Claims (10)
- 発泡成形用のキャビティ空間である空洞(3,13,18)の少なくとも1つの部分を形成する少なくとも1つの領域(2,12,19)を備えている、発泡性プラスチック粒子からなる成形部品を成形するための、発泡性プラスチック粒子の発泡成形用の工具(1,11,17)の製造方法において、
前記工具(1,11,17)は、分割型の金型であり、
前記空洞(3,13,18)を形成している前記領域(2,12,19)の表面構造(5,15,21)の少なくとも1つの部分(4,14,20)が、アディティブプロセスを用いて生成され、
前記少なくとも1つの部分(4,14,20)が、対応する凹部(16)内に配置される挿入部、または対応する当該凹部(16)内に配置可能な挿入部として設計され、
前記少なくとも1つの部分(4,14,20)が、異なる前記表面構造(5,15,21)を有する少なくとも2つのサブ領域(8,9,22~24)を備え、
前記異なる表面構造(5,15,21)は、隆起(6)と窪み(7)が交互に配置されて形成され、
前記隆起(6)は、それぞれの前記サブ領域(8,9,22~24)内で同一形状であり、前記窪み(7)は、それぞれの前記サブ領域(8,9,22~24)内で同一形状であり、
前記異なる表面構造(5,15,21)のいずれにも、当該異なる表面構造(5,15,21)に近接する複数の閉じたチャネル(10)を備えることを特徴とする発泡成形用の工具(1,11,17)の製造方法。 - 前記表面構造(5,15,21)の前記少なくとも1つの部分(4,14,20)が、レーザー溶融、および/または粉末固着積層法、および/または電子ビーム溶融、および/または熱溶解積層法、および/またはレーザー金属肉盛により生成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の発泡成形用の工具(1,11,17)の製造方法。
- 連続的な層ごとの選択的露光および構築材料層の連続的な層ごとの選択的固化を用いてエネルギービームにより固化可能な粉末状の構築材料から、前記表面構造(5、15、21)の前記少なくとも1つの部分(4、14、20)が製造されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の発泡成形用の工具(1,11,17)の製造方法。
- 前記表面構造(5、15、21)の前記少なくとも1つの部分(4、14、20)が、前記発泡成形用の工具(1,11,17)の製造と共に直接製造され、または、前記発泡成形用の工具(1,11,17)の製造の後に製造されることを特徴とする請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の発泡成形用の工具(1,11,17)の製造方法。
- 前記空洞(3,13,18)を形成している前記領域(2,12,19)の前記表面構造(5,15,21)の前記少なくとも1つの部分(4,14,20)が、前記発泡成形用の工具(1,11,17)とは別に形成され、前記領域(2,12,19)に接続できる、または接続されることを特徴とする請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の発泡成形用の工具(1,11,17)の製造方法。
- 前記表面構造(5,15,21)の前記少なくとも1つの部分(4,14,20)が既存の構成部品に、後に適用され、または既存の表面構造(5,15,21)が前記少なくとも1つの部分(4,14,20)により補足されることを特徴とする請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載の発泡成形用の工具(1,11,17)の製造方法。
- 前記表面構造(5,15,21)の前記少なくとも1つの部分(4,14,20)に関する少なくとも1つの情報項目を、CADを用いて、または前記発泡成形用の工具(1,11,17)を製造する製造装置の少なくとも1つの機械パラメータを用いて生成することができることを特徴とする請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載の発泡成形用の工具(1,11,17)の製造方法。
- 前記表面構造(5,15,21)の前記少なくとも1つの部分(4,14,20)が、研磨法、および/またはレーザー切断、および/または化学的あるいは電気的平滑化方法、および/または圧縮法あるいはマイクロ造形法の中の少なくとも1つのプロセスステップを用いて仕上げられることを特徴とする請求項1~7のいずれか1項に記載の発泡成形用の工具(1,11,17)の製造方法。
- 前記表面構造(5,15,21)が、少なくとも1つの隆起(6)および/または少なくとも1つの窪み(7)を前記発泡成形用の工具(1,11,17)の表面に形成し、またはこの種類の隆起および/または窪みを備えることを特徴とする請求項1~8のいずれか1項に記載の発泡成形用の工具(1,11,17)の製造方法。
- 前記発泡成形用の工具(1,11,17)を用いて製造された製品が、製造中に少なくとも1つの情報項目が設けられるように、前記少なくとも1つの部分(4,14,20)が表面構造(5,15,21)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1~9のいずれか1項に記載の発泡成形用の工具(1,11,17)の製造方法。
