First Embodiment
A first embodiment of an opening and closing door structure according to the present disclosure will be described below with reference to Figs.

First, the entire opening and closing door structure 1A will be described with reference to FIG. 6.

As shown in FIG. 6, the opening and closing door structure includes a frame body 40 that defines an entrance 3 of a building, and an opening and closing door 1 that is movably installed at the entrance 3.

Of these, the frame body 40 has an upper frame 41 that defines the upper part of the entrance/exit 3, and vertical frames 42 that descend vertically from both ends of the upper frame 41.

The opening and closing door 1 is a sliding door that runs supported by a guide rail 30 provided within the upper frame 41, and a handle 2 is attached to the opening and closing door 1.

In this embodiment, the guide rail 30 is embedded in the upper frame 41. As shown in FIG. 1, the guide rail 30 is composed of a lipped channel steel. That is, as shown in FIG. 1, FIG. 5A and FIG. 5B, the guide rail 30 has a horizontally extending web portion 30a, flange portions 30b extending from both ends of the web portion 30a in a vertical direction perpendicular to the web portion 30a, and a lip portion 30c extending from the tip of the flange portion 30b in parallel to the web portion 30a, and an opening 30d is formed between the opposing lip portions 30c. The guide rail 30 is embedded in the upper frame 41 that defines the upper part of the entrance 3 of the building with the opening 30d facing downward.

The wheels 23 of the upper hoist 20, which will be described later, run on the upper surface of the lip portion 30c of the guide rail 30.

The opening and closing door 1 has a flush structure formed by a frame and a surface material, and the internal space surrounded by the frame and the surface material is filled with soundproofing material.

In this specification, "upper", "lower", "horizontal" and "vertical" refer to "upper", "lower", "horizontal" and "vertical" directions when the opening and closing door structure 1A according to this embodiment is installed as shown in FIG. 6. In particular, "vertical" or "vertical" refers to the "vertical" or "perpendicular" direction relative to the horizontal direction, and is the same as "vertical direction" or "vertical".

As shown in FIG. 6, a sleeve wall 5 is provided within the vertical frame 42 of the frame body 40, and the upper part of the building entrance 3 is defined by the upper frame 41, and the side part is defined by one of the vertical frames 42 and the sleeve wall 5.

The opening and closing door 1 installed at the entrance 3 of the building is supported by guide rails 30 and can move horizontally.

In this case, as shown in FIG. 5A, a notch 31 is provided at both upper ends of the opening and closing door 1, and a pair of the above-mentioned upper hoist wheels 20 that suspend and support the opening and closing door 1 are attached within this notch 31.

In this way, a pair of upper hoists 20 are attached to both upper ends of the opening and closing door 1, and this upper hoist 20 has a fixed body 21 fixed in the cutout 31 of the opening and closing door 1, a connecting body 22 extending upward from the fixed body 21, a support 24 connected to the connecting body 22, and two pairs of wheels 23, 23 supported rotatably on this support 24 (see Figures 1, 5A, and 5C).

The support 24 of the upper hoist 20 is stored inside the guide rail 30, and each wheel 23 runs on the upper surface of the lip portion 30c of the guide rail 30. As a result, the opening and closing door 1 is suspended and supported by the guide rail 30 via the pair of upper hoists 20, and can run along the guide rail 30.

The fixed body 21 of the pair of upper hoists 20 is attached to the door 1 by mounting screws 28 after being fitted into the notch 31 of the door 1 (see Figure 1). The fixed body 21 is also provided with a left-right adjustment device 27a that moves the fixed body 21 in the left-right direction perpendicular to the running direction in Figure 1 relative to the connecting body 22, the support body 24 and the wheels 23, and a up-down adjustment device 27b that moves the fixed body 21 in the up-down direction in Figure 1 relative to the connecting body 22, the support body 24 and the wheels 23.

