Claims (13)
- 互いに連結されている第1フレームおよび第2フレームを含み、前記第1フレームの内面と前記第2フレームの内面とが互いに対面するように折り畳まれているフレーム部材、
前記第1フレームの外面に付着している第1断熱部材、
前記第2フレームの外面に付着している第2断熱部材、
前記第1フレームの内面と前記第2フレームの内面との間に位置する中央断熱部材、
前記第1フレームの内面と前記中央断熱部材との間に位置する第1熱分散部材、および
前記第2フレームの内面と前記中央断熱部材との間に位置する第2熱分散部材を含む放熱部材。 - 前記第1熱分散部材は、前記第1フレームに垂直な方向に折り曲げられている面をさらに含み、
前記第2熱分散部材は、前記第2フレームに垂直な方向に折り曲げられている面をさらに含み、
前記第1熱分散部材および前記第2熱分散部材は、互いに反対方向に折り曲げられている、請求項1に記載の放熱部材。 - 前記第1フレームおよび前記第2フレームは、それぞれ少なくとも一つの十字型構造を含む格子フレームである、請求項1に記載の放熱部材。
- 前記第1フレームと前記第2フレームとの間に少なくとも一つのヒンジ結合部が形成されている、請求項1に記載の放熱部材。
- 前記第1フレームの両側にそれぞれ第1側面部が形成されており、
前記第2フレームの両側にそれぞれ第2側面部が形成されている、請求項4に記載の放熱部材。 - 前記第1側面部は、前記第1断熱部材の側面、前記第1熱分散部材の側面、および前記中央断熱部材の側面を覆い、
前記第2側面部は、前記第2断熱部材の側面、前記第2熱分散部材の側面、および前記中央断熱部材の側面を覆う、請求項5に記載の放熱部材。 - 前記第1フレームおよび前記第2フレームのうちの少なくとも一つの内面に少なくとも一つの突出部が形成されている、請求項4に記載の放熱部材。
- 前記突出部は、前記第1熱分散部材、前記第2熱分散部材、および前記中央断熱部材を貫通している、請求項7に記載の放熱部材。
- 前記中央断熱部材は、前記第1断熱部材の幅または前記第2断熱部材の幅より大きい幅を有する、請求項1に記載の放熱部材。
- 前記第1熱分散部材上および前記第2熱分散部材上に形成される冷却パッドをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の放熱部材。
- 請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の放熱部材を含み、前記放熱部材は、複数の電池モジュールのうちの隣り合う一対の電池モジュールの間に位置する電池パック。
- 前記一対の電池モジュールのうちの一つの電池モジュールの一側面は、前記第1断熱部材と接し、
前記一対の電池モジュールのうちの他の一つの電池モジュールの一側面は、前記第2断熱部材と接する、請求項11に記載の電池パック。 - 前記一対の電池モジュールのうちの一つの電池モジュールの上部は、前記第1熱分散部材の少なくとも一部と接し、
前記一対の電池モジュールのうちの他の一つの電池モジュールの上部は、前記第2熱分散部材の少なくとも一部と接する、請求項12に記載の電池パック。
