Claims (4)
- 分析装置に使用され、内部に流路が設けられ、前記流路の内壁が樹脂チューブによって構成され、前記樹脂チューブの外周面が金属チューブによって被覆されているバイオイナート配管であって、
前記樹脂チューブよりも硬質の材料で構成され、前記金属チューブの端面と対向接触する第1面及び前記第1面とは反対側を向く第2面を有し、前記金属チューブの内径と実質的に同一の内径をもつ貫通孔が前記第1面から前記第2面へ通じるように設けられており、前記金属チューブの端部に取り付けられている端部延長部材を備え、
前記端部延長部材の前記第2面における前記貫通孔の縁は面取りされた形状を有し、
前記樹脂チューブは前記端部延長部材の前記貫通孔に挿通され、前記樹脂チューブの端部が前記端部延長部材の前記第2面の前記貫通孔の前記縁の前記面取りされた形状に沿って前記流路の半径方向外側へ折り曲げられてフランジ部を形成しており、
前記端部延長部材は第1部材及び第2部材を有し、
前記第1部材は、互いに反対側を向く2つの端面を有し、前記2つの端面が前記第1面及び前記第2面であり、前記貫通孔の中心軸が前記金属チューブの中心軸と一致した状態で前記金属チューブに対して固着されている部材であり、
前記第2部材は、前記第1部材の一部が圧入されることによって前記第1部材と連結され、前記金属チューブの前記端部の外周面を覆っている中空筒状の部材である、バイオイナート配管。 - 前記端部延長部材は、前記金属チューブの前記端部が挿し込まれる窪みを有し、前記窪みの奥に前記金属チューブの前記端面と対向接触する前記第1面が設けられたスリーブである、請求項1に記載のバイオイナート配管。
- 前記端部延長部材は、金属又は硬質セラミックにより構成されている、請求項1又は2に記載のバイオイナート配管。
- 移動相の流れる経路に沿って複数の構成要素が配管により流体接続されることで構成される液体クロマトグラフであって、
前記配管が請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のバイオイナート配管である、液体クロマトグラフ。
