Claims (10)
- 複数の電池セルと、
前記複数の電池セルのうちの少なくとも一つ以上の温度を測定するように構成された温度測定部と、
前記温度測定部と接続され、前記複数の電池セルのうちの少なくとも一つ以上の温度を感知して前記温度測定部へ電気信号を送信するように構成された温度センサーと、
前記複数の電池セルを収容するモジュールケースであって、前記複数の電池セルを収容する内部空間を形成するように構成された側壁部、前記複数の電池セルのうちの少なくとも一つ以上の一部が前記モジュールケースの外部に露出するように前記側壁部に形成された開口、前記開口と連通する入口を備える収容部であって、前記温度センサーの端部を収容する収容部、及び前記入口の一部をカバーするように前記側壁部から延びた固定リブを備えたモジュールケースと、
を含むことを特徴とする、バッテリーパック。 - 前記固定リブは、その一部分に、前記電池セルに向かって突出した長さが異なる段差が形成されたことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記温度センサーは、
電気信号を伝送するように電線が備えられたワイヤ部と、
前記電池セルの温度変化に応じて電気抵抗が変わるように構成され、前記ワイヤ部の端部に位置し、前記ワイヤ部の断面積よりも大きい断面積を有するサーミスタ部と、
を備えたことを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記固定リブには、前記ワイヤ部の一部が挿入されるように一部分が凹んで形成された固定溝が形成されたことを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記サーミスタ部が、前記開口によって露出した前記電池セルの一部と密着するように、前記収容部の空間には前記サーミスタ部に向かって突出した少なくとも一つ以上の加圧突起が備えられたことを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記加圧突起は、少なくとも二つ以上が備えられ、
前記二つ以上の加圧突起は、所定の距離で離隔し、突出した長さが相異なることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記収容部の空間に注入されるように構成された接着剤をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記収容部の空間には、前記サーミスタ部を加圧するように構成された弾性部材をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーパックを少なくとも一つ以上含むことを特徴とする、電子デバイス。
- 請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーパックを少なくとも一つ以上含むことを特徴とする、自動車。