If the gap between the opening and closing door 1 and the sleeve wall 5 is too narrow or too wide, the left-right adjustment device 27a of the pair of upper hoists 20 can be rotated to adjust the gap between the opening and closing door 1 and the sleeve wall 5.

In addition, if the opening and closing door 1 is inclined relative to the floor surface F and the upper frame 41 along the travel direction of the opening and closing door 1, the vertical adjustment device 27b of the pair of upper hoisting wheels 20 can be rotated to adjust it to eliminate this inclination. Specifically, the opening and closing door 1 on one upper hoisting wheel 20 side is lifted and the opening and closing door 1 on the other upper hoisting wheel 20 side is lowered, so that the opening and closing door 1 can be kept horizontal without inclining relative to the floor surface F and the upper frame 41.

Furthermore, as shown in Figures 5A and 5D, a grooved rail 32 is provided below the opening and closing door 1 and along the opening and closing door 1.

On the other hand, as shown in Figs. 5A and 5E, the floor surface F is provided with a guide protrusion 33 that engages with the grooved rail 32 of the opening and closing door 1 to prevent the opening and closing door 1 from swinging in the left and right direction perpendicular to the traveling direction while traveling. This guide protrusion 33 is provided at one location on the floor surface F at the end of the sleeve wall 5 side of the lower part of the opening and closing door 1 when the opening and closing door 1 is in the closed state. This guide protrusion 33 has a fixed plate 33b fixed to the floor surface F and a protrusion 33a extending upward from the fixed plate 33b, protruding from the floor surface F, and engaging with the grooved rail 32 of the opening and closing door 1. The guide protrusion 33 is stored in the grooved rail 32 of the opening and closing door 1 and is not exposed to the outside in both cases when the opening and closing door 1 is closed and open.

As described above, the opening and closing door 1 runs along the guide rail 30 while being supported by the guide rail 30. When closed, the opening and closing door 1 closes the entrance 3, and when opened, the opening and closing door 1 opens the entrance 3 and is arranged parallel to the sleeve wall 5 (see Figure 6).

In addition, in this embodiment, as shown in Figures 1 to 4, a long and narrow cover body 10 is attached to the underside of the upper frame 41 of the frame body 40, and extends parallel to the opening and closing door 1 when closed (see Figure 4).

As described above, the opening and closing door 1 is suspended from the guide rail 30 via a pair of upper hoisting wheels 20, and a space 35 is formed between the bottom surface of the upper frame 41 and the top surface of the opening and closing door 1, with only the connector 22 of the pair of upper hoisting wheels 20 being disposed in this space 35. Therefore, even when the opening and closing door 1 is closed, sound and light may leak through the space 35 between the bottom surface of the upper frame 41 and the top surface of the opening and closing door 1.

The above-mentioned elongated cover 10 is intended to block sound and light leaking through the space 35 between the bottom surface of the upper frame 41 and the top surface of the opening and closing door 1.

Specifically, the cover 10, which is elongated in plan view, extends parallel to the opening and closing door 1 when closed, and is disposed on an extension of the sleeve wall 5 (see Figure 4). As shown in Figure 4, when closed, the opening and closing door 1 and the sleeve wall 5 overlap slightly with an overlap length L, and the cover 10 is disposed on an extension of this sleeve wall 5.

As shown in Figures 1 to 3, this cover 10 has a cover body 11 fixed to the lower surface of the upper frame 41, and an elastic member 15 that extends from the cover body 11 toward the opening and closing door 1 and abuts against the opening and closing door 1. This elastic member 15 is elongated and extends parallel to the opening and closing door 1.

As shown in Figures 1 to 3, the cover body main body 11 has an L-shaped cross section including a cover body horizontal plate 11a and a cover body vertical plate 11b extending downward from the left end of the cover body horizontal plate 11a. The cover body horizontal plate 11a is fixed to the underside of the upper frame 41 with mounting screws (fasteners) 18. An elastic member 15 is fixed to the outer surface of the cover body vertical plate 11b. A concealing plate 13 is attached between the cover body horizontal plate 11a and the cover body vertical plate 11b of the cover body main body 11 with an L-shaped cross section to hide the mounting screws 18 from the outside.

