Description
発明者は、さらに鋭意検討を行い、タンク室の排出口を覆うように遮蔽体を設け、遮蔽体を排出口やタンク室の底面に対し上方に所定距離だけ離間させて配置すると、排出口への空気の吸込みが抑制できることを知見し、本発明を完成させた。
リザーバタンク。(第1発明)。
リザーバタンク10は、中空のタンク本体17に流入管15と排出管16が接続されて構成されている。液冷式冷却システムの冷却液経路の中で、リザーバタンク10は、流入管15から中空のタンク本体17内に冷却液が流れこみ、中空のタンク本体17から排出管16を通じて冷却液が流れ出ていくように、冷却液経路中に配置・接続されて使用される。

Claims (3)
- 液冷式冷却システムの冷却液経路に設けられるリザーバタンクであって、
冷却液を貯留するタンク本体と、
冷却液経路からタンク本体に冷却液を送り込む流入管と、
タンク本体から冷却液経路に冷却液を排出する排出管を有しており、
前記タンク本体は、少なくとも1つのタンク室を有し、
前記タンク室の底面もしくは底面に隣接する位置に排出口が設けられて、
前記排出管は前記排出口に接続されており、
平面視で前記排出口を覆うように、排出口の上側に遮蔽体が配置されており、
前記遮蔽体は、排出口やタンク室の底面に対し上方に所定の距離だけ離間した位置に配置され、
遮蔽体の周縁部と、排出口の周縁部の間が、
所定の区間にわたって、略鉛直方向に延在する周壁により冷却液の流れが塞がれる一方で、
前記区間の反対側では、遮蔽体の周縁部と排出口の周縁部の間が解放されている、
リザーバタンク。 - 前記周壁が設けられる区間が、平面視において、遮蔽体の中心部に対し、タンク室の中心部側に位置する、
請求項1に記載のリザーバタンク。 - タンク室には冷却液が流れ込む流入口が設けられており、
前記周壁が設けられる区間が、平面視において、遮蔽体の中心部に対し、流入口の側に位置する、
