the anti-rotation protrusion 233 abuts against a lower abutment portion 236 of the guide groove 32 to become a downward limit stopper 322. The upward limit stopper 321 and the downward limit stopper 322 regulate the vertical sliding of the retaining tube 2.

The slope 234 has a tip end at the side wall of the retaining tube 2, and a wedge-shaped inclined surface having a height difference in the radial direction is connected to the upper end direction side wall 233d of the anti-rotation projection 233. The tip end of this slope 234 radially spreads the lower end of the sleeve 3 so that the anti-rotation projection 233 slides in and engages with the guide groove 32. Alternatively, the circumferential side wall 231c of the plunger projection 321 has a tip end at the side wall 231c of the retaining tube 2, and a wedge-shaped inclined surface having a height difference in the circumferential direction is connected to the upper end direction side wall 233d of the anti-rotation projection 233. The tip end of this slope 234 radially spreads the guide groove 33 of the sleeve 3 so that the anti-rotation projection 233 engages with the guide groove 32.

As described above, in the present invention, between the lower abutment portion 322 at the lower end of the guide groove 32 of the sleeve 3 and the lower end of the sleeve 3, the guide groove 33 having a groove width W22 narrower than the groove width W11 of the guide groove 32 is provided , so that the guide groove 32 of the sleeve 3 is connected to the lower end of the sleeve 3. Furthermore, between the upper end of the helical groove 41 of the helical tube 4 and the upper end of the helical tube 4, an entry groove 412 is carved, so that the helical groove 41 of the helical tube 4 is connected to the upper end of the helical tube 4. As a result, after inserting the retaining tube 2 from the lower end of the sleeve 3 and inserting and engaging the protrusion 23 of the retaining tube 2 from the guide groove 33 into the guide groove 32, the lower part of the sleeve 3 can be inserted from the upper end of the helical tube 4 and the protrusion 23 of the retaining tube 2 can be inserted from the entry groove 412 into the helical groove 41 and screwed in. Moreover, when the sleeve 3 is attached to the helical tube 4, the expansion of the lower end of the sleeve 3 is suppressed, so that the retaining tube 2 can be held so that it cannot fall off.

Moreover, the groove width W22 of the guide groove 33 of the sleeve 3 is narrower than the groove width W11 of the guide groove 32, and the lower abutment portions 322 of the guide groove 32 remain on both sides of the guide groove 33 at the joint between the lower end of the guide groove 32 and the guide groove 33 , so that when the retaining tube 2 slides up and down , the lower end direction side wall 233b of the anti-rotation protrusion 233 of the projection 23 abuts against the lower abutment portions 322 of the guide groove 32, thereby becoming the lower limit. Therefore, a jack-up phenomenon in which the lower end of the retaining tube 2 abuts against the hakama tube 7 and pushes up the payout mechanism A cannot occur.

Furthermore, the protrusion 23 of the retaining tube 3 has a composite integral shape consisting of a protruding protrusion 231, a screwing protrusion 232, a rotation prevention protrusion 233, and a slope 234. The upper end of the protruding protrusion 231 engages with the lower end of the guide groove 33 of the sleeve 3 to circumferentially align the retaining tube 2 and the sleeve 3. The slope 234 has a wedge-shaped inclined surface that spreads the sleeve 3, and the rotation prevention protrusion 231 slides in and engages with the guide groove 32. When the slope 234 is a wedge-shaped inclined surface having a height difference in the radial direction, the slope 234 slides in and spreads the inside of the sleeve 3, and the rotation prevention protrusion 231 engages with the guide groove 32. When the slope 234 is a wedge-shaped inclined surface having a height difference in the circumferential direction , the slope 234 spreads the lower end of the guide groove 33 of the sleeve 3 in the circumferential direction , and the rotation prevention protrusion 231 engages with the guide groove 32. The screwing protrusion 232 screws into the helical groove 41 of the helical tube 4 to slide the retaining tube 2 up and down. The anti-rotation protrusion 233 engages with the guide groove 32 of the sleeve 3 to slide the retaining tube 2 without rotating. Then, the upper end side wall 231d of the inserting protrusion 231 of the projection 23 abuts against the upper abutment portion 321 of the guide groove 32 of the sleeve 3 to form an upward limit stopper 235 of the retaining tube 2. Then, the lower end side wall 233b of the anti-rotation protrusion 233 of the projection 23 abuts against the lower abutment portion 322 of the guide groove 32 of the sleeve 3 to form a downward limit stopper 236 of the retaining tube 2.

