Description
特許文献2には、繊維強化合成樹脂材製の壁またはスカートを有する、物体上の、リング、特に金属リング、の固定が記載されている。リングは、複数の外側溝を有する。スカートは、それぞれの溝について、続いて繊維強化樹脂材の第1および第2の層を含む。第1の層の繊維は、リングの軸に平行に実質的に配向し、スカートからそれぞれの溝に延びる。第2の層は、第1の層の上に位置し、その第2の層は、環状巻線で構成され、溝の方向にスカートから延びる。第2の層は、第1の層を溝に固定するために少なくとも部分的に溝に位置する。この層化は、それぞれの溝について繰り返され、最終的に、後続フープ巻きが製品全体に巻かれる。
本発明の別の実施形態によると、ライナーは、圧力方向に応じて、管状繊維複合材料構造体内側または外側に適用される。
本発明の一実施形態は、ライナーが、管状繊維複合材料構造体の巻き付けのためのコアとして機能するようになっている。
Claims (8)
- 管状繊維複合材料構造体を接続装置(260)に接続するための繊維複合材料接続部(210)の使用であって、前記繊維複合材料構造体は、長手方向糸よりも多くの周方向層を有し、接続部(210)は、その内部に少なくとも1つの繊維偏向要素(211、212、213)を有し、長繊維(201a、202a,203a)のコースが、繊維偏向要素(211、212、213)の繊維偏向部の形状に従い、その繊維方向が繊維偏向部で偏向されるようになっており、長繊維(201a、202a、203a)は、それらがそれぞれ関連する繊維偏向要素(211、212、213)の周りを完全にループせず、繊維偏向要素(211、212、213)は、繊維複合材料からなり、前記管状繊維複合材料構造体と前記接続装置(260)との間に、接着剤を用いた接着結合による接続が存在せず、圧力タンク(1)用である、使用。
- 前記繊維偏向要素(211、212、213)の前記繊維複合材料は、主に周方向層からなることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の使用。
- 前記接続装置(260)は、ドームキャップ(2)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の使用。
- 前記繊維複合材料構造体は、ライナーを備えることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の使用。
- 前記ライナーは、圧力方向に応じて、前記管状繊維複合材料構造体内側または外側に適用されることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の使用。
- 前記ライナーは、前記管状繊維複合材料構造体の巻き付けのためのコアとして機能することを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の使用。
- 複数の管状繊維複合材料構造体は、前記接続装置(260)を介して相互接続されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の使用。
- 複数の管状繊維複合材料構造体が、サブアセンブリの形態で相互接続されて組み合わせられることを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の使用。
