項5. 更に(D)アルミニウムクロロ化合物を含む、項1~4のいずれかに記載の消臭用粉末組成物。
項6. 履物の内部に散布して使用する、項1~5のいずれかに記載の消臭用粉末組成物。

本発明の消臭用粉末組成物の製剤形態は粉末状である。粉末状であることで、有効成分の粒子そのものを直接対象に適用できる。有効成分を粒子の形態で対象に適用することは、適用された粒子が接触した微細領域において、有効成分が最大限の濃度で適用されることで消臭効果が最大化されるため、液状及び固形状で製剤された消臭用組成物よりも格段に優れている。さらに、本発明の消臭用粉末組成物は付着容易性に優れていることによって対象表面において付着した粒子の均一性に優れているため、有効成分が最大限の濃度で適用される微細領域がそれぞれ対象表面全体にわたってまんべんなく形成される。このため、本発明の消臭用粉末組成物は非常に消臭性に優れる。

使用方法
本発明の消臭用粉末組成物は、消臭(デオドラント)用品として用いることができる。本発明の消臭用粉末組成物が外用剤である場合は、通常の外用剤(パウダー剤)の使用方法と同様に、皮膚へ直接塗布又は散布することに使用することができる。さらに、本発明の消臭用粉末組成物が非外用剤である場合は、抗菌対象へ直接散布することにより使用することができる。抗菌対象としては、皮膚と直接的又は間接的に接触することで汗や雑菌が付きやすい物品が挙げられ、より好ましくは履物(靴、スリッパ、サンダル)の内側、フットウェア(靴下、ストッキング)、及び敷物(絨毯、カーペット、クッションフロア、フローリング)の表面が挙げられ、さらに好ましくは、高温多湿で汗や雑菌との接触機会が多い、履物の内側及び靴下が挙げられ、一層好ましくは、洗う機会が無い又は少ない履物の内側が挙げられる。履物の中でも、足の甲及びかかとを覆うことで、より高温多湿で汗や雑菌との接触機会がより多く、且つその構造上、内部に粉末組成物を散布することが本来的に困難である、靴が特に好ましい。
Method of Use The deodorant powder composition of the present invention can be used as a deodorant product. 試験例
縦9cm×横13cmの角型シャーレの底面一面に、履物の中敷きに用いられる、シボ加工がされていない合成皮革(黒色、ポリウレタン製)を貼付した。また、表2~表4に示す組成の消臭用粉末組成物を調製した。消臭用粉末組成物の調製に用いた成分のうち、アルミニウムヒドロキシクロライドはAl2(OH)5Clを用い、ミョウバンとしては焼きカリウムミョウバン(乾燥カリウムミョウバン)を用いた。消臭用粉末組成物約0.25cm3を、合成皮革の中心(1cm×1cm)に静置した。その後、シャーレを振動器(ALMIGHTY SHAKER AS-1)に設置し、縦方向に10秒間(振幅4cm、250往復/分)、その後横方向に10秒間(縦方向と同条件)振動させた。合成皮革の上で広がった消臭用粉末組成物について、以下の方法で付着均一性及び展開容易性を評価した。

The deodorant powder composition that spread on the synthetic leather was evaluated for uniformity of adhesion and ease of spreading by the following method.
(付着均一性の評価)
消臭用粉末組成物の合成皮革上での付着状態を、以下の基準に基づいて分類し、付着均一性を評価した。結果を表2~4に示す。
○:粉末状組成物が移動した跡が一様に白くなっている
△:粉末状組成物が移動した跡が線状に白くなっている
×:粉末状組成物が移動した跡が点状に白くなっている
なお、代表例として、比較例6(×評価)、比較例2(△評価)、及び比較例4(○評価)を挙げ、付着均一性の評価基準を表す具体的な付着状態の態様を表1に示す。

(展開容易性の評価)
消臭用粉末組成物の縦方向の最大展開距離及び横方向の最大展開距離を測定し、それら最大展開距離を積算することによって、展開容易性の指標とした。展開容易性の指標が大きい程、展開性が優れていると判断できる。この展開容易性の指標を以下の基準に基づいて分類し、展開容易性を評価した。なお、履物の内部に散布する場合のように比較的狭い領域への散布において必要十分な展開容易性のレベルは、++である。結果を表2~4に示す。

(Assessment of ease of deployment)
The maximum vertical and horizontal spread distances of the deodorant powder composition were measured, and these maximum spread distances were added up to obtain an index of ease of spread. 比較例1~比較例3に示されるとおり、二酸化ケイ素は平均粒子径の違いにより付着均一性及び展開容易性の程度が推移する傾向がみられるものの、それらを両立させることは出来なかった。また比較例4及び比較例5に示されるとおり、タルク及びミョウバンは付着均一性に優れているが、展開容易性に問題があった。反対に、比較例6に示されるとおり、アルミニウムヒドロキシクロライドは展開容易性に極めて優れているが、付着均一性に問題があった。更に、比較例7に示されるとおり、付着均一性に優れたタルク及びミョウバンと、展開容易性に優れたアルミニウムヒドロキシクロライドを組み合わせても、両特性は両立できず、展開容易性が極端に悪化する結果となった。 As shown in Comparative Examples 1 to 3, silicon dioxide shows a tendency for the degree of adhesion uniformity and ease of spreading to change depending on the difference in average particle size, but it was not possible to achieve both.
