Claims (3)
- 電池ケースの内部に電極体及び電解液が収容された電池の製造方法において、
前記電極体を収容した前記電池ケースの注液口を通じて前記電池ケース内に注液ノズルが挿入された状態で、大気圧状態とされていた前記電池ケース内の真空引きを行って、前記電池ケース内を真空状態にする真空引き工程と、
前記注液ノズルから前記電解液を吐出して、前記真空状態にされた前記電池ケース内に前記電解液を注入する真空注液工程と、を備える
電池の製造方法であって、
前記真空引き工程を行う前の大気圧状態下で、前記注液ノズルから前記電解液を吐出して、前記注液ノズルの内面に付着している気泡を、前記注液ノズルから吐出する前記電解液と共に前記注液ノズルの外部に排出する気泡排出工程、を備える
電池の製造方法。 - 請求項1に記載の電池の製造方法であって、
前記気泡排出工程は、
大気圧状態とされている前記電池ケース内に前記注液口を通じて前記注液ノズルを挿入した状態で、前記注液ノズルから前記電解液を吐出して、前記気泡と共に前記電解液を前記電池ケース内に注入する予備注液工程である
電池の製造方法。 - 請求項2に記載の電池の製造方法であって、
前記予備注液工程を行うために前記電池ケース内に前記注液ノズルを挿入した後、前記電池ケース内に前記注液ノズルが挿入された状態を保ったまま、前記予備注液工程と前記真空引き工程と前記真空注液工程を連続して行う
