Description
<電力管理システムの全体構成>
図1は、本開示の本実施の形態に係る電力管理システムの概略的な構成を示す図である。電力管理システム100は、CEMS1と、CEMSサーバ2と、受変電設備3と、電力系統4と、送配電事業者サーバ5とを備える。CEMSとは、コミュニティエネルギー管理システム(Community Energy Management System)または街エネルギー管理システム(City Energy Management System)を意味する。
CEMS1においては、CEMS1の管理者と電力会社との間で事前に締結された契約に従い、所定期間毎の電力系統4からマイクログリッドMGへの供給電力量が計画される。典型的な期間は30分間である。電力系統4の電力を安定化するためには、30分間毎に、計画された供給電力量と実際の供給電力量とを略一致させることが求められる。この制御は「30分同時同量」とも呼ばれる。本発明者らは、たとえば30分同時同量の実現等に際して電力調整の時間的な不一致(応答の遅れ等)が課題となり得る点に着目した。
図3は、一致率に応じたインセンティブの設定手法の第1例を示す図である。図4は、一致率に応じたインセンティブの設定手法の第2例を示す図である。図5は、一致率に応じたインセンティブの設定手法の第3例を示す図である。横軸は一致率を表す。縦軸は、CEMS2サーバから電力調整リソースに付与されるインセンティブを表す。
以下においても車両18が電力調整リソースとして用いられる構成を例に説明する。この例では、充電設備17を介したマイクログリッドMGから車両18への充電電力を抑制する(または、充電設備17を介して車両18からマイクログリッドMGに給電する)ことで、マイクログリッドMGの電力調整が行われる。
Claims (6)
- 電力網に電気的に接続された複数の電力調整リソースと、
前記複数の電力調整リソースを管理するサーバとを備え、
前記サーバは、
前記電力網における消費電力の抑制または余剰電力の消費が求められる場合に、前記複数の電力調整リソースに電力調整要求を出力し、
前記複数の電力調整リソースのうち前記電力調整要求に応答して電力調整を行う電力調整リソースである応答リソースにインセンティブを付与し、
前記電力調整要求に定められた時間帯と、前記応答リソースにより電力調整が行われた時間帯とが一致している比率が高いほど前記インセンティブを大きくする、電力管理システム。 - 前記応答リソースは、前記電力網からの供給電力による充電が可能に構成された車両を含み、
前記インセンティブは、前記電力網から前記車両への充電料金を含む、請求項1に記載の電力管理システム。 - 前記応答リソースは、前記電力網への給電が可能に構成された車両を含み、

前記インセンティブは、前記車両が前記電力網との間で電力の授受を行うために駐車する駐車スペースへの駐車料金を含む、請求項1に記載の電力管理システム。 - 電力系統から電力網への供給電力の調整に使用可能な複数の電力調整リソースを管理するサーバであって、
前記サーバは、
プロセッサと、
前記プロセッサによって実行可能なプログラムを記憶するメモリとを備え、
前記プロセッサは、
前記電力網における消費電力の抑制または余剰電力の消費が求められる場合に、前記複数の電力調整リソースに電力調整要求を出力し、
前記複数の電力調整リソースのうち前記電力調整要求に応答して電力調整を行う電力調整リソースである応答リソースにインセンティブを付与し、
前記電力調整要求に定められた時間帯と、前記応答リソースにより電力調整が行われた時間帯とが一致している比率が高いほど前記インセンティブを大きくする、サーバ。 - 電力系統から電力網への供給電力の調整に使用可能な複数の電力調整リソースを管理する、電力需給の調整方法であって、
前記電力網における消費電力の抑制または余剰電力の消費が求められる場合に、前記複数の電力調整リソースに電力調整要求を出力するステップと、
前記複数の電力調整リソースのうち前記電力調整要求に応答して電力調整を行う電力調整リソースである応答リソースにインセンティブを付与するステップと、
前記電力調整要求に定められた時間帯と、前記応答リソースにより電力調整が行われた時間帯とが一致している比率が高いほど前記インセンティブを大きくするステップとを含む、電力需給の調整方法。