In this embodiment, as shown in Figures 1 to 3, the concealment plate 13 has a horizontal concealment plate 13a, a vertical concealment plate 13b extending upward from the right end of the horizontal concealment plate 13a, and an extension plate 13c extending upward from the left end of the horizontal concealment plate 13a.

Then, the engaging portion 12a of the horizontal plate 11a of the cover body 11 engages with the locking portion 14a of the vertical plate 13b of the concealing plate 13, and the engaging portion 12b of the vertical plate 11b of the cover body 11 engages with the locking portion 14b of the extension plate 13c of the concealing plate 13. In this way, the concealing plate 13 is attached to the cover body 11 and the mounting screws 18 are hidden by the concealing plate 13. The cover body 11 and the concealing plate 13 form a rectangular cross section having an internal space 36.

The elastic member 15 has a fixed portion 15a that extends vertically and is fixed to the cover vertical plate 11b of the cover main body 11 via adhesive 15d, and an extension portion 15b that extends from the upper end of the fixed portion 15a toward the opening and closing door 1, and an abutment portion 15c that abuts against the opening and closing door 1 is provided at the tip of the extension portion 15b. Note that the fixed portion 15a of the elastic member 15 may be fixed to the cover vertical plate 11b of the cover main body 11 using double-sided tape instead of adhesive 15d.

The elastic member 15 configured in this manner has an overall mountain-shaped cross section.

The horizontal plate 11a of the cover body 11 has a through hole 19 through which the mounting screw 18 passes, and this through hole 19 is formed as an elongated hole with its longitudinal direction perpendicular to the running direction of the opening and closing door 1 (the left-right direction in FIG. 1). Therefore, by moving the cover 10 in the left-right direction in FIG. 1, the distance between the cover 10 and the opening and closing door 1 can be adjusted, and the elastic member 15 can be abutted against the opening and closing door 1 in an appropriate state.

Next, the materials of each component of the cover 10 will be described. The cover body 11 and the hidden plate 13 of the cover 10 are both made of hard resin or aluminum, and the elastic member 15 is made of rubber or soft resin. In addition, the contact portion 15c of the elastic member 15 that contacts the opening and closing door 1 is flocked with short fibers or coated for easy slipping, so that the resistance when the contact portion 15c slides between the opening and closing door 1 and the opening and closing door 1 is reduced. In addition, even if the vertical direction adjustment tool 27b is rotated to move the opening and closing door 1 in the vertical direction, or the horizontal direction adjustment tool 27a is rotated to move the opening and closing door 1 in the horizontal direction, the elastic member 15 always contacts the opening and closing door 1. Specifically, the elastic member 15 is configured so that even when the door 1 is moved to its lower limit, the elastic member 15 abuts against the door 1 without coming off, and even when the door 1 is moved to its left limit, the elastic member 15 abuts against the door 1 without coming off (see FIG. 1).

Next, we will explain the operation of this embodiment with such a configuration.

First, the existing opening and closing door 1 is placed in a suspended state via the upper hoist 20 on the guide rail 30 of the upper frame 41, and this existing opening and closing door 1 can run along the guide rail 30.

Next, an elongated cover 10 is installed on the underside of the upper frame 41, which extends parallel to the existing door when closed and seals the space 35 between the upper frame 41 and the door 1.