The upper part of the insertion protrusion 231 of the protrusion 23 of the retaining tube 2 engages with the lower end of the guide groove 33 of the sleeve 3, thereby positioning the retaining tube 2 and the sleeve 3 in the circumferential direction . This engagement continues until the anti-rotation protrusion 233 climbs over the lower end of the sleeve 3 and engages with the guide groove 32, so that the retaining tube 2 can be forcibly inserted into the sleeve 3 without wobbling from side to side when assembling it. Moreover, the effect (damage) caused by the forcible insertion is limited to the slope 234 of the protrusion 23 and the lower end of the sleeve 3 , and is not related to the portion related to the raising and lowering, so there is no effect on the payout operation.

A protrusion 23 protrudes radially from the lower outer wall of the leg tube 22.

The stick-shaped cosmetic material 1 and the holding tube 2 are slidably housed within the sleeve 3, with the stick-shaped cosmetic material 1 emerging from and retracting from the tip 31 of the sleeve 3. The sleeve 3 is made of a metal pipe, and a slit-like guide groove 32 is drilled long in the axial direction in the lower side wall, through which the protrusion 23 of the holding tube 2 passes and which guides the holding tube 2 up and down slidably without rotating within the sleeve 3. The upper end of the guide groove 32 is an upper abutment portion 321, and the lower end is a lower abutment portion 322. A guide groove 33 is provided which continues from the lower abutment portion 322 and reaches the lower end of the sleeve 3, and the lower end of the sleeve 3 is split by this guide groove 33. The groove width W22 of this guide groove 33 is narrower than the groove width W11 of the guide groove 32, and the lower abutment portions 322 of the guide groove 32 remain on both sides of the guide groove 33 and serve as lower limit stoppers 235 .

As shown in Figures 7 and 9 , the projection 23 of the retaining tube 2 is composed of a protruding portion 231, a screwing portion 232, a rotation prevention portion 233, and a slope 234, and has a generally convex shape in plan view . The protruding portion 231 has a height H2 from the side wall of the retaining tube 2 that is approximately the same as or slightly lower than the thickness of the sleeve 3, and a circumferential width W2 that is slightly narrower than the groove width W22 of the guide groove 33. A cylindrical screwing portion 232 protrudes radially from a radial side wall 231a of the protruding portion 231. Furthermore, a pair of rotation prevention portions 233 protrude from both sides of a circumferential side wall 231c of the protruding portion 231, biased toward a lower end side wall 231b . The height H3 of the anti-rotation projection 233 from the side wall of the retaining tube 2 is the same as or slightly lower than the height H2 of the plunge projection 231 from the side wall of the retaining tube 2. The circumferential width W3 of both anti-rotation projections 223 is configured to be slightly narrower than the groove width W11 of the guide groove 32 of the sleeve 3. The lower end side wall 233b of the anti-rotation projection 223 and the lower end side wall 231b of the plunge projection 231 are flush with each other (see FIG. 9) . A slope 234 is connected to each of the upper end side walls 233d of the anti-rotation projection 223. The slope 234 is a wedge-shaped inclined surface having a height difference in the radial direction , with the side wall of the retaining tube 2 as its tip .

