その後、突条22を、枠側固定部材3をかわした位置から躯体側固定部材2の本体部21の一方の小口からキー溝に嵌り込むように突条22の基端部を挿入させつつ、突条22の先端が枠側固定部材3の溝31の開口側から嵌まり込むようにスライド移動させる。
その後、突条22が溝31内に適正な位置で飲み込まれていることを確認して、突条22と溝31とがずれないようにネジ33で両者を固定する。また、突条22の見付け幅の両脇に位置するネジ穴にネジ24を捻じ込むことによって、突条22をネジ24で挟む込むようにして本体部21から動けないようにする。この時点での状態が、図1(o)の姿図である。本発明の実施形態では、ネジ33での固定とネジ24に挟み込みを併用しているが、何れか一つの手法に依るものであってもよい。
最後に、窓枠内に図示しない外障子と内障子を収め、躯体開口部と枠11の隙間を断熱材等の適宜の充填剤で埋めた後、化粧板で目隠しをして建具1が完成する。

なお、図7に示されるように、枠側固定部材3の溝31に、予め突条22を嵌め込んでおくようにして、窓枠を据え付けることも可能である。溝31と突条22は、一定長さの見付け寸法を有するため、上枠の溝31から突条22が容易に脱落することはないが、下枠や左右竪枠については容易に脱落してしまうので、養生テープT等で仮に留めておくとよい。勿論、上枠の突条22についても仮に留めておくようにしてもよい。溝31に突条22を嵌め込んでおくようにした場合の突条22の本体部21の取付手法としては、四周枠の枠側固定部材3の溝31に嵌り込んでいた突条22を、一旦枠長手方向にスライド移動させて、枠側固定部材3をかわした位置から躯体側固定部材2の本体部21の一方の小口からキー溝に嵌り込むように突条22の基端部を挿入させつつ、突条22の先端は枠側固定部材3の溝31の開口側から嵌まり込むようにスライド移動させるようにすればよい。
このようにすることで、更なる作業の省力化・効率化を図ることができる。

本体部21は、見付け方向及び見込み方向に一定程度の拡がりを有して、躯体との接触面積も一定程度の大きさをもつものである。そうしたところ、図8に示すように、本体部21の見込み方向寸法をより大きなものとして接触面積をさらに大きくすれば、建物内部側に配置されるコンクリート鋲23を廃して、建物外部側に見付け方向に複数のコンクリート鋲23が並んで配置する態様としても十分な支持力を得ることができる。
或いは、躯体の抱きが無い場合には、これを積極的に利用する形で、図9に示すように、本体部21をL型形状として、コンクリート鋲23を水平方向に打ち込むようにすることもできる。L字型の形状で十分な支持力を得ることができる。また、この構成を採った場合には、室内からの作業がより容易になる。

枠と、固定部材とを備え、
固定部材は、枠の上枠と下枠と左右竪枠の少なくとも何れか一つに取り付けられるものであり、躯体の内周側に取り付けられる躯体側固定部材と、枠の外周側に取り付けられる枠側固定部材とを有し、
躯体側固定部材と枠側固定部材の一方は雄係止部材であり、他方は雌係止部材であり、
雄係止部材は、本体部と、先端部に膨出部が設けてあり本体部と別体形成された突条を有し、突条が本体部に枠長手方向から嵌め込まれるようにして形成され、
雌係止部材は、枠長手方向に沿って延びる溝を有し、
突条は、溝に対し枠長手方向の開口側から嵌まり込んで、膨出部が溝に当接している
ことを特徴とする建具。