In this case, first prepare the cover body 11 and the concealing plate 13 (see FIG. 3). Next, remove the concealing plate 13 from the cover body 11. At this time, insert the tip of a flat head screwdriver (not shown) into the groove 12c at the top of the engagement part 12a of the cover body horizontal plate 11a. Next, push the handle of the flat head screwdriver downward to hook the flat head screwdriver on the locking part 14a of the concealing plate 13, and then push the locking part 14a downward to the lower right in FIG. 3. In this way, the engagement between the engagement part 12a of the cover body horizontal plate 11a and the locking part 14a of the concealing plate vertical plate 13b can be easily released. Then, fix the fixing part 15a of the elastic member 15 to the outer surface of the cover body vertical plate 11b of the cover body 11 using adhesive 15d (or double-sided tape). Then, attach the cover body 11 to the lower surface of the upper frame 41 using mounting screws 18 (see FIG. 2). When attaching the cover body 11 to the underside of the upper frame 41, the mounting screw 18 can be positioned at the desired position within the elongated through hole 19 to adjust the distance between the cover body 10 and the opening and closing door 1, allowing the elastic member 15 to abut against the opening and closing door 1 in an appropriate state.

Next, the concealing plate 13 is attached to the covering body main body 11. In this case, first, the engaging portion 12b of the covering body vertical plate 11b of the covering body main body 11 is engaged with the locking portion 14b of the extension plate 13c of the concealing plate 13. Next, the engaging portion 12a of the covering body horizontal plate 11a of the covering body main body 11 is engaged with the locking portion 14a of the concealing plate vertical plate 13b of the concealing plate 13. At this time, the fixing portion 15a of the elastic member 15 is sandwiched and held between the covering body vertical plate 11b of the covering body main body 11 and the extension plate 13c of the concealing plate 13.

In this way, an elongated cover 10 can be installed on the underside of the upper frame 41 to seal the space 35 between the upper frame 41 and the opening and closing door 1.

At this time, the elongated cover 10 extends parallel to the opening and closing door 1 when closed, sealing the space 35 between the bottom surface of the upper frame 41 and the top surface of the opening and closing door 1 when closed.

When the door 1 is closed, the elongated cover 10 extends parallel to the door 1 and has a length in a plan view that is approximately the same as the length L1 of the door 1 in the travel direction (see Figure 4).

As a result, the elongated covering body 10 comes into contact with the opening/closing door 1 over the entire travel direction of the opening/closing door 1 via its elastic member 15. Therefore, when the opening/closing door 1 is closed, the space 35 between the lower surface of the upper frame 41 and the upper surface of the opening/closing door 1 can be reliably sealed by the elongated covering body 10.

As described above, according to this embodiment, when the opening and closing door is closed, the space 35 between the bottom surface of the upper frame 41 and the top surface of the opening and closing door 1 can be reliably sealed by the elongated covering body 10, thereby preventing sound and light from leaking from the space 35 between the bottom surface of the upper frame 41 and the top surface of the opening and closing door 1.

The elongated cover 10 can be attached to the underside of the upper frame 41 with mounting screws 18, so that the existing door 1 can be used as is while the soundproofing and lightproofing door structure 1A can be easily and simply installed.

Furthermore, since the through-hole 19 provided in the cover body 11 of the cover 10 is an elongated hole, the distance between the cover 10 and the opening and closing door 1 can be adjusted by moving the mounting screw 18 within the through-hole 19. This allows the elastic member 15 of the cover 10 to abut against the opening and closing door 1 at an appropriate position over the entire area along the running direction of the opening and closing door 1, further improving the soundproofing and lightproofing effects of the opening and closing door structure 1A.

In addition, since the elastic member 15 of the cover 10 is made of an elastic material such as rubber, the elastic member 15 can be brought into contact with the opening and closing door 1 with a certain elastic force, improving the sealing performance between the elastic member 15 and the opening and closing door 1.

In addition, the mounting screws 18 on the cover body 11 are hidden by the concealing plate 13, so the mounting screws 18 are not exposed to the outside, improving the design of the opening and closing door structure 1A.

Second Embodiment
Next, a second embodiment of the opening and closing door according to the present disclosure will be described with reference to FIGS.

