本発明によれば、基台の周面に、前縁から後方へ切り込まれた切り欠き部を設けているため、たとえば分岐ブレーカへの配線時にカバー体を開放姿勢としたり、取り外したりして切り欠き部を開放した際、開口の前側に枠部が残る等していた従来と比べると広い開口を形成することができ、ひいては広い作業スペースを確保することができる。さらに、カバー体が、自身の後端を軸として、切り欠き部を閉塞する閉塞姿勢と、周面に対して外側へ傾斜して切り欠き部を開放する開放姿勢との間で回動可能に設置されているため、必要に応じて切り欠き部を容易に開閉することができ、分電盤の設置に係る作業性の更なる向上を図ることができる。
また、周面における切り欠き部の近傍に、カバー体を閉塞姿勢でロック可能なロック部材が設置されているため、切り欠き部が不用意に開放されてしまう事態を確実に防止することができる。
さらに、周面におけるロック部材の近傍に規制突起が設けられているため、たとえば解除姿勢にあるロック部材の不用意なロック姿勢側への姿勢変更を規制することができる。

基台3は、上面3a、背面、左右両側面、及び下面を有して、前方に開口する略方形箱状に形成された合成樹脂製部材である。そして、該基台3の上面3aで、分岐ブレーカ5、5・・の設置部の上側となる箇所には、所定の左右幅にわたり前縁から後方へ切り込まれてなる切り欠き部20が設けられているとともに、切り欠き部20を開閉可能なカバー体10と、切り欠き部20を閉塞する閉塞姿勢でカバー体10をロック可能なロック部材11とが設置されている。カバー体10は、切り欠き部20と略同じ大きさとされた板体であって、カバー体10の左右両側縁の後端には、左右方向へ突出する軸部14、14が設けられている。そして、カバー体10は、基台3の上面3aに対して左右方向を軸として回動可能に設置されており、当該回動によって、基台3の上面3aと平行となって切り欠き部20を閉塞する閉塞姿勢と、基台3の上面3aに対して外側(上側)へ傾斜して切り欠き部20を開放する開放姿勢との間で姿勢変更可能となっている。なお、カバー体10が閉塞姿勢にあると、基台3の上面3aとカバー体10の表面(上面)とは略面一となる。また、カバー体10が閉塞姿勢にあると、基台3の上面3aの前縁と、カバー体10の前縁とについても略一直線となっている。

さらに、基台3の上面3aにおける切り欠き部20の近傍にロック部材11が設置されている。そして、カバー体10が閉塞姿勢にある際、ロック部材11をロック姿勢とすることにより、カバー体10を閉塞姿勢のままロック可能としている。したがって、切り欠き部20が不用意に開放されてしまう事態を確実に防止することができる。

前記基台の周面に、前縁から後方へ切り込まれた切り欠き部が設けられているとともに
前記周面に、前記周面と平行となって前記切り欠き部を閉塞するカバー体が設置されており、
さらに、前記カバー体が、自身の後端を軸として、前記切り欠き部を閉塞する閉塞姿勢と、前記周面に対して外側へ傾斜して前記切り欠き部を開放する開放姿勢との間で回動可能に設置されている一方、
前記周面における前記切り欠き部の近傍に、前記カバー体を前記閉塞姿勢でロックするロック姿勢と、前記カバー体の前記開放姿勢への姿勢変更を許容する解除姿勢との間で姿勢変更可能なロック部材が設置されているとともに、
前記周面における前記ロック部材の近傍に、前記ロック部材の不用意な姿勢変更を規制する規制突起が設けられていることを特徴とする分電盤。