Since the retaining tube 2 of the present invention has the above-mentioned configuration, when the retaining tube 2 is inserted from the lower end of the sleeve 3 in a state where the sleeve 3 is in a single body, the upper part of the insertion protrusion 231 of the protrusion 23 of the retaining tube 2 engages with the lower end of the guide groove 33 at the lower end of the sleeve 3, that is, the tip of the slope 234 of the protrusion 23 abuts against the lower end of the sleeve 3 in a state where the sleeve 3 and the retaining tube 2 are positioned in the circumferential direction . If a small force is applied to the retaining tube 2 and pushed in, since the lower part of the sleeve 3 is cut by the guide groove 32 and the guide groove 34, the slope 234 pushes open the lower end of the sleeve 3, and the rotation prevention protrusion 233 slips in, and overcomes the lower end of the sleeve 3 and engages with the guide groove 32, completing the assembly (see FIG. 6) . At this time, the insertion protrusion 231 of the protrusion 23 is inserted while engaged with the guide groove 34, so that the circumferential positions of the sleeve 3 and the retaining tube 2 do not change when the retaining tube 2 is inserted.

After assembly, the retaining tube 2 in the sleeve 3 is able to slide up and down without being rotated, as shown in Fig. 6, because the anti-rotation projection 233 of the protrusion 23 is engaged with the guide groove 32 of the sleeve 3. The upper end side wall 231d of the insertion projection 231 of the protrusion 23 abuts against the upper abutment portion 321 of the guide groove 32 to serve as an upward limit stopper 235 that restricts the upward movement of the retaining tube 2 , and the lower end side wall 233b of the anti-rotation projection 233 of the protrusion 23 abuts against the lower abutment portion 322 of the guide groove 32 to serve as a downward limit stopper 236 that restricts the downward movement, thereby restricting the upward and downward sliding of the retaining tube 2. The screwing projection 232 of the protrusion 23 protrudes in the outer diameter direction beyond the outer wall of the sleeve 3.

A first protruding rib 34 and a second protruding rib 35 are provided on the upper side wall of the guide groove 32 of the sleeve 3 with a gap between them, with the first protruding rib 34 on the lower side and the second protruding rib 35 on the upper side protruding in the outer diameter direction. The second protruding rib 35 is positioned slightly below the upper end of the holding dish 21 of the holding tube 2 when the holding tube 2 is at its lower limit. The area above the holding dish 21 inside the sleeve 3 forms a storage section 36 for storing the stick-shaped cosmetic material 1.

The sleeve 3 is inserted from above into the helical tube 4 below the first protruding rib 34. A helical groove 41 is threadedly provided on the inner peripheral wall of the helical tube 4 at a portion facing the guide groove 32 of the sleeve 3. The helical groove 41 is opened at the lower end of the helical tube 4, and the upper end 411 reaches a position facing the upper abutment portion 321 of the guide groove 32. The screw-engaging protrusion 232 of the protrusion 23 of the retaining tube 2 that penetrates the sleeve 3 is screwed into the helical groove 41. In addition, a plurality of vertical ribs 44 parallel to the axis are provided at equal intervals around the entire outer peripheral wall of the helical tube 4. By attaching the helical tube 4 to the sleeve 3, deformation of the lower end of the sleeve 3 is suppressed, the protrusion 23 cannot get over the guide groove 32, and the retaining tube 2 cannot fall off (see FIG. 5).

The portion of the helical tube 4 above the portion where the helical groove 41 is screwed is a connecting portion 42. From the upper end of the connecting portion 42, a plurality of notches 421 are cut out in the axial direction at equal intervals around the entire circumference, and a tongue piece 422 is formed between the notches 421. One of the notches 421 is provided directly above the upper end 411 of the helical groove 41. From the upper end 411 of the helical groove 41, an entry groove 412 is carved in the axial direction. The upper end of the entry groove 412 reaches the lower end of the notch 421 provided directly above the helical groove 41 and opens. As a result, the screwing protrusion 232 of the protrusion 23 of the retaining tube 2 can be screwed into the helical groove 41 from the entry groove 412, and the lower part of the sleeve 3 incorporating the retaining tube 2 can be inserted and assembled into the helical tube 4 by circumferentially aligning the screwing protrusion 232 and the entry groove 412 of the helical tube 4.