The second embodiment shown in Figures 7 to 9 differs only in the configuration of the cover 10, and the other configurations are substantially the same as those of the first embodiment shown in Figures 1 to 6.

In the second embodiment shown in Figures 7 to 9, the same parts as those in the first embodiment shown in Figures 1 to 6 are given the same reference numerals and detailed descriptions are omitted.

In the second embodiment, as shown in Figures 7 to 9, the cover 10 has a cover body 51 fixed to the lower surface of the upper frame 41 and an elastic member 15 that extends from the cover body 51 toward the opening and closing door 1 and abuts against the opening and closing door 1.

As shown in Figures 7 to 9, the cover body 51 has a horizontal cover plate 51a and a pair of vertical cover plates 51b, 51c extending downward from the left and right ends of the horizontal cover plate 51a, and the cover body 51 has a U-shaped cross section. The horizontal cover plate 51a is fixed to the underside of the upper frame 41 by mounting screws (fasteners) 18.

An elastic member 15 is fixed to the outer surface of one of the pair of cover vertical plates 51b, 51c, i.e., the cover vertical plate 51b on the opening and closing door 1 side. A concealing plate 53 for concealing the mounting screws 18 from the outside is attached to the cover vertical plates 51b, 51c of the cover main body 51, which has a U-shaped cross section.

In this embodiment, as shown in Figures 7 to 9, the hidden plate 53 has a horizontal hidden plate 53a and a pair of vertical hidden plate plates 53b, 53c that extend upward from the left and right ends of the horizontal hidden plate 53a.

Then, a pair of concealing plate vertical plates 53b, 53c of the concealing plate 53 are fitted onto the outer surfaces of the pair of covering body vertical plates 51b, 51c of the covering body main body 51. In this case, the engaging portion 54b of the concealing plate vertical plate 53b of the concealing plate 53 engages with the engaging portion 52b of the covering body vertical plate 51b of the covering body main body 51, and the engaging portion 54c of the concealing plate vertical plate 53c of the concealing plate 53 engages with the engaging portion 52c of the covering body vertical plate 51c. In this way, the concealing plate 53 is attached to the covering body main body 51, and the mounting screws 18 are hidden by the concealing plate 53. The covering body main body 51 and the concealing plate 53 form a rectangular cross section having an internal space 36.

The elastic member 15 has a fixed portion 15a that extends vertically and is fixed to the cover vertical plate 51b of the cover main body 51 via adhesive 15d, and an extension portion 15b that extends from the upper end of the fixed portion 15a toward the opening and closing door 1, and an abutment portion 15c that abuts against the opening and closing door 1 is provided at the tip of the extension portion 15b. Note that the fixed portion 15a of the elastic member 15 may be fixed to the cover vertical plate 51b of the cover main body 51 using double-sided tape instead of adhesive 15d.

The elastic member 15 configured in this manner has an overall mountain-shaped cross section.

The horizontal plate 51a of the cover body 51 has a through hole 19 through which the mounting screw 18 passes, and this through hole 19 is formed as an elongated hole with its longitudinal direction perpendicular to the running direction of the opening and closing door 1 (left and right direction in FIG. 7). Therefore, by moving the cover 10 in the left and right direction in FIG. 7, the distance between the cover 10 and the opening and closing door 1 can be adjusted and the elastic member 15 can be abutted against the opening and closing door 1 in an appropriate state.

Next, the materials of each component of the cover 10 will be described. The cover body 51 and the hidden plate 53 of the cover 10 are both made of hard resin or aluminum. Preferably, the cover body 51 is made of hard resin, and the hidden plate 53 is made of aluminum. The elastic member 15 is made of rubber or soft resin. The contact portion 15c of the elastic member 15 that contacts the opening and closing door 1 is flocked with short fibers or coated with a slippery coating, so that the resistance when sliding between the contact portion 15c and the opening and closing door 1 is reduced. The elastic member 15 always contacts the opening and closing door 1, even if the vertical direction adjustment tool 27b is rotated to move the opening and closing door 1 in the vertical direction, or the horizontal direction adjustment tool 27a is rotated to move the opening and closing door 1 in the horizontal direction.

