Claims (20)
- 第1の方向に沿って少なくとも1つの第1の通路が開設されている枠体、および、
前記枠体の外面に設けられ、前記外面の一部または全部を覆う絶縁部材であって、前記絶縁部材の前記枠体から離れた面に電池セルを固定可能である前記絶縁部材、
を含み、
前記枠体の外面には前記第1の方向の周りに沿って1周の連結部が設けられており、前記連結部の前記枠体から離れた面は連結面であり、前記連結面には少なくとも1つの収容凹部が凹設されており、前記収容凹部の内壁形状は、前記電池セルの局所的な面形状に適合し、
前記絶縁部材は、前記連結部の前記枠体から離れた面に設けられており、
前記連結部と前記枠体との間には前記第1の方向に沿って延びる第2の通路が設けられている
ことを特徴とする電池セルホルダー。 - 前記収容凹部は前記第1の方向に沿って長尺状をなし、かつ前記収容凹部は前記第1の方向の周りに沿って凹んだ弧面状をなし、及び/又は、
前記連結部には複数の前記収容凹部が設けられており、複数の前記収容凹部は、前記連結部の連結面に均一に分布していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池セルホルダー。 - 前記連結部が熱伝導部材であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池セルホルダー。
- 前記連結部が前記枠体と一体成形されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池セルホルダー。
- 前記連結部は、第1の方向に沿って互いに背向する第1の端面と第2の端面を有し、第1の端面と第2の端面は連結面によって連結され、前記連結部の両端にはそれぞれ第1の係合スルーホールと第2の係合スルーホールが開設され、前記第1の係合スルーホールは第1の端面と連結面とを連通し、第2の係合スルーホールは第2の端面と連結面とを連通することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池セルホルダー。
- 前記絶縁部材は、第1の絶縁ストリップおよび第2の絶縁ストリップを含み、前記第1の絶縁ストリップは、前記連結部の周側の連結面の周りに沿って1周設けられており、前記第2の絶縁ストリップは、前記連結部の周側の連結面の周りに沿って1周設けられており、前記第2の絶縁ストリップと前記第1の絶縁ストリップとは互いに離隔されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池セルホルダー。
- 前記第1の絶縁ストリップの前記連結部から離れた面には前記電池セルの局所的な面形状に適合する第1の固定凹部が凹設されており、前記第2の絶縁ストリップの前記連結部から離れた面には前記電池セルの局所的な面形状に適合する第2の固定凹部が凹設されていることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の電池セルホルダー。
- 前記連結部は、前記第1の方向の両端に沿ってそれぞれ第1の係合部が設けられており、前記第1の絶縁ストリップには第2の係合部が設けられており、前記第2の絶縁ストリップには第3の係合部が設けられており、前記第2の係合部と前記第3の係合部は、それぞれ前記連結部の両端の第1の係合部と係合することを特徴とする請求項6に記載の電池セルホルダー。
- 前記第1の係合部は、係合スルーホールであり、
前記第2の係合部と前記第3の係合部は、いずれも係合柱であり、且つ前記係合柱の自由端にはフック部が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の電池セルホルダー。 - 前記係合柱の自由端には、互いに対向する第1のサブ端部と第2のサブ端部を形成するためのノッチが設けられており、前記第1のサブ端部と前記第2のサブ端部の互いに背向する面にはそれぞれ第1のサブフック部と第2のサブフック部が突起し、係合柱が係合スルーホールに突き出した後、前記第1のサブフック部と前記第2のサブフック部が露出し、かつそれぞれ係合スルーホールの外縁にフックすることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の電池セルホルダー。
- 前記第2の係合部の第1の係合柱は、第1の端面側の第1の係合スルーホールの開口から進入して第1の係合スルーホールの他側の開口から突出し、且つ前記第2の係合部の第1の係合柱における第1のフック部は、前記第1の係合スルーホールの他側の開口から突出して当該開口の縁に係合し、これにより前記第2の係合部と前記第1の端面側の第1の係合スルーホールとの係合を実現することを特徴とする請求項8に記載の電池セルホルダー。
- 前記第3の係合部の第2の係合柱は、第2の端面側の第2の係合スルーホールの開口から進入して第2の係合スルーホールの他側の開口から突出し、且つ前記第3の係合部の第2の係合柱における第2のフック部は、前記第2の係合スルーホールの他側の開口から突出して当該開口の縁に係合し、これにより前記第3の係合部と前記第2の端面側の第2の係合スルーホールとの係合を実現することを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の電池セルホルダー。
- 前記枠体は、熱伝導部材であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池セルホルダー。
- 前記枠体の前記第1の方向に沿った両端にそれぞれ第1のフランジおよび第2のフランジが設けられており、前記第1のフランジには第1の連結構造が設けられ、前記第2のフランジには第2の連結構造が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池セルホルダー。
- 電池セルと請求項1~14のいずれか1項に記載の電池セルホルダーを含む電池モジュールにおいて、前記電池セルが前記電池セルホルダーの絶縁部材の枠体から離れた面に連結されていることを特徴とする、電池モジュール。
- 前記電池セルの数は、複数であり、複数の前記電池セルは、直列、並列または直並列するように接続されていることを特徴とする請求項15に記載の電池モジュール。
- 請求項15に記載の電池モジュールを含む電池。
- 前記電池モジュールの数は、複数であり、複数の前記電池モジュールは、直列、並列または直並列するように接続されていることを特徴とする、請求項17に記載の電池。
- 前記電池モジュールは、筐体内に収容されていることを特徴とする、請求項17に記載の電池。
- 請求項17に記載の電池を含むことを特徴とする電気装置。