In addition, a groove 423 that rotatably engages with the first protruding rib 34 of the sleeve 3 is engraved on the inner peripheral wall of the tongue 422 (see FIG. 5). The groove 423 of the spiral tube 4 is provided at a position that holds the lower end of the spiral tube 4 in a state where it protrudes slightly downward from the lower end of the sleeve 3 when it engages with the first protruding rib 34 of the sleeve 3 (see FIGS. 1 and 2). There is a gap between the upper end of the tongue 422 and the second protruding rib of the sleeve 3, forming a holding portion 43 that holds the O-ring 5 so that it cannot fall off. The vertical width of the holding portion 43 (the distance between the lower surface of the second protruding rib 35 of the sleeve 3 and the upper end of the tongue 422 of the spiral tube 4) is sufficient for the O-ring 5, and no stress is applied to it.

As described above, the retaining tube 2, sleeve 3, helical tube 4, and O-ring 5 constitute the propelling structure A. When the helical tube 4 is rotated while holding the sleeve 3, the protrusions 23 of the retaining tube 2 thread into the helical groove 41 of the rotating helical tube 4 without rotating as they pass through the guide groove 32 of the sleeve 3, and as a result of the threading action, the retaining tube 2 and the rod-shaped cosmetic material 1 held by the retaining tube 2 slide up and down within the range where the upper abutment portion 321 and the lower abutment portion 322 of the protrusions 23 of the retaining tube 2 abut . The rod-shaped cosmetic material 1 then protrudes and retracts from the tip 31 of the sleeve 3.

Next, we will explain the exterior body B to which the aforementioned payout structure A is attached. The exterior body B is composed of a cap 6, a hakama tube 7, and a middle tube 8. This exterior body B is molded from synthetic resin, and is given a unique design and decoration to differentiate the product.

The helical tube 4 of the payout structure A is inserted from the upper end of this helical tube 7. On the entire circumference of the inner wall of the helical tube 7, multiple vertical grooves 71 that engage with the vertical ribs 44 on the outer periphery of the helical tube 4 to prevent rotation are engraved parallel to the axis in correspondence with the vertical ribs 44. As a result, the helical tube 4 is held non-rotatable within the helical tube 7, and the rotation of the helical tube 7 can be transmitted to the helical tube 4. The middle tube 8 is attached to the upper end of the helical tube 7 by ultrasonic welding, undercut engagement, adhesives, or other methods.

The lower part of the middle tube 8 is a fastening part 81 that is fastened to the inner wall of the upper end of the helical tube 7, and the upper part is a fitting part 82 that protrudes from the helical tube 8 and into which the cap 6 is detachably fitted. The sleeve 3 of the dispensing structure A protrudes to the outside from the fitting part 82 of the middle tube 8. The inner peripheral wall of the middle tube 8 is provided with a step part 83 against which the second protruding rib 35 of the sleeve 3 of the dispensing structure A abuts. As a result, the second protruding rib 35 of the sleeve 3 abuts against the step part 83 of the middle tube 8, and the lower end of the helical tube 4 abuts against the bottom surface of the helical tube 7, thereby holding the dispensing structure A within the exterior body B. Moreover, as described above, the helical tube 4 of the dispensing structure A is held in the exterior body B so as not to rotate, and the sleeve 3 is held rotatably by the helical tube 4 and the middle tube 8 of the exterior body B, so that the stick-shaped cosmetic 1 can be raised and lowered by holding the sleeve 3 and rotating the helical tube 7. In addition, the O-ring 5 abuts against the inner wall of the middle cylinder 8 and is in elastic contact between the outer wall of the sleeve 3 and the middle cylinder 8, so that the sleeve 3 and the middle cylinder 8 rotate relative to each other during the extension operation, providing good sliding resistance.