In this case, first prepare the cover body main body 51 and the concealing plate 53 (see FIG. 7). Next, remove the concealing plate 53 from the cover body main body 51. At this time, pull the concealing plate 53 downward from the cover body main body 51. In this way, the engagement between the engaging portion 52b of the cover body vertical plate 51b and the engaging portion 54b of the concealing plate vertical plate 53b is released. At the same time, the engagement between the engaging portion 52c of the cover body vertical plate 51c and the engaging portion 54c of the concealing plate vertical plate 53c is released. Then, fix the fixing portion 15a of the elastic member 15 to the outer surface of the cover body vertical plate 51b of the cover body main body 51 using adhesive 15d (or double-sided tape). Then, attach the cover body main body 51 to the underside of the upper frame 41 using mounting screws 18 (see FIG. 7). When attaching the cover body 51 to the underside of the upper frame 41, the mounting screw 18 can be positioned in the desired position within the elongated through hole 19 to adjust the distance between the cover body 10 and the opening and closing door 1, allowing the elastic member 15 to abut against the opening and closing door 1 in an appropriate state.

Next, the concealing plate 53 is attached to the covering body 51. In this case, the pair of concealing plate vertical plates 53b, 53c of the concealing plate 53 are first fitted into the outer surfaces of the pair of covering body vertical plates 51b, 51c of the covering body 51. At this time, since the outer surface of the covering body vertical plate 51c has an inclined surface 51c1 that slopes outward toward the top, the concealing plate vertical plate 53c can be fitted smoothly along the outer surface of the covering body vertical plate 51c.

After fitting the pair of hidden plate vertical plates 53b, 53c of the hidden plate 53 onto the outer surfaces of the pair of covering body vertical plates 51b, 51c of the covering body main body 51 in this manner, the engaging portion 52b of the covering body vertical plate 51b engages with the engaging portion 54b of the hidden plate vertical plate 53b. At the same time, the engaging portion 52c of the covering body vertical plate 51c engages with the engaging portion 54c of the hidden plate vertical plate 53c. In this manner, the hidden plate 53 can be securely attached to the covering body main body 51.

At this time, the fixed portion 15a of the elastic member 15 is clamped and held between the cover body vertical plate 51b of the cover body main body 51 and the hidden plate vertical plate 53b of the hidden plate 53.

As shown in Figures 7 to 9, the vertical lengths of the covering body vertical plate 51b and the covering body vertical plate 51c of the covering body main body 51 are approximately the same. On the other hand, the vertical length of the hiding plate vertical plate 53b of the hiding plate 53 is less than half that of the covering body vertical plate 51b. The vertical length of the hiding plate vertical plate 53c is approximately the same as the vertical length of the covering body vertical plate 51c. In this way, the vertical length of the hiding plate vertical plate 53b is relatively short, so that the hiding plate vertical plate 53b does not interfere with the elastic member 15, and the extension portion 15b of the elastic member 15 can be reliably extended toward the opening and closing door 1 side.

On the other hand, the vertical length of the concealing plate vertical plate 53c can be made relatively long, which allows the concealing plate vertical plate 53c of the aluminum concealing plate 53 to reliably cover the internal space 36 of the covering body 10 from the outside.

As described above, the cover body main body 51 is made of hard resin, and the hidden plate 53 is made of aluminum. By making the vertical length of the cover body vertical plate 51c of the cover body main body 51 made of hard resin approximately the same as the vertical length of the hidden plate vertical plate 53c of the aluminum hidden plate 53, the external force applied from the aluminum hidden plate vertical plate 53c can be reliably supported by the cover body vertical plate 51c made of hard resin, which has a relatively long vertical length.
