Description
図1は、実施形態の電池装置1の斜視図である。図1に示されるように、電池装置1は、例えば、筐体2や、筐体2内の電池室11に収容された複数の電池モジュール3(図2参照)、筐体2内の電気室12に収容された複数の電気機器4等を備えている。本実施形態では、例えば、複数の電池モジュール3が電池室11における各棚部10(図3参照)に設置され、これら複数の電池モジュール3が直列あるいは並列に接続されることによって電池装置1が構成されている。筐体2は、第一筐体の一例である。
Claims (4)
- 上下方向に延びた空気通路と、前記空気通路の左右両側に設けられるとともにそれぞれに前記上下方向に並んで複数の棚部が設けられ互いに外部に対して密閉された一対の電池室と、前記電池室と前記空気通路とを仕切り前記各棚部と前記空気通路とを連通する複数の通気口が設けられた一対の仕切壁と、前記電池室および前記空気通路と前後方向に並んだ電気室と、前記電気室と前記電池室および前記空気通路とを隔離する隔壁と、が設けられた第一筐体と、
前記電池室における前記各棚部に収容された複数の電池モジュールと、
前記複数の電池モジュールを冷却するヒートシンクと、
前記空気通路の端部に設けられ、前記通気口を経由して前記各棚部内に収容された前記電池モジュールを冷却する空気流を生成するファンと、
前記ファンのケーブルを収容可能な収容室が設けられ、当該収容室と前記電池室とを隔離するダクトと、
を備えた、電池装置。 - 前記電池モジュールは、それぞれ、複数の電池セルと、前記複数の電池セルと熱的に接続された底壁を含む第二筐体と、を有し、
前記ヒートシンクは、前記電池モジュールのそれぞれの前記底壁と熱的に接続された状態に設けられた、請求項1に記載の電池装置。 - 前記ヒートシンクは、前記底壁との熱交換によって前記複数の電池セルを冷却する流体が流れる流路が設けられた冷却プレートを有した、請求項2に記載の電池装置。
- 前記仕切壁は、前記第一筐体の外壁と接合され、
前記ダクトは、前記隔壁と接合された、請求項1~3のうちいずれか一つに記載の電池装置。
