Claims (10)
- 第1表面と、前記第1表面に対向する第2表面と、前記第1表面と前記第2表面との間の側壁とを含むコアと、
前記コアの前記第1表面の第1部分、前記側壁全体及び前記第2表面全体を被覆する第1発泡部材と、
前記コアの前記第1表面の第2部分を被覆し、前記第1発泡部材に包囲された第2発泡部材と、を含み、
前記第2発泡部材が前記コアの前記側壁及び前記第2表面から離間し、前記コアが前記第1発泡部材及び前記第2発泡部材によって完全に埋め込まれる、ことを特徴とする、成形品。 - 前記第2発泡部材の第1の端部は、前記コアの前記第1表面の前記第2部分に接触し、前記第2発泡部材の周縁部は、前記第1発泡部材に接触し、前記第2発泡部材の前記第1の端部に対向する第2の端部は、前記第1発泡部材の外側表面を介して露出する、ことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の成形品。
- 前記コアと前記第1発泡部材上に配置される部品をさらに含み、前記第1発泡部材の一部が、前記部品と前記コアとの間に配置される、ことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の成形品。
- 第1金型と、前記第1金型に対応する第2金型を含む成型装置を提供し、前記第1金型が、内壁と、前記内壁から突出する支持部材を含む工程と、
前記支持部材の上にコアを配置する工程と、
前記第2金型を前記第1金型の上方に配置し、前記第1金型と前記第2金型により定義される金型キャビティを形成し、そのうち前記コアが前記金型キャビティ内に配置される工程と、
前記金型キャビティ内に第1材料を注入する工程と、
前記第1材料を発泡させて第1発泡部材を形成する工程と、
を含み、そのうち、前記第1発泡部材の少なくとも一部が、前記コアに接触している、ことを特徴とする、成形品の製造方法。 - さらに、前記第1材料の注入中または注入後、前記支持部材を前記第1金型内に収縮させる、または前記金型キャビティから前記支持部材を除去する工程を含む、ことを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の成形品の製造方法。
- さらに、前記支持部材が収縮または除去された後、前記金型キャビティ内に第2材料を注入する工程を含む、ことを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の成形品の製造方法。
- さらに、前記第1発泡部材において前記支持部材に対応する位置に、マークを形成する工程を含む、ことを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の成形品の製造方法。
- さらに、前記金型キャビティから気体を放出し、前記金型キャビティ内の圧力を第2所定圧力まで減少する工程を含む、ことを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の成形品の製造方法。
- 前記第1材料の少なくとも一部が、前記コアの凹部または貫通孔内に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の成形品の製造方法。
- 前記コアが、前記支持部材に接触している第1表面と、前記第1表面に対向する第2表面と、前記第1表面と前記第2表面との間の側壁を含み、前記第1発泡部材が前記第1表面の少なくとも一部に接触しており、かつ前記側壁全体と前記第2表面全体を被覆している、ことを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の成形品の製造方法。