Next, a method of assembling the stick-shaped cosmetic dispenser of the embodiment of the present invention will be described. First, an O-ring 5 is attached between the first protruding rib 34 and the second protruding rib 35 of the sleeve 3. Then, the holding plate 21 of the holding tube 2 is inserted from the bottom end of the sleeve 3, and the upper end of the insertion protrusion 231 of the protrusion 23 of the leg tube 22 is pushed into the open groove portion of the guide groove 33 at the bottom end of the sleeve 3. As a result, the holding tube 2 is aligned with the guide groove 33 and the insertion protrusion 231 engaged, and the slope 234 of the protrusion 23 pushes the bottom end of the sleeve 3 apart, and the anti-rotation protrusion 233 slides in from the bottom end of the sleeve 3 and engages with the guide groove 32, completing the assembly of the sleeve 3 and the holding tube 2.

The lower end of the sleeve 3 to which the retaining tube 2 is attached is inserted from the upper end of the helical tube 4. At this point, the expansion of the sleeve 3 is held down by the inner wall of the helical tube 4, preventing the protrusion 23 of the retaining tube 2 from re-entering the guide groove 33 and the retaining tube 2 from falling off. The screw-engagement protrusion 232 of the protrusion 23 of the retaining tube 2 protruding from the outer wall of the sleeve 3 is screwed into the helical groove 41 through the entry groove 412 from the notch 421 of the connecting part 42 at the top of the helical tube 4. The concave groove 423 of the tongue piece 422 of the connecting part 42 of the helical tube 4 and the first protruding rib 34 of the sleeve 3 are engaged. At this point, the vertical positions of the helical tube 4 and the sleeve 3 are fixed. Then, the retaining tube 2 becomes able to slide up and down within the range of the guide groove 32, preventing the screw-engagement protrusion 232 of the protrusion 23 from re-entering the entry groove 412 and falling off from the helical groove 41. The O-ring 5 is pressed against the tip of the helical tube 4 and fits into the retaining portion 43 between the second protruding rib 35 of the sleeve 3 and the tip of the helical tube 4. This completes the extension structure A.

The spiral tube 4 of the dispensing mechanism A is inserted from above the hakama tube 7, and the vertical rib 44 of the spiral tube 4 engages with the vertical groove 71 of the hakama tube 7. When the middle tube 8 is attached to the upper end of the hakama tube 7, the step 83 on the inner wall of the middle tube 8 abuts against the second protruding rib 35 of the sleeve 3, preventing the dispensing mechanism A from falling off into the exterior body B. At the same time, the outer periphery of the O-ring 5 elastically slides against the inner wall of the middle tube 8, and as a result, the sliding resistance is adjusted to provide a good rotational feel. The cap 6 is fitted into the fitting portion 82 of the middle tube 8, completing the rod-shaped cosmetic dispensing container according to the present invention.

This completes the description of the first embodiment of the present invention. The slope 234 of the projection 23 of the retaining tube 2 in the first embodiment of the present invention has a tip end at the side wall of the retaining tube 2, and a wedge-shaped slope having a height difference in the radial direction is connected to the upper end side wall 233d of the anti-rotation projection 233. In this case, when the retaining tube 2 is assembled to the sleeve 3, the tip end of the slope 234 enters the inside of the sleeve 3 and pushes the lower end of the sleeve 3 apart, so that the projection 23 of the retaining tube 2 engages with the guide groove 32 of the sleeve 3. In contrast, in the second embodiment of the present invention, as shown in Figs. 8 and 10 , the slope 234 of the projection 23 of the retaining tube 2 has a tip end at the circumferential wall surface 231c of the insertion projection 231 of the projection 23, and a wedge-shaped slope having a height difference in the circumferential direction is connected to the upper end side wall 233d of the anti-rotation projection 233. In this case, when the retaining tube 2 is assembled to the sleeve 3, the tip of the slope 234 abuts against the lower end of the guide groove 33 at the lower end of the sleeve 3 , pushing the guide groove 33 apart in the circumferential direction , and engaging the protrusions 23 of the retaining tube 2 with the guide groove 32 of the sleeve 3 .
